Eric the manager kicked out my brother WITH DOWN SYNDROME for not wearing a mask. CDC states, individuals with sensory issues or disabilities that CANNOT TOLERATE a mask are NOT required to wear a mask. He yelled at my brother asking for a vaccine card and upsetting him so badly. My brother with down syndrome has NEVER been treated as such anywhere else we have been because unlike ERIC, other people are educated on the CDC guidelines. I hope office depot makes this right and gets rid of this employee, he has been mentioned in several of the other bad reviews. FIGURE IT OUT!

I had to use the bathroom, Eric, the manager refused to let me use it. I tarted to tell him about Ally’s law. It’s an Oregon State law. He said I don’t care and I don’t want to here about it. And told me to leave. I had an accident due to him not allowing me to use the bathroom. I could sue him for breaking this law and may do so. Went in to get 3 copies made, was told it was $2.50 minimum said I could use the self service machine but had to put money on a card ok put a dollar on the card card wasnt working, finally made 1 copy and it was cut off in half! Bad, no lousy service and I wont ever be back. I will drive 5 miles more to avoid going in there! Do not shop here!

When you see her multitasking and making sure all her clients questions are answered and delivered a 100%.I have been coming to this place for her to do print out for my business and I am always amazing of her deliverance and the amount of knowledge she knows. Great store. Friendly staff. Nice selection of office supplies. They are very involved in the community, including school supply drives for local schools. The building is wheelchair accessible. There is no use of their bathrooms due to to our current pandemic. They take extra precautions to make sure their staff is safe as well as their employees. Including sanitary precautions.
Katie in the print department is amazing! She is always super friendly and somehow manages to get my print orders done SAME DAY! Granted they are small and not very difficult but I appreciate her efforts! She has helped to resize and move my prints around so that I get the best deal and the most out of the paper without a ton of waste. As a small business owner I appreicate every saved penny. Katie goes above and beyond. Her great service is why I go back every time. Here is a photo of the gift certificates that she helped me print. So Professional.
I went into this store location and had a couple of questions so I asked a employee named Maria if she could help me. She instead rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to ask me what I wanted. She was incompetent and rude the whole process and didn’t seem to care about being professional. I would highly recommend to this locations manager to look into hiring a more enthusiastic employee who doesn’t give the customer grief and attitude. The store would be better without her in it I found another employee who was more helpful.
I really like this store. What I want is in stock and the staff is friendly and courteous. Ive bought office chairs, printers, supplies, theres always something on sale or clearance I can use.I prefer this company over other competitors as the latter usually have to order in what you want and youre lucky to track down an associate willing to talk to you.
I would give this more stars but as soon as I walked in the girl was on her phone and gave me a death glare. Then when I walked up to the register with my elderly mother she told me she looked like a wet pancake, and then proceeded to tell me I have uneven nostrils and need to get a nose job to look better. Her name tag said her name was I think Mariah.
I had a rather large binding job - it was a day late, but they compensated me and apologized many times! Will definitely give them more business

I had been working on a project for some time and wasnt sure the best way to print it. I went in and talked to Katie Martine and she helped steer me in the right direction. When I finished my project I thought I had all the margins squared away so it would print correctly to bind, but I apparently lost that battle with Word so when I went back to finally print it out and found out that it was not right, Katie took the time to painstakingly go through every page individually to make sure it came out perfectly. It is nice to see that people still care about providing good customer service and making sure things are done right.
Katie is the Copy Center QUEEN! She is professional, positive and fast! I take all my printing to her and have always been extremely happy with the results!

Don’t go here. I was in yesterday and the men were not using their masks properly. One huge morbidly obese guy had his dangling from his left ear (clue: obesity is a risk factor) and the guy at the check stand had his off his face. He said he ‘couldn’t breathe’ with it on. Ironic perhaps he’d prefer an intubator?The women had them on, which isn’t surprising.
Horrible customer service. I dont shop here often, but from my experience I bet a lot of other people dont either. They refused to take a coupon for a regularly priced item. The. Refused to explain why. She was extremely condescending, and then pulled out another coupon for cell phones, not mine and and read me that is was for cell phone stuff only. I showed her again that my coupon was different, and had nothing to do with cell phones. She also stated that they had to capture my name and phone number just for me to make a purchase. I guess waiting 2 days for Amazon is a better route.

They stayed open an extra 5 minutes for me to get there on time! I was really late at night, and needed something quick, but I called in, and the manager said it would be cool if I got there fast. What a great guy! Highly recommend!

Everyone was very helpful. Prices are good. We needed paper, and they had multiple was to buy it...greater savings the more you buy.
They allowed me to return some software that was working as advertised just because I didnt like it. Federal law dictates that they must throw that software away (they cannot resell it). It was completely my fault, the box clearly states that the features I needed were not in this version, I just assumed that they would be there. They did this over the phone in less than five minutes with no questions asked. this is the first time I have ever had a company give me store credit on a software return, and the fact that they did it without hesitation is amazing. I will be going here for all of my office supply needs.

In preparing materials for my business, sometimes labor some, complicated, i have marvelled, along with other patrons in line, just how amazing Katie Martine is. First time, i thought, perhaps just a good day, but consistantly she weats a smile, greets and is aware of each customer, even recignizes us, and shows interest in our projects. This is truly Customer Service at its finest. I hope Office Max knows what a gem they have in her.Oh...efficient, accurate, detail oriented, shes the whole package.

Twice, I went into Orifice Max to get two stamps made. The first encounter the person handling those was busy and took forever with helping someone. I got tired of waiting and walked out. To give them another chance, I went back yesterday, two clerks behind the counter, neither of which knew how to set up the account, to have stamps created. I was advised to fill out a form and come back the next day to see the person who was trained. I left the form on the counter, never to return. It shouldnt be that difficult to get the employees trained.
The woman helping my sister and I at the printing center was horrible. She looked like she would rather be doing anything else than helping us. She was condescending, rolled her eyes at us, and made us feel unwelcome. I do not recommend going to this Office Max.

The office supplies are generally overpriced. The printing service is terrible, Im sorry to say. Technical difficulties abound, combined with workers who dont fulfill orders in a timely manner. I wont be coming back anytime soon.

I am so tired of going to Office Max and trying to find someone to help me find something. Than when you do they act for the most part bored. Also when I called them to ask about a product that they told me they didnt carry it. But they say they have it in the store on line. So I went to the store to look for myself since I had to go to the Dollar Tree and its next door. Guess what, I found., They wanted more for it than they have it listed for on line. If I want it at that price I have to order it even though they have it at the store. Thank God Theres A MICRO TECH down the street. Way cheaper, nice helpful Employee, Ironically It was suggested to me to go there by an Office Max employee who was outside, heard us talking as we left, said he wouldnt buy at Office Max either. You cant get anyone in the store to help, at the print counter theres no system, people cut in line or get helped before others who have been standing around waiting. One girl at the print desk always wants to argue with you or give excuses why your order wasnt done. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you need help finding something dont go here. Went in looking for an alphabet sorter that Office Max has online, hoping it was instore as well. Was told by an employee who showed me to the desktop organizers that you dont carry any such product and she had no idea what it was. Ended up finding the same thing on Amazon for half the price.

Went in last night. Several employees standing around. None seemed to have the time to come and offer to work at the register to allow a customer (me) to check out. Hire people who care and are there to work, not socialize and I might come back. But me, my company, and the companies on my client list will NOT be returning.
