We came here for bridesmaid dresses for a wedding coming up in July. We were heartbroken with a previous experience at a different shop being not size-inclusive, so when we came here we were so excited to see the size range!! My expectations were met and exceeded. All of us found a dress that looked so beautiful and comparable in pricing. Coming from Fargo, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service, the range of sizes and styles, and the overall ambiance this store provided!

I came 2 hours from Bismarck and it was worth every mile!I loved my consultant Ciara and she is SO good at her job.I tried on multiple dresses and we narrowed down what I did and didnt like but still couldnt find the ONE.WELL Ciara went and picked out a dress and her first words were Bare with me so I trusted her and tried the dress on.It was perfect, the first dress I actually felt like a bride in.The one I could imagine myself walking down the aisle in.I am so excited to go back in September to pick up my dress and see my new friends at Fiancee!!💕💍

I highly suggest getting your dress at fiancée. I not only had the honor of them helping me with my wedding dress last year but a few weeks ago went there for my bridesmaid dress for my sister wedding. Being pregnant, I don’t think I would enjoy dress shopping but the team made it fun. Its not just a business but a family there. We had some good laughs and good conversation, before I knew it I had the perfect dress. I would trust the team with any special occasion from prom to wedding dress. If you want a amazing experience go to finance. You will not regret it!

Best dress shopping experience! The employees were so helpful and patient with me while helping me find my dream dress. They set up a one on one appt for me and helped me quickly find a dress. Super personal experience when shopping for dress. I love that you have to book a time and get 2 hours focused on finding your dream dress. As a bride, finding a dress was the most stressful thing, and fiancé’s made it easy. I also love that you get discount on everything else you buy through them if you get your dress there. My whole wedding was on a tight budget and this place made everything possible.

To my surprise, I was absolutely blown away by Fiancees selection and beautiful dresses that fit my budget (>$500). They catered to size 16+ better than I thought possible. After having a few lacklustre experiences at other bridal stores, I was skeptical that I would enjoy another appointment at what I assumed was a pricey boutique. I could not have been more wrong! The individualized service was exceptional, and in exchange for the $25 styling fee, I received well over $100 in gifts and promotional items. I am so thankful for this store and its staff for making this experience so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

How can I give 10 stars to this place? cause 5 are definitely not enough! I said Yes to the Dress at Fiancee Minot and I have to say that they were awesome with me. Since I am from another country, my friends or family couldnt be there to help me out when choosing, but Debbie and Madison were my friends there. Madison was awesome helping me to try on the dresses, picking them out and taking pictures so that my friends and family could see them. This place understands what customer service is and takes it seriously.I am super happy I got to have the store to myself to choose from the great variety of dresses they have. I recommend booking the $25 appointment. I was super pampered while being there and felt like a princess!I really recommend this place, it exceeded my expectations. Its simply wonderful❤🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My experience was fantastic. I was sorta under crunch time as my wedding was closer than what was considered the norm. While I had found a dress they could order online, I was a little skeptical as to whether Id be satisfied with it since Id never gotten to try it on. Courtney helped me try on dresses by the same designer that were very similar in fit, and I was able to leave feeling confident in my decision to go ahead and order the dress! Courtney was super awesome and she made the whole experience really fun, especially since Im not from here and had no family in town to shop with me. Im not sure if you can pick who you have your appointment with, but if you can you should choose her. Like I said, she made it into a fun experience.I wouldve given 4.5 stars instead if that were an option. The only reason for the half star is because I was told by another sales lady that I would get a little gift card for a free glass of wine at some local wine shop, as well as a free yoga class pass. Would have been nice to get those, but I also may have just misunderstood! Overall I was super thankful for this place! Thanks Courtney! :)

I probably should have read these reviews beforehand, but I agree. Why would I pay a booking fee without even being able to see if I like anything.Also, the lady at the door was quite rude and instead of feeling welcomed, I felt pushed out of the store.

Went in yesterday to look at wedding dresses. Just to look. Not touch nor ty them on. However, was informed we could not even look at them unless we booked an appointment.How do I know if I even want to book an appointment, for $25, if I can’t even look to see if anything catches my eye? What if you had nothing I liked? Would I get my $25 back??? No.

Super grateful for Debbie and her amazing business! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. I explained that I had a bridesmaid emergency and was desperately hoping they could help me out. It took all of two minutes to welcome me in, get my information and come up with a game plan. I needed a dress in time for an August wedding, and of course it was June 29th that I walked in! I was treated very well by Debbie, she made me feel so comfortable. I was trying on several beautiful dresses in no time, and was shocked that I actually had options!! (I’m plus sized, and thought this wasn’t going to go well, so feeling pretty AND comfortable in more than one dress was a great feeling). I found a style that was on my “favorite” list and we were able to order in! Debbie texted me the next business day to tell me it was a successful pick, and would be in the store very quickly! I’ll actually have a dress in time, all thanks to her wonderful customer service. I’d also like to mention I drove down 2+ hours from Canada, and would definitely do it again all because of how I was treated!! I highly recommend Fiancee! In a busy online shopping world, it sure is nice to still be able to experience personal guidance and support! Thank you so much Debbie for making this experience a positive one for me.

The Door Man said I couldnt even look because it was too crowded and I should have made an appointment, to look at clothes I think not, I looked at the website, I called earlier in the week, and not anywhere or anytime was I told I had to have an appointment. We mostly enjoyed our experience at Fiancé bridal. We werent anticipating having to pay a fee to try on gowns as that is not the norm where we have lived. And we did feel like the woman who was helping us was a little pushy. What we loved most was that we were able to find a gown that was almost perfect (needs a few alterations) for a fantastic price off the clearance rack. Id like to say that if one pays a fee to have a private session to try on dresses, we believe it would be nice if they had a seamstress available to tell us what adjustments can be reasonably made. It was such a guessing game. We were just grateful we found a dress where we knew that the alterations would not be too expensive and that my daughter loved!

After one bad experience with Fiancee when shopping with my friend for her wedding dress, I decided to give them another chance due my options being limited here in Minot. I very much regret it. After they almost ordered me a size 12 bridesmaid dress because they were looking at the wrong tag, they told me I needed a size 8. I have never been a size 8 and kept telling them that I thought I needed a size 6. I finally caved because I figured they would know more about sizing. The dress came and was huge on me. They let me leave the store obviously upset with the situation. I later called and asked to speak to a manager and agreed to come back and try it on for the owner. She told me that a size 8 was the right size and that if I didnt like the way it fit I could pay for alterations. So after giving them more money and trying it on after alterations, it was still too big! At this point the wedding was 3 days away. I ended up finding a pretty dress at a second hand store for $6.00.I never wore the $275.00 dress I bought from Fiancee. If they let customers walk out as unhappy as I was without an attempt to make it right, they obviously dont care much about their customers or their reputation. I would not and will not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my wedding dress back in May. The gal that initially helped me no longer works there as I was her last client before moving out of state. BUT she was absolutely amazing to work with as was the owner. I work out of town and could not get there until a half hour before close. I was very specific with what dresses I wanted to try on and none of them I liked. She pulled a few things for me and I fell in LOVE with the one I ended up purchasing. I was there well past close and they worked with me bc of my schedule and the fact that I am getting married in October and NEEDED to find something ASAP. I had tried on about 100 dresses at many different stores and these guys went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them for any dress shopping purposes as they were so wonderful to work with

The consultants are friendly and very fun to work with. The complaint I had for my wedding and my sisters wedding is that they INSIST on ordering a size thats probably too small in one area - but it will fit GREAT everywhere else. Ive insisted on them ordering up both times and they said I wouldnt want to do that... both times. And both times I had to have alterations done to my dresses. Not only that, but when I called to order a second dress a size up and told them the dress they ordered me was too small (all of the bridesmaids had this same problem), they insisted I must have gained a bunch of weight if I needed to size up. NOT impressed.

Prices are were misleqding, was told shipment was in when peices were missing. They really pushed ordering suits that were too tight. Whole experience was pretty lackluster and created more stress than was necesary for 4 suits.

This was the first store I went to, to find a wedding dress. My first experience was pleasant and enjoyable and the sales lady helped me find my perfect dress. When I went back to pick up the dress the first sales lady was obviously new and called over an older lady to assist her. This second sales lady then proceeded to tell me that the dress was too small and I needed to order a bigger size because she said I would need to lose at least 15 lbs. When she re measured me she made a snide hmph and walked away, leaving me in tears. We decided to take the dress anyway as I had not gained 15 lbs in the three months the dress took to come in and when she saw that we were taking the dress she made another snide comment about not taking the dress. This was supposed to be one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life and it was ruined. FYI I lost 5 lbs and the seamstress told me not to lose any more because it fits perfectly. I would never recommend this store to anyone after being humiliated like that and my two step daughters will definitely not be coming here for their grad dresses or weddings.
