Had a tow last week on Christmas Eve. Marcus answered and told him my car had broke down on the side of the Highway and I needed it towed to a repair shop. He came less than 45 minutes to help tow my vehicle and was able to tow it to his shop and help me out. Marcus was friendly, professional, on time, and very helpful. Within 15 minutes these guys were out to pull me from a sliding snow bank...lol. Highly recommend. Others I called would not come for 2 hours!

This is the worst place to take your car for repairs. They charge you for parts and don’t put them on, the truck came out worse than it went in. Then they start yelling in your face. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They should just stick to towing

Had a wheel bearing explode 70 miles from home, my insurance only covered a 50 mile tow, NoDak towing got my car to my mechanics and gave me a ride home without an absurd mileage charge. Employee was awesome and they got to me very quickly

He was right on time and very knowledgeable on all the equipment he operates. He runs a tight ship and I’m glad to have gotten the chance to talk with him on our trip from Minot to Mandan. My Acadia suddenly died overnight, called 3 other tow companies in town who couldnt come out, called NoDak and they were here in less than an hour with a couple of guys who got the thing hooked up and hauled off no sweat in no time at all. They were super friendly and knowledgeable about the areas mechanics, where to go and what to avoid. 10/10 will be my first call next time.

Car broke down Monday. Called in Tuesday and they were able to pick it up shortly after I had called. They were very polite, professional, and affordable. Definitely made a bad situation better.

We got rear-ended today, Saturday on a holiday weekend. We called Nodak towing and got an answer right away. They arrived really fast and were very courteous. We weren’t excited about being in the situation but at least the recovery went great.

Let me preface this review in that I wanted to give a glowing report. I needed a car towed to our new place, came home last night. Its facing the oncoming traffic and well off the curb. It doesnt run. He said hed fix it today. Welp...no such thing. In my view, whatever credibility he had is out the window. We call pro services to finish said services. Now I have to enlist the neighbors to get it turned around. Not a professional by any means.
