Beautiful dresses, amazing customer service, great attention, nice place. They have an amazing idea to track the dresses so no one can buy the same dress as you for the same party

Kerri was amazing and so much fun and helpful,, as well as the other ladies that were working while I was in. They seemed just as excited as I was about trying on wedding dresses. You can tell they really love their job which makes shopping there fun and stress free.

We were unaware of the prices when we walked it. We walked around and started looking at dresses and the prices and they then asked us our price range and so we told them we had a smaller budget and they told us they had nothing for out price. After that it felt like we were basically being pushed out of the store. They were very rude to us just because we arent rich.

I called ahead for an appointment and measurement for my son with Autism for his High School Graduation. I was told to come in-no problem. We did. We were met with unwanted faces and service. The employee with short blonde hair and glasses kept insinuating we couldnt afford it. Little did she know, I would have dropped a grand for my sons outfit. Individuals with Autism have sensory and routine issues. (Which I warned the employee on the phone the prior conversation.) . Discrimination at its best.

Great if your looking for something for prom weather it be a tux to a dress or to Wedding wear they have it all

Super friendly and helpful staff, willing to help with everything. Purchased my beautiful prom dress, jewelry, and shoes from here, and I am genuinely satisfied. As most know, North Dakota doesnt have many options for things, so I was definitely hesitant to go to a bridal shop here, concerned that it would be lackluster, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Wide selection of dresses for prom, and even more for weddings, of course. I had a great time.

The customer service was good and the dresses were pretty, but I was not impressed with the lack of dress sizes on the sales floor. This is a huge deal breaker when shopping for bridesmaid dresses.

We had our first bridal appointment of the day(they even gave us coffee!!) at this shop and they created the standard!!! We were acknowledged almost immediately and escorted to our area. There were not as many gowns as what I thought there were going to be but there was still a really beautiful and budget friendly selection at this shop. Eleanor helped us and did give my sister the personal privacy & patience she needed throughout her whole appointment. They also have a nice selection on Jewelry(super budget friendly) -- My sister ended up buying her Wedding Gown at this store --not only did she love the dress the customer service was much better compared to another shop in the local area. If you are looking in Minot... check this shop out first you will not be disappointed!** I will add -- this is an out of town wedding.. the service didnt lack because of that.

I made my bridal appointment at Mary Me and went in with a specific dress in mind. The gals were all very helpful in finding that dress for me. Everything I said about what I wanted in a dress was taken into consideration and I found my wedding dress that day! I have been so happy with every experience at Mary Me, as a bride and bridesmaid. I would recommend all brides shop at Mary Me, they have a wonderful selection of unique dresses to fit every brides style. They are your wedding day dream team!!!

We came into Mary Me when we were browsing for prom dresses. We really enjoyed our experience here, and we purchased a gorgeous dress not available anywhere else in town! The staff was welcoming, warm, friendly, helpful, and courteous. Unlike another retailer in town, we were able to just relax and look at dresses. Mary Mes prom guarantee, layaway and change-your-mind program is great too. I will never again shop for formal wear at the other place in town.

I am an event planner in the Milwaukee area. This shop is stellar! One of the best I have been in. Customer service is great. Dress selection is wonderful. The staff was so accommodating. A definite gem.

Bought my daughters prom dress here in Nov of 2015. The staff was beyond helpful. Found a beautiful dress with many to choose from. Ordered the size she needed and it arrived very quickly and they were able to mail to us from the store for a small fee. We will be buying from here again!

I did not think I would find my dress the first time I tried dresses on. I had an idea of what I wanted and did not plan to digress from it. I planned to shop multiple times to find my dress. Eleanor was AMAZING! She put me in 10 or so dresses I thought I would love; I did not like ANY of them. She then, walked the floor and found a dress that was the exact opposite of what I planned on getting. I tried it on and it was the first one, I liked, but was not ready to commit to it. I walked the store with her to see if there was anything else, and tried on another 10 dresses from her suggestions as well as my Mom’s. After putting “the dress” on the fourth time, I realized Eleanor’s first suggestion was the ONE! She was so patient, friendly, kind and fun. I really enjoyed trying dresses on with her.The rest of the staff was just as amazing, from ordering Tuxes to the last minute details like steaming my dress, they were always 2 steps ahead of my checklist! I felt like my wedding mattered. The staff took the time to get to know me and called me by name while I was in the store without having to introduce myself every time I was there. All of the little details, friendly and kind people made the experience wonderful.

I have never gone bridal shopping before. I was looking for a dress for myself and for my 5 year old daughter. I am overweight, usually wearing an 18-22 depending on who makes the clothing. With that being said...The moment I walked in I felt like I wasnt wanted there. The lady saw us come in and continued pricing whatever she was pricing until I said hello. She greeted us and asked what we were there for, I said I was looking for a dress for myself and a flower girl dress for my daughter. She immediately asked if I was having an in-town wedding. I said, no, we were planning on travelling to Reno and having a chapel wedding, she kind of sneered and said Oh well the lady is in the back with another customer, why dont you take a look around and see if theres anything you like.They really do frown upon having out of town weddings here, as a gentlemen walked in wanting measurements taken and the lady asked if it was a in town or out of town he said it was out of town and the lady charged him for the measurements saying that if only it was an in town wedding the measurements would be free of charge. Ridiculous.Honestly, they dont have a good selection of plus sized dresses. They had three strapless dresses over $1000...um. NO! I am not paying $1000 for a freaking dress. I dont even like strapless. I hate my body the way that it is, you think I want to show off how freaking fat am I in a dress like that? Gross! I mean its great if youre confident in your body, but Im not. Ive never liked strapless dresses.They didnt have very much when it came to flower girl dresses either. After about a half an hour looking at dresses and being completely ignored, I left. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ill gladly travel out of town to get my dress.

Had a great experience getting my wedding dress! Everyone was very helpful and you could tell they really cared about what I wasnted and were willing to do whatever they could to help me find my dress!

I went to their mall location to look for a prom dress and the service was terrible. I was the only one in the store but the sales lady ignored me every time I needed her to zip up my dress. Also, as I was trying on a dress that was a little tight, the sales lady basically told me I was too fat and she wasnt going to even try to zip it up. My sister and mom zipped it up with ease two minutes later. I ended up leaving totally unimpressed with the service here. It was the worst experience Ive ever had prom shopping. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

We were to have my two sons measured for tuxs and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff was not knowledgable what so ever. Couldnt answer simple questions. Dont go here. Obviously didnt want my money the way they treated me. They lost hundreds of dollars that day.

Went in for a bridal appointment, not too impressed with the selection. Maybe 15-20 dresses total in a size 8 which is a super common size. Staff was helpful and so polite when I had their attention. I had made an appointment a few days before and there was another bride who Im pretty sure was a walk in, and I was not prioritized. Which was a little annoying. Appts should always come first. Even if she had made an appt they should have staffed better for that time, there was only 2 staff in the store. The other bride was pregnant and time consuming for the consultant; which is fine. But I didnt get a lot of help and had to have my fiancee zip/button up a lot. Maybe just came at a bad time with low stock and understaffed but I wasnt impressed.
