I like this place I go here for all for my craft projects. Most of the people working here are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the store and what it offers. The place is clean and you can find things quickly. They are service dog friendly.

Not my favorite location, this one has practically nothing on sale in the department I shop in the most. The daily prices in that dept are jacked up threefold compared to Michaels. Literally, a $5.99 price tag is $2.99 @ Michaels for same item. The JoAnn Super Store on 82nd is completely different regarding sale prices & inventory

Employees went above and beyond to help me with a sewing pattern I purchased on etsy. Very helpful and kind. Their pattern selection here is small and doesnt have fancy patterns for children though. Also none of the drawer have the patterns in them correctly so finding any pattern is frustrating

This Joanns is clean, organized and well stocked.I shopped here multiple times during the pandemic for mask making supplies and each time the staff were phenomenal! This store has failed miserably during this pandemic. Twice now I have placed online orders, only to wait FIVE days and then I receive an email saying that the item is out of stock. They make absolutely no effort to fill their online orders, then on the fifth day they just say they dont have what you ordered. The people they have working now are horribly rude. The first time this happened, I went and stood in line for almost an hour, walked in and found the fabric they said they didnt have, in the exact amount that I it said online when I ordered. This is inexcusable. On the other hand, the Oregon City store has been amazing. They fill their online orders in less than 24 hours. The employees are so helpful and cheerful. What a refreshing change.

I actually found what I needed. Now that I know they have diamond paint replacement beads, I will buy it from there.

I’m told this is one of the “old school” JOANNs and I can believe it. It’s like going back in time when you step through the door. Staff is extremely friendly and they’ve got oodles of fabric taking up about half the space, the rest is seasonal decorations and crafting supplies.

Ive always loved it in here. The employees are super nice and can always handle my crafting needs. They have a lot of different options for crafting, not just fabric. But I couldnt find any rubber bands.

The selection is fine, not great. The staff are very nice, but theres never enough of them. Walking around looking for help and not seeing an available person is frustrating.I choose Mill End if I can.

Placed an order for pick up online. Received multiple emails saying the product is not available (apparently they cant update their stock counts on the website for some reason). I went to the store and found most of the items on my initial order they had claimed were out of stock. Staff wasnt so friendly, either. Gave an extra star because they responded to the order the same day. First and last time going to this location.

Its hard to find prices for the stuff you need to buy

My daughter and I waited for an hour to get inside the store to purchase interfacing for our protective face masks, and were turned away 15 minutes before close, this was after spending 30 minutes on their website to place a pick up order. Normally I enjoy my trips to Joann’s after today I’ll find another place to shop.

Such a great place, their items are pretty pricey, especially compared to online (but what isnt cheaper online, right?!). I had a couple things in mind that I was interested in checking out and/or purchasing, but they didnt have so that was a bummer. Things that I would of thought would be available there, and 2 of the things the sales associate (who was very pleasant) said they had carried before but didnt anymore! So thats the only reason (and the prices) why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 🌟Also, they seem to have cool classes and stuff like that? Still need to check into that.

First time at this Joanns and we are impressed. More fabric choices, more notions, and easier parking. We will return!!

Workers are really kind, but this store is super small and didnt have the pattern or fabric that I was looking for. The fabric selection is 75% fleece.kind of a waste of time, because now I need to go to the bigger store to find the things I need.

I spend quite a bit of time at Joanns, either looking at fabric or purchasing fabric. I also purchase machine embroidery thread, as I do machine embroidery. I recently started doing quilting, there is another reason to go to Joanns. I even go to Joanns while at the beach in Lincoln City, OR.

I have never been in this store before and was hoping for a little assistance to figure out the best way to hang a tapestry. I was at the area that had a few rods to hang curtains, etc on and wanted help in figuring out the best rod or approach to hanging the tapestry. After looking for a while for a store clerk who was free, a clerk came by and I asked for assistance. She said she was headed to her break, then asked someone on her earphone if she was taking break or lunch. After stating to me she was going on her lunch break she quickly said this rod matches and left immediately. She could have requested someone else to assist me, but didnt - and no smile. At the check out the cashier asked me if I had a coupon, which I stated no, Ive never been in a Joanns before. Instead of asking if Id like to be on the email or mailing list, she just checked me out-and, again, no smile.Not the best customer service at all. If I do go back to a Joanns it will definiely not be to this one.

Im relatively new to Joann Fabrics, but I like that this store releases their seasonal items earlier than their other stores. Everyone seems friends and the store seems clean and inviting.

I placed an online order on April 26 for something that was supposedly in stock, and it it wasnt ready until May 5! It needs to be made clear on the website that it will take over a week to prepare your order.
