After switching from Android to iPhone the operating systems weren’t effectively communicating to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone, the ENTIRE team was helpful, providing input, chit chatting, and making me feel 100% welcome—even though we were there after close. I did end up going back in to complete the data transfer and it went much more efficiently the second time around. Thank you to the staff for being so awesome!

T-Mobile was the worst experience with a phone service Ive ever had. It ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and my service was shut down before I even got my first bill. I was never really given a reason for the disconnection, and no one at my local T-Mobile or the online customer service would help. I couldnt even log into the website.

Last year 2020 I gave this service around Minot a 1 star. But this year they really improved the service around this area so I’m going to bump it up to 4 stars.

Went in to upgrade to new iPhone 12, they had it in stock, with great deals & pricing! Was able to quickly transfer my info, and left happy, and in a quick amount of time! Highly recommend! Brandon was fantastic!

Look no further for a better 4G carrier. Dont waste your time at verizon or any other carrier. T mobile has the best prices and great service. I went from paying $60 a line to $10 a line from switching over to T mobile. Its safe to say I will never be leaving T mobile again now that its finally offered in Minot.
