Not much savings vs buying new at Costco. Maybe youll be able to find old out of stock items that are no longer carried in Costco, or youre not a Costco member.

Stop by for the first time and was really impressed with the size, cleanliness and inventory of this outlet store. One of the staff members was willing to go into the back room look for some reading glasses that would work for me. Much to my surprise she brought back several options and we were able to find the perfect match. Make sure to check out the Whiteboard as you walk into the store its about 12 feet from the door and at ground level it has all the merchandise and the percentage off sale prices.

Hit and miss for finding anything you came for. Food items in short supply. Furniture seemed all damaged in some way as well as bed sheets all had flaws. Note store is good about pointing out flaws.

This place is amazing. We call it the store I like rather than by its name. Basically, expect to find items that were returned to other major retailers, (could be damaged or missing parts) but rather than those major retailers throwing those returned items away, they get a second chance here. Reading most of the negative reviews, their expectations were simply off.

I had a grand experience at the EB. Two young ladies were very attentive, honest and genuine in their customer service. Made my shopping experience pleasant. I must tip my hat to the gentleman that owns the place, great store, and not to mention a beautiful family. Support local business, stop by check this place out.

The furniture prices are much higher than I wouldve expected

Friendly & helpful staff. One of the workers helped me find a few shirts and maternity pants because the store was closing. She is very nice and helpful. They have everything at that store From windshield wiper s to shower heads, faucets, aquarium tanks,furniture, security cameras, lightbulbs, hygiene items, food, paper towels, TP, pillows, curtains, kids toys, bug zappers, cookware, clothing, etc etc. The selection is awesome but the prices I will say that some of the merchandise does get spendy, I was pretty surprised at what they were asking for on SOME of the items.. BUT its NOT all like that...there are good deals in there too. All in all its worth checking out.

A large selection of bargain items. I got some WiFi color changing bulbs that I use an app to control for an excellent price and decent quality.

I found a few good buys but there was a lot of the same products - like boxes and boxes of Costco brand sparking water. I would have liked to seen more assortment. It’s very easy to navigate the store.

So my car broke down. Called a tow truck. Needed a rest room my answer was No.I looked around and it all cheap end stuff. Glorified yard sale,its clean. Though I wont buy anything here. Customer Service is lacking. And was thinking of buying new furniture. I will go somewhere else to buy. Dont waste your time and they lost a sale with me.

The store was very clean and i got a pair of pants for 10:49.its just a little more furniture.but most of the things are new for great prices.

Showed up on a Monday at 7:21pm to a closed door. (Sign says closes at 7:30pm) I got the employees attention and asked to run inside and make a quick purchase of toilet paper and dog food (quick and easy $20 purchase for them) and was told Nope. Sorry. We took a look and saw nobody coming so we closed early.. Well that must be nice! Eagle Bargain Mart you just lost a customer who lives directly behind your store and will no longer be using your services since your young employees wont honor the store hours!

Recommended by a friend to shop here they had hot air fryers for $37. The five core model so I bought one for work and we also bought a very nice Oster pizza oven that doubles as a convection oven for $104 so yes it is truly a Bargain Outlet. They also have furniture lots of nice furniture..... its a strange unpredictable hodgepodge of miscellaneous cool stuff that you might or might not be interested in. Theyre small electric appliances and the buffet service items are really outstanding. They also have clothes and shoes so if you are a curious type that just likes to browse around this might be the store for you. Their staff are very very accommodating and super friendly. Located Milwaukee I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for miscellaneous items for your house.

Neat place always a treasure to be found..got a Dremel brand new in box 3d printer for just over 500..cheapest place was 899..who can argue with that kind of savings

If you like to hunt for deals this is a good place to go. The new location on McLoughlin is much larger and easier to navigate. Its Costco overstocks and returns. Be sure to check the merchandise over carefully for any issues before buying it .

It looked like a nice place but the guy who was working tonight was extremely rude about it approaching closing time. He seemed to be on a mission to make sure nobody was in his store at 7:30 so he could be out of there. I get it and maybe he had some reason to be so rushed but customer service would have really played an important piece here. I love to shop and love a good bargain but really like to be treated nicely.

Once again prices are going up everywhere Eagle brand market as well

The prices are really NOT bargains. Ive bought the exact clothing and accessories items at Costco brand new when it was on sale for the SAME PRICE theyre selling it here! Their discount pricing is approximately 25% off from what Costco retail price is.

The store has furniture and overstock clothing along with candy and other products you may or may not need. The store is large and features a lot of products from Costco. The prices are reasonable and they support Veterans with a 10 percent discount. It is a great place to wander around.

IF I COULD ZERO STAR I WOULD.Who ever the cashier was at eagle bargain that’s on the corner of McLoughlin and Courtney Ave was so rude to my sister for coming in close to closing and asking for something that was put on hold for her.My sister was TOLD that she could come in and look at it/ pick it up as long as she was there before 7:30 (which we were)I hope you doing a little bit more extra work and working past your hours a tad bit was worth losing customers that frequented your establishment.10/10 would NOT recommend.

All Costco returned items but unfortunately they dont haves the Costco price! Looked at pajamas like I bought last fall for under 15 bucks for the bottom and the top. They are trying to sell them as separates for 8.99 a piece!!! Where are the bargain prices? Not impressed with the pricing. Store was clean and organized.

Great place to buy good used products and easy return if it is defective, although some rich women buy things here that work perfectly fine take the product home and use it and bring it back to store for refund, dont they shop online.. 😆 Sweetheart customer service pleasant place to shop...

I saw a lot of merchandise that was damaged or broken. The place was kept very clean. The walking space was very confined with how they have things set up. They have lots of different things to choose from but the quality of the stuff is Lacking.The staff working were nice but not very helpful. They tend to tell you a general direction of where you should look for an item that you were hoping to find. Even if you tell them that you looked in that general direction several times. Only when you pacifically asked them to take you to The product you are looking for do they actually show you where it is.

Lots of defective merchandise, items have missing parts, or are broken. Costco resurrections. However, I found a few good deals for the home, some giftables, and active wear for myself.

I found some great deals on plush throws and clothes 🙂

For my first time experience I would say very good prices on clothing high prices on furniture but considering where are they probably high rent building

Good place to find bargains from places like Costco over runs and returns. Usually about 25% less, but occasionally things are actually more here. Not as often as u would think, though after going back and looking at the Costco price.

This store is over priced for damaged goods. They want $350.00 for a recliner that does not recline nor vibrator working. What on earth. I can get a new one at this price that works and is not damaged. The Milwaukie Store is not organized.

I love coming here. I always get the best deal on stuff and excellent quality because it was from Costco!!!! Great for Christmas shopping for folks.

This place is pretty cool. Brand new stuff for really cheap. They have EVERYTHING! Crock pots, clothes, food, bedding, you name it they have it.

Pretty cool spot. They re-sell things that have been returned to costco, so for them most part everything is in open-box condition. Staff is super nice and prices are awesome.

Decent prices on some items. But definitely not a good place for shopping for gifts for other people. I didnt realize that 90% of the inventory has completely damaged packaging or the items themselves are missing parts or not fully working. I probably wont be rushing back anytime soon.

I enjoy shopping here, but also wanted to give 5 stars for their fantastic, honest staff - I lost my wallet there, and one of the staff members (Krystal) brought it to my house after hours before Id even realized it was missing. Their customer service went above and beyond anything Ive ever seen today...and I know Ill be back!

Very odd selection. Many things look like they fell off a truck. A lot of it seemed overpriced. I dont think Id buy from here. Essentially not any of the consumable items as the sight of them made me a bit nervous just crammed in next to other items.

Returns or extra lots from costco. Lots to choose from. Food items, Furniture, Shoes, Clothing and so much more....just watch the pricing, some not such a great deal!

2021 update. Still a good place for bargains overall, and lots of Costco overruns. Looks like they also get WalMart returns now as well. Some of the clothes prices are the same, slightly higher than Costcos, however you dont have to deal with the huge store and lines to get a pair of pants!Mostly open box returns from Costco. Once in a while something might be broken after getting it home, buy they have always cheerfully accepted returns, no probs.

Its alright. Worth looking through...some good deals hidden between the higher priced items. Should be cheaper for what theyre selling though.

Over stock and return merchandise outlet. Fun to shop here because merchandise is always changing. Pricing is reasonable.

A little pricey considering its Costco clearouts, but Ive found some good deals. This store has relocated recently and is no longer in the Milwaukie Marketplace.

Have time and you will find the best deals. New items all the time..stop in often not to miss a bargin.

Really not much cheaper than retail. I saw some products that I know for a fact are selling at or very near retail .
