Doctor called in two scripts around 11am 07/27/21. I called at 3:30 to confirm they received them and theyd be ready for pick up on my way home from work. I was told by a tech that they were supposed to be ready by 3:18 but one wasnt ready but would be in about 30 minutes. Making it ready at 3:48. I arrived at 5:10. Still same status, one ready, one not. This is the fourth or fifth time at this location. A few of the staff in the pharmacy are friendly and seem to actually seem to know whats going on. The younger pharmacist during the day and rest dont seem to know their head from their rear; their job from sewer work.

If you enjoy having your whole day shot to hell, this is the place for you. 30-minute waits in the drive-thru are the norm. Walk in and expect to see a line of people, some of them elderly and on canes, standing for just as long. One time I waited 30 minutes just to be given some other poor guy’s meds. That’s a little scary. Tried getting medication delivered to me once, only for them to accidentally send me a footstool instead (I cannot make this up.) Staff moves like frozen molasses until it’s time for lunch break, where they suddenly develop a Russell Westbrook first step.

My husband and I woukd like to Thank Jamile in pharmacy. The five stars is for her personally! This pharmacy is challenging to put it nicely. I have read the previous reviews and unfortunately have to agree with most of the poor reviews, but Jamile is a gem!! She saw the issues we were having and the answers we were not getting and stepped in as politely and professionally as could be and resolved in minutes the issue we had been dealing with for a week. This young lady is a huge asset to your pharmacy department. As well as a very much needed, wonderfully unexpected addition to your pharmacy team.we were extremely impressed and appreciative of everything she did for us.

I called in on 10/18/20, spoke with Ginger in regards to a prescription. As I was giving her the verification information she continued to cut me off while I was still speaking. I couldn’t complete the entire stay without her interruptions. Very rude customer PERIOD! She transferred the call to someone else who was nicer but very confused, didn’t seem to have an clear understanding of information I inquired about. Basically I need a prescription filled, but insurance won’t cover until the next day which I understood. I wanted them to fill the prescription and I would pay out of pocket because I needed prescription ASAP. I just decided to go to another Walgreens because it was too much. I called a different Walgreens that was farther out but so worth it. I called in to Walgreens lady was sooo nice. I explained the situation. Nicole was so nice she gave me 3 pills until I can get my prescription filled by insurance company the next day. God bless Nicole!Good customer service is extinct.

Why is this pharmacy still closed???? Roads are clear! We need our medication people!!!

Have some issues with turn over like lots of pharmacies but usually on spot.drive though line usually a 5-10 min wait. Overall Im happy with service.

On 12/7/19 I called the Minden Walgreens in an attempt to have a script filled as an emergency fill for an albuterol inhaler. The pharmacy stated they do not do emergency script refills sooner than their 90m wait time for inhalers and to go to urgent care. Amazing.

There was a lady behind that was in uniform and walked behind the counter, ignored me, and walked back out from the counter. I asked if she could help me as I was standing at the main register and she threw up her hand at me turned arpund and walked away shouting, im offShe was a shorter african american lady who had a few extra poundage on her. If I had more time I would have notified a manager but I had to leave and wrote this instead. Hopefully it is directed to the attention of someone who cares about their store and customers.

I love the store but have to wait a long time. I know they get busy but I called to ask a question this morning waited for 6 minutes on the phone and no one ever picked up so called CVS and got someone within 2 minutes

They are extremely slow, and if I go thru the drive thru, they never give me all my meds. Btw- the amount of of staples they use are crazy!!!!!

I use the pharmacy. The wait might be alittle longer in drive thru, but worth it! Staff is friendly and prescriptions are filled in timely manner. I wont go anywhere else!

I go to pick my meds. The pharmacy staff are helpful and friendly. But I go because the Walgreens pharmacy has fewer people waiting in line than CVS or Walmart.

Terrible service in the pharmacy. Unhelpful, cant get medication correct, has given is someone elses meds on seperate occassions. We have to constantly tell the employees what proper Walgreens policy should be.

Absolutly horrible customer service. I have been stuck in the drive through for 20 min trying to drop off a prescription. Hire more people!!!If the customer in front of me has this many issues they need to be told to drive around and come in the building!!!

Stay away from this place. It really sucks. There is a drive thru window but the pharmacy staff will give you the wrong medicine then tell you they cant take it back. So for Walgreens incompetence you pay for their mistakes. Theyll never get another dollar of mine!!

The pharmacy is extremely incompetent. The staff is not friendly and the prices on the rest of their merchandise are rather high for the area.

Closes too early to be useful for its household extras it sells. The typical Walgreens store closes at midnight or is 24 hours.

Convenient location,mostly good customer service & variety of merchandise BUT PRICES ARE A BIT HIGH!

Automated pharmacy system breaks down a lot. No one knows until you go there to pick up.

Several times Patrick and staff have gone out of their way for me. My young son received a prescription the insurance company declined and Patrick made countless phone calls between myself, the doctor and the insurance company to resolve the issue. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy!

Pharmacy workers are just rude. They act like their whole goal is to get the customer to go away. I dont know how they get any business. I just went somewhere else.

Its ridiculous you cant get them to do there jobs in the pharmacy it takes them 3 weeks to get a script filled
