Stopped in the store today to try and get something to add some shine to my hair and possibly something to tone down the brassiness. There were two workers helping other customers so I waited around until one of them was free. They were done with their customers and they proceeded to restocking the shelves. One of the two workers asked another customer if they needed help and the second worker with the bad bangs and makeup did not bother to ask me if I needed help even when I passed by her in the aisle. Waited another 5 minutes before I decided to leave due to lack of customer service. No wonder the simpletons work at a beauty supply store and not in an actual salon. Cant help to wonder if I didnt get any help because I am not white like the other customers and employees? Wont be coming back just in case. Deuces!

Ive been going here for at least 10 years and everyone has always been friendly and ready to help if needed. My go to beauty supply store.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Every single staff member has superior knowledge of their products. They are so friendly. Absolutely wonderful. The prices work for me, they always have a sale or two going on, and one time, a woman used her employee discount to give the best deal as I was experimenting with coloring my hair at home the first time.

I went in to replace a blow dryer / diffuser combo I received at Christmas, not from Sallys. The man who helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and brands. He even took one out of the box & plugged it in to help me decide if I wanted / needed a more powerful blow dryer. It was so helpful in making my decision. Thank you for great Customer Service!

Great selection, sometimes prices can be beat elsewhere but they have a price match guarantee if you want to go to the trouble of proving it in the store.Employees have been helpful when I had questions, and always greet me when I first walk in.

This is my one stop shop for all my skincare needs! As my skin changes with the seasons and life stage, Hazuki has made amazing product recommendations. She also travels to Asia a lot so she is familiar with the most current and advanced products. If I am interested in a different treatment, she will provide options, but if it is out of my price range, she does not push it. If you purchase sets, it comes with deluxe travel sizes of the product line plus additional items, and they make it rain sample packets/vials of anything you want to try!

This is, by far, my favorite place to get any and all things I might need for my hair! It’s my favorite location, as well! The manager and employees are all amazing and helpful. I had a terrible hair color experience done by a salon and went in to Sally’s to see if anything could be done. The manager, whose a wonderful, licensed professional, took almost an hour helping me pick things out to fix my hair and explained how it all worked so I could easily do it at home. I haven’t tried out the process she suggested yet but even if it doesn’t work like she thinks it will, she’s reassured me I could come back and exchange/return everything to help me get something else that might do the trick. She even looked at my hair to make sure it’s be healthy enough with all the damage it’s taken the last year. I’m more than happy to rate this place five stars. Anyone who does otherwise should really re-evaluate.

Terrible service by employee Anna. I have been a regular customer for the last eight years. Typically I have received courteous service, however the last three times I have been in the only person working at the store has been Anna who has been consistently unfriendly, disrespectful and rude. I have no idea how an employee gets hired who obviously hates her job sooo much and has no people skills. I will be shopping at Ulta from now on or until she is replaced. FWIW
