This is the best consignment shop that I have been to. I always find something I like.

I started shopping at this store when they were in Sellwood. So glad they are in my neighborhood now!

I have had the same experience with really unfriendly staff. Ive lived in neighborhood for 19 years and I havent been back in this store for probably 5 years because I cant support a local store with such nasty spirited people working at or owning it. Kindness goes along way just ask the hardware people why we in the neighborhood will go there instead of big box stores, because they are extremely friendly and always helpful.

Great clothes, shoes and accessories. Goid prices!! There is a lovely gal that works there now who enjoys her customers which makes it an enjoyable experience.

This store is really hit or miss. I found two pairs of jeans that were the same price. One was great quality and the other had obvious wear and tear (butt of jeans were going to wear through soon). I usually trust that consignment stores have checked quality or at least priced down for it, but Id recommend keeping an eye out when you go here.

My wife loves this place! She is always taking her stuff here, makes her so happy. She loves when I buy her gift certificates to the Silver Lining.

I want to like this store but the owners/workers wont let me. I just read the post about the women with kids. I dont have children, but even when I go in by myself, the woman there is incredibly rude. She treats you like shes doing you a favor by letting you enter.Once I asked about bringing in consignment clothes. She all but sniffed as if to say I couldnt possibly have anything shed be interested in. I was well-dressed, with my makeup and hair done, not in grubbies.I have had this experience with two people there; a woman with gray hair (who may be the owner) and another with darker hair. Shame on me, but I keep going back a couple of times a year because they do have quality goods. However, Id be there much more often if the vibes werent so toxic.Would it kill them to crack a smile or say something nice? I had to laugh to myself today when I was there. Its a small store, but the woman didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in ... nothing. Then she proceeded to look down at some busy work she was doing at the counter, watching me with her peripheral vision and knowing exactly what items on lingered on. Not a word as I made my way toward the door.I hate shopkeepers that fuss over you too much or keep suggesting items rather than let you look on your own, but this goes so overboard the other way.

Brookes review is accurate. Anytime Ive been in with children Ive been given the stink eye. However I do love to shop there sans kids.
