Bad customer service, the guy did not help me and gave me wrong information. After leaving this location i went to westbury who were 10 times better

It is one of my favorite place and amazing we live far but it is worth going and the workers there are extremely nice

Went there to purchase a phone; after an unusual experience at the corporate store on old country road. The salesperson here was fantastic at this location; they had the phone I wanted but she recommend a phone she thought I would like better; price was a little higher; but a much better phone. The service was FANTASTIC!.

Excellent local MetroPCS store that has just about everything anyone might need for phone related purchases as well as great data, text, and voice plans.

So, I went with my (then) 83 year old mother to this Metro PCS store on October 9th 2017.My mother wanted to buy her first iPhone. Sam sold us a brand new iphone.About six months later, we started having problems with it. When the charge ran out, it would go off and would not come back on.Sometimes, we would leave it on the charger for 3 days before it powered on again.I went back to the store and wanted to replace the battery because a new iPhone should not be doing this.She told me that they do not sell batteries and that I should go to the Sppke store.The Apple store told me that there was a technical problem with the phone and that it will not power on again. They told me that if the phone was less than one year old, they would just give us a new phone.I told them that it was purchased brand new on October 9th, so we were within warranty.Then ran the serial number and told me that this phone was first purchased 18 months before we purchased it.So, we were completely scammed by this Metro PCS.My mother has since died of cancer, her final months she had no cell phone.HORRIBLE! SHAME ON YOU!
