My boss told me about Tonka Nutrition last year and now Im totally hooked! The owner (Tracy) is THE BEST! She is a vibrant, fun personality and she will help you find a healthy protein shake (blended cold or hot), or an energy tea that will make your mouth water! These drinks are delicious (but taste naughty!) and theyre a filling meal replacement. I am a huge fan of the Wedding Cake shake, but the large, diverse menu will surely have something to your liking! In addition, the shop has a large (but still very cozy) space with several tables (big and small) and even a couch, where you can hang out with friends, fire up your laptop and work, or play games (which you can bring your own, or use what they have there for you!) I recently decided to get serious about making healthier choices in 2020 and getting better RESULTS on my health and fitness journey, so I just invested in some of the shops very reasonably priced products, just so that I could enjoy my shakes more frequently at home, at work, or on-the-GO! I did some meal-prepping last night and it took me maybe all of 5 minutes! Whether youre looking for a quick, delicious meal made for you on the fly, or for longer-term options, Tonka Nutrition is SO worth a try!! You wont regret it!

Tracy and husband are great. Was having a very rough morning that included me not having my wallet and a flat tire. The shakes are always delicious. The tea keeps me and the team going on a daily basis. Tracy was gracious enough to let me stay inside while I waited for a ride. She offered me a shake even though I didnt have my wallet.
