Ive had 2 windshields and one wing window replaced here and all 3 times I searched around town for the best prices and ms glass had the lowest each time. They do humbly admit that it depends on the car model as to whether their pricing is comparable but so far my Chevy cavalier, Toyota 4runner & Mazda 3 have all had the best pricing with ms glass. Thanks to all the employees at the McLoughlin location for making my life easier!

If you value your car... DO NOT GO HERE. Installer at Salem location broke my rear view mirror and glued it back together, told me to go back the next day so he can install it, he claimed he had to change the metal tab on windshield cause it arrived with a different one & had to dry 24hrs, but that was a LIE. I have spent weeks trying to get a solution for the damages done and I have been ignored. I have paper trail via EMAIL. I was also promised a $25 restaurant gift certificate it has been over a month now and I still have not yet received anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!. Installer is not clean dash had stains as well as my A Pillars and top edge of headliner & to make matters worse WIPER BLADES ARE NOT ALIGNED AND BROKEN CLIPS ON COWL TRIM WERE NOT REPLACED !. NOTE I HAVE BEEN DRIVING WITHOUT A REAR VIEW MIRROR FOR OVER A MONTH NOW!

Being a native Oregonian, great customer service use to be a “normal” response I took pride in telling people that visited our gorgeous state. As of late, not so much! But there a few businesses that do deliver, and in the case of MS Glass, that’s an understatement! I scheduled a windshield replacement on Wednesday, and I was blown away. When I called in, Tamara (who answered the phone) said I should plan on an hour. My car was ready in 45 minutes. Wow, but that wasn’t the best part. They have one of the cleanest facilities I have ever visited, from their service bay, to their parking lot and into their waiting room...spotless! Tamara greeted me with smiles and efficiency. Melissa, (another “on the ball employee”) had my paperwork prepared and completed before I arrived. They have free WiFi, so I was able to get some work done while I waited. If you need a new windshield, don’t go anywhere else! MS Glass is the place to go...5 stars! 🤗

Melissa was a rock star but Lynn was also a rock star in the making. Both were great. Super friendly and helpful. I was in and out under an hour. Absolutely the BEST prices around. I called 7 other places before coming in to MS Glass. Some were as much as 3X as much. The guys in the shop were fast and efficient. Look, glass is glass and replacing it boils down to price and service. MS Glass out priced and the service was excellent. What more can you ask for? Boom! Done. Highly recommend them.

Nothing like waking up to a shattered car window : ( Luckily, MS glass was very helpful and they did a great job. They worked with my insurance and I got an appointment the same day. They quoted me 1.5 hours and were done in about 45 min and I was on my way. PLus they did a great job of cleaning out the glass from all the nooks and crannies. Thank you!

I would recommend this shop to anyone needing a window repair or replacement. I spent the majority of my day calling around asking for quotes just to either be put on hold or not get a call back...until I spoke with Sean at ms auto glass. He was honest, friendly, and asked questions instead of assuming. He kept in contact with me to smooth out all the fine details before my appointment so that nothing was missed or no surprises for me. Even called me back to let me know the price difference etc. amazing! The day of my appointment I was preparing to be there for atleast a couple hours but my daughters and I were there for no more than an hour in a half and the window was replaced and it was great. The office ladies were very welcoming and accommodating to my kids. This company and location has a very warm welcoming atmosphere and is the most honest place I have been or talked to about our window. If I ever need another window repaired or replaced this is the place I will go or recommend.

Not open during covid. Call directed to Beaverton location. Loved the work at Milwaukie, but not willing to drive there, or get dinged $40 to come east.

I have been using MS Glass for years, first time at this location. The best customer service ever! Had an appointment at 9:00 am. They said it would take an hour, they were done early. Front desk had free WIFI, was clean and comfortable while I waited. Tamara and Melissa both were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt! If you need windshield replacement, this is the place to go!

MS glass has consistently had the best prices. They are also very quick to respond, and will come to you to replace a windshield. Doesnt get more convenient than that.

Dont go to this place. They claim to have a guarantee lowest price and say they will beat the other company... I got a quote and they said they wont beat it. Its from a good company. But they just lie to trick you into calling only them. Shop around!

Good service, the only reason it isnt a 5-star rating is because when I had my windshield replaced my radio antenna that ran along my previous windshield didnt get put back on and there is a small gap between the rubber seal of the window and the molding along the car. When I asked about it I was told there shouldnt be any leaks that occur due to this but it isnt a strong confidence booster.

They did a great job on my mini van in and out in less then a hour, plus they got a shop dog.. great service keep itnup!

My BMW windshield was replaced at the Milwaukie location. Melissa was really nice and did a great job coordinating my repair with the dealership I bought the car from a few days prior to having the windshield replaced. I was about 15 minutes late due to traffic and she was worried they wouldnt be able to do the installation before closing, but two guys worked on my car and it was done in under an hour. They tested my rain sensor to be sure it worked and sent me home with simple instructions on how to take care of it while the windshield set.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews as good customer service and quality work should just happen automatically. This day was a bit different because of the outstanding two ladies at M S Glass. Nicole Kennedy and Melissa Mai turned my day from overcast with a chance of rain to bright and sunny with nothing but beautiful smiles. Thanks girls... you are the best.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I had the pleasure of having my drivers side window replaced here after someone broke into my car. After paying $180 for a new window, they informed me that the motor was broken in the window but if I bought the part they would give me a STEAL on labor and only charge me $90 to put it in.After having someone with a soul inspect my window motor, I was told that the technicians simply did not bolt the regulator to the new window and unplugged the motor. After PLUGGING the old motor in and buying new bolts, works great. Thanks for trying to rip me off MS Glass Outlet, people like you make the world go round :) Wish I could give negative 5 stars.

Being a BMW repair shop we need a glass company that will take care of our clients cars with high standards. That company is MS Glass!! Melissa has gone over the top to make sure every job is done to our standards. Melissa always makes sure the job is done the same day and her installers make sure all systems work when they are done. They are the only ones I will trust to install a windshield!

If you like after market parts and crappy workmanship then this is the place for you. They may have nice workers but their customer service skills are severely lacking. They replaced my windshield with a new one that didnt fit properly and covered up the edges with weather stripping that looks like cheap electrical tape. I will never go to them again. I will never recommend them and if you have any common sense you will stay away from this place.

Thanks to Melissa, I got this windshield replacement scheduled the very next morning after I called it in to my insurance company. Im surprised they had these in stock or could get one so quickly since this is a 2014 model. Installation was done very quickly and I was happy with the result.

MS Glass Milwaukie took great care of me. I came in with two issues, but due to my financial situation I decided to only fix one of the problems. We scheduled to have it done the next morning. But I changed my mind at the last minute and wanted my back window fixed as well. They were super flexible and friendly and got the part ordered. Ill definitely be coming here for all my future glass needs!!

While the windshield seems ok, they apparently threw away my WASHER FLUID TUBE which they no doubt broke trying to remove the cowling piece below the wiper arm on the driver side. I went to use the washers when my window was unclear and...nothing except on the passenger side. THey simply blocked the tube with a rubber cap so that fluid wouldnt just shoot under the hood and tossed the rest of the tubing! Didnt tell me. Should I sue them? The Tania lady says she has no authority to send me 45.00 for my time involved and the part so far...the boss is on vacation til the end of month. Is it that hard to give him a quick call and ask for permission to give back 45.00? Why do people give you bologna hassle over such a petty amount when theyve done something SO WRONG!??? The washers have always worked and nobody has had reason to pull that cowling til now. I was with my friend when the windshield initially got cracked when we were driving it up from San Diego years ago and hes used the washer many times and it always worked ok but he just let the crack go til now and wham all the sudden the hardware comes up missing and a cap on the tube after i take it to have the windshield done. (Not to mention the grommet on the other side which Id already observed was in place when I was checking out the vehicle, was knocked out of place just hanging in the compartment.)UPDATE: After I said Ok youve cost me most of an hour of my time writing complaints and arguing with you guys... the bill is 70.00 now. Well now its 75 as I took several minutes here. THey sent a check for 45 the other day and there it sits til they give me the total I specified for my actual time out on this. Its as though they just HAVE to say well your time is worth nothing to us...

Very professional, got my windshield fixed the very next day and worked with my insurance company to get everything taken care of with no hassles.

Had a break in that broke my passenger window. Wouldve cost $155 with my insurance, but after explaining my situation in an email, I was contacted the next morning and they given me an employee discount. In the end, it cost me $130, and went in that same day. Only took them an hour to replace and clean the broken glass. Though they didnt have any money to break my change, they just gave me some premium glass cleaner. 10/10, would go here again!

My son took his truck there and they distoyed the window trim and put in some rubber trim instead also they left glass pieces and rubber pieces all over the truck my opinion not a place i will ever recomend going to have work done .

The customer service is very good. MS went the extra mile to address any concerns I had.

Unfortunately, this location has extremely limited parking, so much so that when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the 7 available spaces were filled with 4 employee and/or customer cars and 1 company vehicle rudely occupying 2 spaces, with 4 vehicles being serviced in the garage and in front of it, leaving nowhere for me to go. I was stared at by more than one employee as I sat and waited for a space to open up, then turned myself around in the remaining space and left. No offers for assistance or suggestions for parking were made. I guess I will be finding a business that actually wants customers.

You get what you pay for. Cheap glass poor quality on 3 cars had to go back because seal came out but they were junkers. OK for junkers but wont last.
