We set up two appointments, first to measure and examine window for replacement glass, then later to install the glass. Both visits were on time, pleasant, and professional. In short, Great Service. When I get great service, pricing is secondary. Not that their pricing was high. It was more than fair.

Used this place multiple times for a windshield and it seems that the windshield is not as durable as they say it is, the 2nd time I went here for my windshield it cracked down the middle, another time there was a leak and they refused to fix it without me buying a new windshield after they had already supposedly had fixed it. Wouldnt recommend going here

Blue Toyota tundra Glassdr license plate driving over 80 mph in a 55 endangering people on the highway. I mean seriously? Your driving a business vehicle slow down!!!!!!!...what does that say about the company? Stop putting other peoples lives at risk because your running late or some other excuse...

This location got me and the truck back on the road. The repair was done quickly and very professionally. They even saved me extra work removing my drop visor. Thank you Mr Nogosek for such an amazing job!

First broken windshield on our new truck and decided to go with Glass Doctor for convenience and I know people that have used them in the past. It was an interesting experience which required patience from both parties. I have to say they handled it exceptionally!! Kaitlyn was super sweet and understanding. Owner Mike took me under his wing and provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend them they stand by their work and love what they do.

There is no courtesy car but you can Lyft to the mall. They gave me a time it would be ready and it was a little late. I would suggest not taking the 3 pm time slot as it takes 2 hours and they close at 5 pm

Got my windshield replaced by them. Have been trying to have them fix it again as it cracked down the center where it first started to leak at. Have called numerous times only for them to state that they will not warranty the labor only the windshield even though to me thats poor workmanship. Not only did that happen but they never explained what their warranty would and would not cover. So now Im going to see if I can get the cost of the windshield refunded come monday or tuesday morning so Im able to go to all American glass where Ive also had worked done had a slight issue and it was resolved right away.

Another great experience with the Glass Doctor of Minot. I suffered a chip in my windshield in the early afternoon. I called them and they told me they were available for me in one hour. I brought my vehicle in and it took them 30 minutes to finish job with a chip repair I cannot even tell is there! Clean windshield and out the door! They even handled the bill with my insurance company who offers to cover chip repairs. So smooth and simple. Job well done Glass Dr.

Driving into Minot with my wind shield popped out on both driver and passenger sides of the motor home. First call to Safeglass theyd call me back in a buisness day and said they have to replace glass (but my glass was was near perfect no chips etc) ...what !! Its Friday cant wait till Monday ...next call to Glass Doctor Katlyn was upfront and genuine, she knew about her buisness and could even tell that I had curved glass!!.. said she they should be able to reset existing glass was 75% sure but there is a possibility of breakage ...pulled in on Saturday they inspected gave me a fair price and was upfront about options and again reiterated possible breakage of windshield . The owner Mike took on the install about 3 hours later install was complete!! Looks great, Mike applied sealant to ensure the windshield doesnt pop out again.Great service, knowledge and pricing .Thank you !

Short, sweet and to the point! Perfect experience with this company! Will definitely use them for my windshield needs and recommend them to others. After a horrible experience at safelite I called Glass Doctor and they took over the issue. I wonder if safelite is still waiting on the windshield 🤔 after they ordered the wrong windshield. How do you even do that? They also never gave me the option of ODM or aftermarket. Thank you Glass Doctor for giving me that option.
