Even tougher as a consumer to come across that individual who is friendly, knowledgeable and has an obvious passion for helping the customer.From the initial phone call to the store to check on the latest offers available to switch from my mobile provider to AT&T, through the first impression made when entering the store, right up to the end of the transaction for four new phones, Jesse provided an excellence of service that is all too rare these days. Jesse smoothly and confidently took away the anxiety of switching carriers and upgrading the family devices. Update: Upon writing this review, the situation was resolved a few weeks later finally. It makes me sad that I had to write a review for this 6 month issue to be resolved. But, I am happy they were able to finally help me.The only reason this review is not a 1star is due to Shalnea. She has been trying to help me and my family within her power. Otherwise, the experience we have faced has been nothing short or poor and frustrating. I lease my phones, so I got a new phone in October and gave my old phone back to this store that same month. Since November, we have continuously been getting charged for not just my new phone; but also for the old phone we handed back to the store a month prior. We have the email confirmation and everything that we gave it back to them. (They have also seen this email) But here we are still trying and fighting to stop being over charged 6 months later. Every time we have asked for an update weve gotten, Oh, I thought that was taken care of already. Not sure why its not fixed. To say this has been beyond frustrating is an understatement. We have been in constant communication with this store and still they have not helped us at all. We are incredibly disappointed and just want continuous overcharged fixed. Not sure what else we are supposed to do when when the management here is saying they thought it was fixed when it obviously is still something we are over paying, just like for the last 6 months.

Mike Tapper spent more than an hour with me helping set up my phone after the at home set phone to phone setup didn’t work. It didn’t transfer over my contacts or all of my apps, it turns out, because the my old phone hadn’t updated. Mike took the time even though that service isn’t technically offered in store. I wouldn’t have known the update was the reason, and contacting Apple support didn’t help. I had tried everything I knew, and really appreciate Mike taking the time and having the patience to help me.

I brought my mom in to transfer her phone number onto our account. The transfer wasn’t smooth with the other carrier but Sam was patient and took very good care of my mom and got it done. Fantastic customer service!

Went in to try and get issues on my phone fixed. Unfortunately the phone is to old to be good for anything. Its probably 5 yrs old. However the Representative I spoke with seemed to genuinely want to help. They spent some time talking with me about the wilds and gave me information on ATT Tv to be able to watch all the games. Even though my problem wasnt solved this time i will continue to visit this location

Today I went to AT&T to get a replacement phone since mine was unfortunately stolen. Brandon, an employee at this location, was extremely helpful. He did everything he could to get me in contact with my family so we could coordinate the claim. In the end, I had a new phone delivered to my house a few hours later. Great experience!

We had a really difficult time porting over a number from Straight Talk. We originally tried with Verizon and after an entire day back & forth with them we gave up and went to AT&T. Mason & Ryan did a FANTASTIC job of taking care of us and getting things right and we cant say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!

Signed up for new Directv service. Mentioned to Jesse and Patrick that I needed the dish installed on a second story roof. They assured me that if there was a problem getting a dish installed they would help get it done. We set up a time for install of new genie system for 7 TVs. The tech showed up. Tech said they would reschedule with a tech that has a taller ladder. ReScheduled 4 more install appointments. Each one of the appointments were cancelled by Directv. I called Directv after each cancellation. Same answer. I assure you, we will be there for installation the next time. Finally after the last appointment. I called Directv. Representative told me the request for service was canceled. I told them I did not cancel. Who did?Reached out over the next 8 weeks to Patrick for help to get this resolved. Each time PatricK said he has been working with his boss and his bosses boss to get this resolved. This all started the week before NFL season started.Still nothing has been done to resolve this.Very frustrated with what seams to be a simple problem to fix.

Had a fabulous experience with Jason at AT&T setting up our new family plan. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all PATIENT with us while we transferred everything over. Top notch customer service could not recommend enough!

ATT brand charging devices sold in a bundle with IPhone 11 were not covered under a warranty claim by partner ATT store because I couldnt also return car charger and box which were in my salvaged car. They only worked for two months so it seems that ATT really stands by their products mechanically and in service.

Ryan was fantastic!I spent easily more than 8hrs over the course of 3 weeks trying to resolve what I thought was going to be a painless request. I was bounced around from department to department and was told something different every time. In all fairness, the department I needed was temporally closed due to Covid. It was annoying, but I understood given the circumstances. I stuck with it and eventually got 2 out of 3 steps sorted. The 3rd step required me going into an AT&T store. So I went into a store, relieved that the whole process was almost over. The agent tries, but he isn’t able to help me and tells me, I have to go to one of the “corporate” stores......🙄, Of course I do.As advised I find myself standing inside a corporate store. Up walks Ryan F. Super friendly, confident and ready to help. I explain what I need, and after taking it all in, he says, “unfortunately, thats not possible”. What?!?! I was totally deflated. “Let’s look at your plan....Ah I see, you should do this, this and this and not only will it resolve your issue, it will reduce your payment in half.” Are you kidding me?!?? Yes please! With the press of a few buttons, just like that, my problem was resolved!AT&T should seriously consider cloning Ryan F. He is the perfect example of excellent customer service!

Ryan Fajdetich helped me with my phone twice in the last week. He truly went above and beyond to help take care of the issues I was having with my iPhone. Since Apple has closed all of their stores due to COVID19, Ryan even went the extra mile to help me with my dealings with Apples online support, and eventually to help me get my new phone set up, and data transferred. This was truly the best of what you could hope for in Customer Service, in a day and age when that is becoming more and more rare. Thank you, Ryan!

I had a very pleasant experience with this store when i came in on my lunch break to look into upgrading my phone. I was greeted right away and put on a queue and checked out the new phones while i waited. I believe his name was Ryan, he was very helpful, friendly and patient. Ultimately i decided to upgrade and I am very pleased with my new s10+.

The team at Ridgedale is top notch. Joshua and Whitney have been so patient, informative, and clear in their explanations. They saved us money and helped us be informed consumers.
