Faster than expected, quality work! Have had 2 of my cars serviced here in the last few years and its always great work.

I took a rock to my windshield and the crack was close to the maximum size that can be repaired. Jesse was nice enough to take a look at it so I would know if I needed to schedule a chip repair or a windshield replacement. I was lucky and it can be repaired, they got me in the next day, and the repair looks great!As with all glass repairs the cracks dont completely disappear but the integrity of the windshield has been restored and the cracks shouldnt expand. If the repair fails they will credit the cost of the repair to my new windshield. They also cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my floor mats.They were friendly and helpful, and took time to make sure I understood the process.

I recieved excellent service from the start to the finish of the replacement. This is in Minot, ND. I originally had it scheduled for 9/17/21. If I remember correctly, Brad had called me that morning to let me know that the tech was preparing everything before arriving to my place. An hour or so later he called me back informing me that there was a scratch in the window and could not do the replacement that day as they would need to order another. Ok, cool no biggie because I definitely didnt want a scratch in a new window. We set up the date for the following Tuesday. Later that Friday, my friend Tyrel reached out and apologized for the inconvenience as he must have seen my name and service for that day. He then went in depth of explaining how they recieve scratched windows, etc before they even get the window to the shop and also how to recalibrate the cameras. Tuesday comes and communications sent via text letting me know all the updates and the progress. Lo and behold, Tyrel was the tech this day. I work from home and was in meetings or on the phone so I was unable to come out to say hi or check out the window before he left. Window was intact fully and instructions were left with a brochure. A week later and all is good. Thank you Safelite in Minot, Brad and Tyrel for the exceptional services!

An absolutely useless online scheduling system. Impossible to get a person on the phone so you waste time making an appointment for a service they cannot offer.

First of all I hate that you cant talk to alive person. Then when I did fill out my information nobody got back to me. Very un professional

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Safelite in Minot! I was able to quickly and easily schedule the appointment online and received convenient text reminders. We were promptly greeted and helped upon arrival. After the car was repaired, the technician told us the repair was not as extensive as we had thought was needed. He had made the repair, inspected the rest of the windshield, washed all the windows, and vacuumed the front seat area, and ended up charging us nothing. This is clearly a place of integrity that values the customer. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Safelite!

I didnt use Safelite. Every time I called I got a recorded voice and instructions to move to the next step. I just wanted to speak to a real live person. So I called another auto glass dealer and they picked up on the 2nd ring with a live person. I received the information I needed and made an appointment to replace my windshield. I have another vehicle that needs a new windshield and Ill be going back.

Called to try to get some information and schedule an appointment for both my vehicles and they only answer questions or book appointments online. And For more information, please visit their web page. Is it really that hard to have customer service these days? Is it that much to ask for someone to answer a phone? I feel bad for all of the elderly people in the world who cant even get a window replaced these days because they dont use internet. Some of us dont have time to waste being online all day. I cant do that while Im driving but I can talk on the phone while driving.

Online only bookings, what a disaster . This company thinks everyone is a windshield installer? I was Leary and booked online anyways, put my VIN into their system and wha-la they have a windshield now I just need to pick my time . Show up at the time I chose and you know it ...... WRONG WINDSHIELD . TO SAY I WAS LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!

Brad and Branon were freaking awesome. My windshield was perfect I didn’t have to worry about tape or anything they explained everything to me exactly how I needed to take care of it since I was traveling such a long distance back home. They were very personable and punctual. I even had my dog with me and they let her sit in the office with me while I waited on my vehicle. They worked with my schedule when I was trying to figure out when I can make it down since it was such a long drive I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs!!!!!!! With all the social distancing everyone seems to be really distant and borderline rude but not these guys they were extremely kind and incredibly helpful! Thanks guys!

These guys might be the best in the business, but Ill never know. The hoops you have to jump through BEFORE EVEN SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE were enough to hang up. I stuck it out and waited to talk to a person...several more unnecessary hoops, just to TRY TO get a simple quote to fix a like bullseye chip. Thats when I hung up.I hope you guys have a special deal with insurance companies or something, because thats the ONLY way I can see you staying in business.

I took my truck there to get my windshield repaired because of a recommendation from my insurance company. I am so glad I did. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with amazing customer service. The waiting area was very nice and clean. I was kind of nervous about the wait time because I had my three kids with me, but the wait turned out to be very pleasant. The manager was very nice, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The work was completed very quickly. Not only did they fix my window, they also washed all my windows and vaccumed my truck. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and throughly explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be a return customer in the future.

No return calls. Quoted outrageous fee, sight unseen.Wanted to sell a complete windshield even though I had a gasket needing to be popped back into place.

Just had my windshield replaced right before we started on a 2 day road trip. The windshield was installed perfectly and we had no problems with leaks or road noise. Apart from the missing cracks and dead bugs youd never guess we had a new windshield.
