I shop there quite regularly and most times the milk/creamer needs to be replenished, particularly in the coffee creamer section. When i ask employees to go restock the creamer I regularly purchase, I get answers like: I dont do that;, or, both doors to the milk cooler or blocked by stock. I come back 2 or 3 times and still no creamer restocked. I tried to call store to see if there is a certain day when these are restocked and no one answers the phone!

They need more open checkers! At least one... some people can not check out them selves at self checkout because of disabilities. For example I have to extremely limit bending and lifting. After filling my cart, l am at the point where I can not take the pain that it causes anymore. It is nearly impossible for me to shop for my family of 6 there. I almost want to pursue legal action due to the physical pain and suffering that self checkout has caused me!

I was just there to pick up a order for my daughter. The folks were very nice and made sure to. Verify that I was the person authorized to do the pickup.

The stores okay they just have a lot of times theyre missing stuff and theyre out of stock of stuff so and I would watch the produce because some of it isnt really good so its an all right store its not as clean as one in in West Linn Oregon

Their stock selection was extremely pitiful. Their produce department was so pathetic that I didnt even go to the rest of the store. My husband and i went straight to the fruit when we got there. All the shelves were basically empty and the few fruits they did have were old and moldy. We were there less than 5 minutes before we put the couple things that we had grabbed back on the shelf and walked out. And that was at like 5:00 with hours left to go before they closed.

I wish this Walmart was better stocked. Its on my way home, so I make plans to stop in there before and/or after work at times. Every time I go in there, theres at least 1 or 2 items that they are out of that Im looking for. Example: I went into this location 2 days ago in the evening looking for Stok coffee. They were completely out of all Stok products except the small servings. I went in at 6:30am 2 days later, hoping that they had restocked and maybe the morning time would be better to get the coffee, and they were still completely out of the coffee. This has happened multiple times with multiple different items. Ice cream is another one I have bad luck with. At any given time, I go in there looking for rainbow sherbert, and all brands are gone. I guess this location has a problem with juggling supply and demand? Only go here if you have enough time to go somewhere else after you realize they are out of stock of what you wanted. Edit: Went in for the third time this week, and still no cold brew coffee at all. How is it that I can go throughout the week and not ONCE find an item?

The store must have a lot of theft because I was followed around like I had sticky fingers. I feel like my appearance is clean, well kept and appropriate. I have a small backpack purse which I keep on my back while shopping. I would never steal anything from a store. I had multiple employees follow me from aisle to aisle and It made me feel very uncomfortable. This upset me because I couldnt understand what part of me was giving them that impression. I will not go back.

Not crowded, everything I needed was in stock, parking was available, and the store was clean.Checkout is not so great though. There was only 1 checker. So anyone who didnt want to self checkout (or had too many items) had to wait in a decent size line. They should be trying to get people out of the store.

Clean follows Covid protocol very helpful employees. Nicely stocked and fresh produce.. this has been our new go to store for shopping.....😊

Watch out for the older lady at self check out shes very rude she pick in choose who she help guess I wasnt good enough for her liking!! I have no idea they shouldnt employ staff that has bias point of views thats good way of getting sued!!!

The order pick up process is generally seamless but this time (the only time ever) the order wasn’t ready and I wanted to get an estimate on how long it would take.Instead of getting in touch with the associate picking the order, Kacey (sp?) who answered the pickup line, decided just to hang up on me. I wasn’t rude or short with her at all. She just felt like that was the proper course of action.So, management, if you’re reading this and even care how your employees represent your store, take note. I’ve picked up from a handful of Walmarts and not once has this happened.I’m sure this one will keep her job because no one wants to work anymore. At least Kacey (sp?) isn’t collecting unemployment like so many others but maybe she should consider a job as a custodian or night cleaning crew where she doesn’t need to interact with the general public.

You can buy items online and pick them up here, but if you want to return them here (if anyone is even working customer service desk that day, they were literally closed the first day wasted my lunch break driving there..never seen an integral part of a Walmart CLOSED before) they will let you wait in line for 25 minutes then let you know they dont take online returns... Because they dont have a truck anymore hahahahah I wish I was joking. My email states I can return at any Walmart location but apparently not this one because the truck stopped going there? Walmart is a horrible store in general and I use them maybe once a year, but this is the worst location Ive seen.

Always friendly customer service. Its not a super center so dont expect more than groceries, basic home supplies and hygiene/cosmetics etc. Has a large selection of the groceries and items they do offer.

Did my 1st drive up for groceries. The Wal-Mart employee loaded my items without a hitch. Was impressed.

Easy in and out. Located in old GI Joes building. Pharmacist was great. Customer service could use some improvement or at a minimum better checkout system.

Decent prices and produce. Shelves are cluttered and its not always easy to find what you need.

Of course, good prices, butt also very convenient pickup with friendly employees.

Clean calm no one screaming at you. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Love the location, products always stocked and not getting stocked during the day...

This is a smaller Walmart, not a superstore but it is close to my work so I stop in sometimes. Always easy parking and the place is not too crowded during the day. Big gluten free section which I always check for the newest and healthiest items. The prices for gluten free are the best that Ive found in the area.

Wanted to order something first person said they will call the managers never came. Went to customer service to see if I can orders the items was told the register is down. Then I hear a customer said he is waiting to help me. Really no help at all. Just keep on saying the register is down and not even manager. By the way this is the 2nd time I try to order. The last excuse we cant order because of covid. Then keep your shelf stock especially if you know this item is bought a lot.

Did a late night grocery run and had quite a bit in my cart. I wasn’t looking forward to doing self check out but of course I went up to the terminal and this wonderful associate (don’t know her name, short with glasses and brown curly hair) stopped me and said, “Do you want me to check you out?!”. She asked me so effortlessly and with honest kindness. This meant a lot and I was quite shocked. This is actually the second time she has gone above and beyond for me. I was trying to buy an opened water filter and she refused to let me buy it and again, went above and beyond to find me one in the back. You just don’t see this kind of customer service too often and I’m just very thankful she is working at my neighborhood grocery store. I’ll catch her name next time!! Thank you!!

Pretty handy and close if you just need medicines, or hygiene, cant do big superstore shopping.

Got our vaccines here at there pharmacy. They were professional and speedy.

Favorite go to place for my grocery needs. Everything is in a very convenient place to find it and they even have a sort of make shift path for convenience. Employs are always kind and the place isnt as messy as other Walmarts I know. Only downside is the bathrooms. Theyre not clean very often during the times I usually go in.

This store is a horrible work environment, people are treated with retaliation for speaking up against wrong doing and harassment. Co-workers are neglected and cast aside due to biased opinions and favoritism. Its very unfortunate when someone speaks up against evil theyre treated with that same evil. Be not overcomers of evil, but overcome evil with good👍

This place never has what I need or want. Really whats the point in being here. Way to small. Just another small grocery store. We got Freds right smack near them. Everytime I need to run to Walmart I have to run to the bigger one because they dont have anything.

I used to always shop at Fred Meyer and Safeway, but for financial reasons I decided to give Walmart Neighborhood Market a try. Ive been pleasantly surprised.The store is clean, the shelves are well stocked, and things are easy to find. They have a great selection of products and, of course, the prices are hard to beat.Unlike a supercenter, checking out is a breeze. If youre not a fan of self-checkout, they usually have one register staffed, but otherwise its up to you. A difference between self-checkout here and other places is there is always a staff member nearby if you run into a problem.Ive been happy with the quality of the products I buy, the service, and the experience in general. The store never feels crowded and socially distancing isnt hard to do most of the time.

Did my shopping online for curbside pickup. In the email I was told that my two four pound sugar bags were unavailable. I called the store asking why sugar is unavailable. The employee in the rudest voice said Well you know we are in a pandemic? And hung the phone up on me. I checked the box for my online order to be placed in bags. Well my trunk and bag seat had my groceries that werent all put in bags. They items that were in bags were so heavy the bags had started to rip. I also received four containers of chicken broth which I didnt purchase or pay for. I walked into the store once my order was filled. Well as I thought they did have 4lbs of sugar. In fact thirty-one bags of sugar. To give you an idea my beginning total was 178.00 dollars my ending total was 148.00. These shoppers need to be trained better. My third time shopping online and each time nothing is correct, rotten fruit, substitutions are far from similar products. Honestly I wouldnt even give them one star.

Their front door psycho is so aggressive and insane he will literally try to tackle you for even *having* a scooter or a bag. I nearly stabbed him in self defense.

Unable to return product purchased from a walmart super store at this location. Apparently all walmarts are not the same. Good thing I didnt purchase the product in europe. I would have to sail back across to facilitate a return. Bad form folks.

We use the grocery pickup service. We also like this Walmart because it isnt the size of an airplane hangar where you have to walk 10 miles to do your shopping. This concept of a Walmart neighborhood type grocery store is outstanding. Theyve got lot s of product in the food line and most importantly it was very very clean and very organized. Walmarts have a tendency to get really sloppy and disorganized like they let a bus load of 5-year-olds run around the store and play. But this particular Walmart was exceptionally tidy and I was most impressed with that. We will definitely be back

The pharmacy at Walmart on Mcloughlin Blvd.is by far the finest Ive had in my 40 yrs. Better than any of the larger pharmacies and this is a grocery store. Simply outstanding and very fast. Wait times ? There are non. I would suggest Walmart pharmacy to everyone

EVERYTIME I go in this Walmart,I literally have to hunt a store employee down or wait until a cashier or customer service is done with the customer Im front of them. I do need extra help sometimes(on n disability) but if I didnt have to wait before I shop would be much more helpful and not as frustrating. It seems cause the store is smaller, employees dont have to do anymore than they have to.

Will no longer be shopping at this Walmart due to a lack of cashiers. I dont mind self checkout for a few items but not having any cashiers at all is a complete lack of service.

This is seriously the only store Ive seen in the entire area that enforces public safety guidelines. The staff are polite but forceful when anti-mask bioterrorists try to enter, and they dont let the store get crowded.

Was only a grocery one. Not too busy and everything I needed, I found. Also fast self checkout lines. So great visit for me.

I really enjoy this Walmart now. They have really upped their game and everybody there is so kind and helpful. No sticks in the mud. The store is always clean too.

It is BIG. Everything I needed was there. The only issue I had was that there was no live checkouts. You had to self scan and bag your own stuff.
