MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER use this place again. They will not answer the phone. My prescription was faxed literally 12 times and they said that they didn’t have it: Finally the doctor forced them to go check it and there it was.
The pharmacist is rude and has no compassion for patient care..they never answer the phone and this is neglect
The people in the store act like they have better things to do than to wait on you last two times I was there they caught an attitude with me made me very angry and will never I will never go back to the store again
The pharmacy dept. Acts as if they do not want to be there. Rude and slow. So sick of businesses talking any kind of way to me. . last chance yall.
They DO NOT answer pharmacy calls...wont even pick up and acknowledge your call...I called 4 times and waited over 10 minutes each time and NEVER was acknowledge. !!! People need their medications and need questions answered. Poor way to treat customers/ sick patients !
CVS homer rd in Minden La and the one in haughton are the 2 sorriest pharmacies I’ve ever had to deal with. You can call and they will not answer, and they want you to believe it’s because they are so busy. They might be but I’ve on several occasions have called let it ring and I driven there 15 minutes away, walk inside to stand in line with phone still to my head. I watched these busy workers behind the counter talking about Recipes or what day did the night before on several different occasions I’ve done this same thing, phone ringing in the back grind and people being ignored. On every other visit I can get a smiles, how are you doing, I’ll be with you in just a moment, not reaction from these workers what do ever. If they stay that busy hire more help. The CVS on Beene BLVD in Bossier city at Target is awesome! They always greet you and 9 times out of 10 it’s no more than 15 minute wait after dropping off. These people need a reward or raise just for making their company look good because the other one honestly don’t know how they are staying in business way they treat customers.
These people are extremely rude and it takes almost an hour to get someone to answer the phone. Please hire someone specifically for answering the phone. Also, maybe you should send them to classes on how to be nice!
I just had oral surgery, I am not feeling well. We drive up to the drive through at 2:34 p.m. she asked when we wanted to pick it up. She then said it would be at least 5:00 p.m. unless I wanted to come inside. Outside is not a priority.
Very rude and never give correct time to pick up meds. Dropped off last time at noon and was told would be ready at 10pm. The pharmacy is closed at that time
Tried to call to see if they had a prescription in stock (Walgreens had it on back order). Was on hold 45 minutes and finally gave up.I decided to go to CVS. As soon as I got back to the pharmacy I heard messages 3 pharmacy calls. Staff totally ignored picking up the calls the entire time I was there.Rude receptionist in drop off area.Carpet looks as if it hasnt been vacuumed in awhile also stained and dirty. Will definitely be a last resort to go to CVS again
Service was the worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Was told prescription would be ready when we got there we arrived a hour later then were told the prescription wouldnt be ready for another 1 1/2 hours we came back in 2 hours and was told again prescription still wasnt ready had to come back again in a hour. The pharmacy staff must go to school and take a course in lying and how to make customers mad.
My doctor called in an RX, I waited 6 hours before going to pick it up. Was told it would be 30 more minutes. I left and came back the next day, a full 24 hours after the RX was called in. Was told that it was they were supposed to order it and it would take 2 more days to come in. There is a good reason this pharmacy has a 2 star rating, lack of staff, lack of knowledge, a huge lack of concern for their customers. Not many options in small towns, but put this one at the bottom of your list!
Some of their staff is very rude. I’ve gotten to the point where I hate calling to talk to someone. I’m getting tired of calling to them to take my stuff off of auto refill
Mediocre service is unacceptable when it comes to life and death (which is what many medications mean!) -- this place is only good for the occasional sale on items like Cokes (which is bad for a pharmacy). In any case, travel across the street to Walgreens where they are faster and nicer.
This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. They need to hire more workers.
Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. It takes at least three days to fill a prescription i am supposed to pick up the next day. I have started driving to a CVS 30 miles away
I have currently been on the phone for over 25 minutes waiting on someone to pick up the phone. If you show up and its not ready, you will be told it wont be ready for another couple of hours. The pharmacists dont give a DAMN if youre knocking on deaths door or just needing your normal every day meds. I rarely go here, but when Im in a pinch, and I have to, I IMMEDIATELY remember why I HATE this place. Ive waited less time in Shreveport and Bossier.
I have been calling for three days on my prescription status. The meds I need are for my heart condition now what do I do. I hope someone Sees this preferably corporate we dont choose to take meds we need meds.. this is terrible service.
The pharmacy staff needs more training. The girls needs to remove the sloth Straight up lazy and incompendent.I understand mistakes(this is why I called to check, this is why I asked at the window and why I asked when I went into the pharmacy), Thats why you TRAIN and WATCH your staff. The Pharmacist had no problem admitting she does wrong in her pharmacy. Have a little pride in yourself and in your staff.
Pharmacy was horrible! I dropped off a prescription and waited and hour and a half. They then told me they couldnt fill it. The staff member gave me attitude when I expressed my aggravtion that they didnt let me know sooner. I will NOT use their services again.
Horribly slow, prescriptions are never ready. Always wait too long. Customer service is horrible and most employees are rude!
It sucks, probably going to change to Walgreens. They never have your prescriptions ready, usually have to wait hours.
Slow they tell you 2hours and it takes 5 to get your meds

When the RX got called in they never filled it or notified me. Then we called twice to have it filled and never did contact me when it was filled after I requested. It’s taken two weeks to get this RX. Very low rent pharmacy.
They are slow as hell. Inside and drive thru. Dont make any sense when its 4 to 5 people not including the pharmacist working.
Customer service was horrible. The two older women(one a manager, the other a cashier) both very rude and nonchalant.
