First time at SHOE CARNIVAL...I wear prescription insoles that dont fit into every shoe comfortably, and I wear a wide and large size all ready, extra wide with bunion issue,... but fortunately I found some much needed sneakers, on sale, for less than I expected to pay, with a high toe box, a good brand, colors I wanted and I bought 2 pair (FILA) for what I thought Id have to pay for one. ABOUT $30.00 EACH. !!!

Nice store. My biggest problem was finding an employee on the sales floor to help me. There were two helping one customer. The staff at the tills were very congenial and efficient.

I found shoes I needed at great prices. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because I walked by employees and was never greeted or asked if I needed help. The lady who helped me at the end was very pleasant.

Twice Ive been in, and twice Ive been ignored. I was clearly noticed by multiple employees however no one gave me the time of day, as if I was an inconvenience. The products are great, the staff is not. Very disappointed

They didnt have my size in the boot I wanted so we ordered it online and received at my house!! Very fast and great service!!

Excellent customer service at the counter I ordered my product online and it was available to me the next business day to us the following day very pleasant atmosphere in the shoe store itself I have been in there a couple times but never made a purchase I plan on coming back to the store as frequently as possible to make orders or to receive orders or to make a purchase in in person

Staff just looked as I walked in and out. No greeting or help at all. The store had one other customer.

They wont wear masks during a pandemic to protect eachother or customers. We wont be shopping here now or in the future.

The store associated were very helpful. They have a great selection. And great sale. My visit was very enjoyable.

The store was a absolute mess, nothing is organized. I’ve never been to a store where it was that hard to find what I was looking for! While I was shopping I was obviously struggling to find what I was looking for (shown by me opening every single box because the shoes where not organized by size, color, or style) not a single person asked if I needed anything and there wasnt a single other customer in the store and there where two employees chatting behind the counter....One of the most disappointed experience I’ve ever had with a retailer... in the end I decided to take my business elsewhere....

Good service! Would like to see moe inventory in girls size 2.5. I did get good service and sales associate even offered to measured my daughters foot for accurate size, and luckily for that it saved me both time and money as she was actually a size 2.5 and I was going to buy her a size 2. It turns out that she had a growth spurt and also needed a size up in clothing which I would not have had her try on her clothing had it not been determined prior that she had a huge growth spurt in height also. Thank you shoe Carnival for great service and a reason to have her try on a new size clothing therefore saving us a return trip to the mall to exchange all the clothing for a larger size. Im coming back today to update more of the color of shoes she will need for school!

The staff at this store have a staring problem, and she looked at the shoes I was wearing as I walked out as if she thought I was stealing. Plus she came up to me 3 times asking if I needed help. They obviously have a racist staff.
