Had a problem with something on my T-Mobile account and was getting nowhere. I came to this store seeking help on the account. Thank God I came to this store the guy actually knew what he was talking about and helped me clear the whole situation up. The end result was even better than what I expected. This is probably the best T-Mobile store on the island. They have a customer for life!

Manager knows nothing about phones sold me a s21 ultra 5G saying it holds memory cards after I told him Im going from a 1TB 10+ and it doesnt didnt know anything about the buds saying it was his first weeks on the job no excuse dont know something just say that. Stuck with a phone for 3 months before I jump when he also said 30 days doesnt even know about company policies do not go here

I cant say enough about the wonderful customer service offered at this location. Chris and Kelvin were extremely helpful and patient and stayed well beyond closing time on New Years Eve to help us to finalize our familys transition to T-Mobile. Kelvin has since been extremely helpful in answering additional questions and resolving other concerns that have come up. I have never experienced such personalized and professional service from any of the other companies that I have dealt with and strongly recommend this location, even if it is a bit out of your way to get to. It is well worth it!

Im actually sad I wasted all this time paying at&t a fortune when T-Mobile was around. I dont know how long theyve been this reliable, but I live in the now; and right now theyve got it. Now that I have it, I cant see anyone living without unlimited data. Every month with at&t Id get a message that basically said you went over, we charged you $20 forget that noise. The manager Chris fixed me up with everything I needed, but my favorite part was no hidden taxes or fees. He said !XX is what you pay. No tax, no fee, no change just a flat rate! Also this guy Chris (manager) had An almost encyclopedic knowledge of cell phones. Every brand, model hes had it. Great place, great deal!!SB

My husband and I are sorry we did not change plans sooner as we got a Senior rate plus the international plan is perfect for all our travels and I was able to trade in my old iPhone for the 11. We cut our cost in half.After walking out of several T Mobile locations, we googled nearby locations to find the top rating at this location. The Manager, Chris, is the penultimate Salesman. We are confident he gave us the best plan for our needs as he listened. It was such an enjoyable experience as his staff is also very attentive. We continue to talk about our new deal. Go see Chris and his staff.

After reading mostly subpar reviews for the t mobile stores in the area I was contemplating not changing carriers. Thankfully, I saw the extremely positive reviews for this location so decided to give them a try. Well the reviews were spot on as we had an exceptional consumer experience. We were fortunate enough to have Chris, the store manager, help us transition several lines and set-up a new phone. Not an easy process these days but Chris made it an easy and enjoyable experience. On top of it, we were pushing up against the stores closing time on a Friday night but never felt rushed. Highly recommended this t mobile store!

Really friendly and helpful. Went in there to correct a mistake my family members (yes Im throwing them under the bus) made with a purchase. Get 4 stars from me for being helpful and telling me exactly what needed to be done as well as giving me another tip regarding a separate purchase. Lost the 5th star only because I actually accomplished nothing...only said family members involved could rectify the issue. Overall good experience though.

T-Mobile has the most abysmal customer service departments Ive ever encountered but this store goes a long way towards smoothing things over. Both Adam and Michelle spent close to 3 hours trying to help me straighten things out. They were knowledgeable, honest, helpful and really, really nice. The store owner was concerned and helpful as well. If you live in this general area, dont go to any other store!!! Ever!!!!

Chris, the owner of the Mineola T-Mobile store, has the patience of a saint! I came in with my old and damaged, Galaxy 5, that was being replaced with a Galaxy 6, thru insurance. I had to transfer the data from one phone to the other and got really frustrated trying to do it on my own. While Chris helped me, he greeted each new customer as they came into the store. As I happily waited for my information to move from one phone to another, I witnessed so many satisfied customers being taking care of at this location. My local T-Mobile where I live 20 minutes away, lost me as a customer, and I was at the point where I was going to give up on T-Mobile, until I walked into the Mineola location. What a difference customer service makes. Keep up the good work Chris!
