Ryan at the Minnetonka store was absolutely amazing. He helped me figure out how to mail a big dollhouse with sentimental value across the country. He patiently answered all my questions and followed up until it was delivered. Best customer service ever! Exceeded all expectations.

Jennifer is simply the best graphic designer ever. She understood our vision and captured it beautifully. She is very professional, very prompt in answering questions, and has a great personality. We are so happy we worked with her for our wedding.

This UPS store is awesome! The staff is always friendly, they are extremely fast an efficient with their orders and do high quality work! We use them for a lot of printing stuff and each year they donate towards our Breast cancer awareness fundraiser. They are a big staple in this community and I would highly recommend them!

We love this store! We have used it to mail frozen items across state lines several times and it always works out well! Recently, we needed a notary service and they came to our rescue. Kyle, the manager, was very patient and even stayed late to help us finish the job! This store is great!

It was my first time to ship an item through UPS. The gentleman in the store was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He even put additional tape on my package to ensure its secure. I live in South Mississippi and called upon this store to track down and acquire some collectibles that I had purchased. They retrieved my merchandise, packaged it professionally, and send it to my business location via UPS.....all the while being courteous, timely, and kind. Be very careful if you ship anything from this location the insurance they offer is useless unless you use a box they provide or a box that has a specific tear or crush rate up to their standards. I used a box that had has the same ratings that Amazon uses so I must have done something wrong. Ups destroyed the box in shipping and said it was not their fault and that I had to talk to the shipping location. I did that numerous times and was promised an email from Karen with the final decision from ups. I finally got ups to share with me the decision which I said I do not agree with and they said sorry we cannot help you since I do not own the shipping account. The email from Karen has not come to me yet I also asked to have her escalate within ups since they would not talk to me since I did not own the shipping account the ups store owns the account so I have no rights to complain when I am the actual customer. I believe I was also very reasonable in asking for a fraction of the insured value since my customer was willing to have the item repaired and split the expense with me. In the end I would just simply recommend going to fedex and have a better experience which I wish I had in the beginning. Good luck and just be very careful if you decide to use this location and are not presented with the fine print until it is to late.

Super nice man helped me! I had packed something in a wine box which cannot be shipped by UPS. They do not ship alcohol and will not ship anything in an alcohol box. He offered to put my box into a UPS for me. All I had to do was buy a box!!

I use the UPS store to easily and safely mail gifts to my grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law. The service is good and friendly.

This place is a rip-off. Charged me $2.25 to print a shipping label that a company had emailed me to return a product. The fancy $2.25 shipping label was nothing more than a sheet of copy paper. Save your time and MONEY and avoid this scam.

They advertise that they do notary but do not offer notary for birth or death certificates. If you are going to offer notary services offer notary services.

I shipped a package for $7.50 last week it just returned. besides that the shipping postage only cost $3.80 so they charge double what a Post Office would.
