Came into the store to replace a phone for my husband. Shay made the process painless but also went above and beyond to help me get a claim submitted for my damaged screen. I didn’t even know my insurance covered that!! So grateful for Shay and her amazing willing to help us above and beyond what we thought we would get. Best experience on an AT&T store by far!

Had questions.on bill been lied to the whole time with this company they don’t call back when they say they will I’m a new customer and very unhappy with AT&T at the moment. WE ALL NEED TO BAN TOGETHER AND GET THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU INVOLVED

Went to this location to buy a new phone with a discount for signing up for a new prepaid plan and asked if they kept prepaid phones that are on display in stock, got told no, asked if they could order them, got told no. The new guy was doing a great job, so no complaints there, but the employees that were obviously there for awhile werent great. Went to the store in the mall and they had the phone we asked for in stock and said they could order it if needed.Edit: Tim was one of the people the new guy asked for help from. He also said they didnt keep them in stock and were unable to order them. When we mentioned ordering the phone on the website and bringing it in to set up he said we probably wouldnt be able to order it there either.

Mike was awesome! Helped me get set up on a new plan with a new iphone! Even helped transfer all my stuff. Would def recommend coming to see him

Alicia and Brittany were Phenomenal!! I’m originally from California and had an issue take place back in September of 2020. Before moving to Minot I tried Numerous Of times to get it resolved. I needed a new phone and wanted to see the status of the situation. So when I went into the this location I explained what had happened and even though it did not happen here Alicia and Britney went above and beyond and got it taken care of within two days! If it wasn’t for Alicia and Britney’s customer service me and my husband would’ve canceled AT&T and went with a different company. I have been a long time Loyal customer to AT&T and it would have sadden me to have left!Thank you Alicia and Britney from the Minot AT&T store For restoring my trust in AT&T!

After getting the run around with AT&T customer service on the 1-800 number, I went into my local store and got in touch with Alisa at the Minot location- she went above and beyond to figure everything out for me and make it right! Great customer service! Everyone in the store was friendly to us and helpful as well.

Keanu has been THE MOST helpful associate representing any mobile carrier Ive ever dealt with! He really went the extra mile for me, at points even inconveniencing himself for my sake. If all employees are like him, AT&T has NO competition.

Staff was friendly, but we were told they didnt stock prepaid phones and that they couldnt order them. We had to get help from the other ATT store in town who not only had prepaid phones on hand but they were more than willing to order another for us. We were switching from a competitor to att but it felt like this store only wanted post paid business 🤷

By far one of the best AT&T locations that I have ever received service from. Just WOW. Let me start with the manager, Jimmy. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough helping me with my account. The other representatives were also very pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing as well. All in all, an excellent AT&T experience. I wish this was my home location.

I went to this location and received terrible service was very slow an they were not very knowledgeable about the phones. Whoever I was working with was very disrespectful so I ended up leaving and going to the other at&t location which In fact i had a wonderful experience there NEVER GO HERE I REPEAT NEVER GO HERE

Shay helped my husband and I sign up as new customers and she was AWESOME! So helpful and knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. The rest of the staff were wonderful and helpful as well!

Our rep was great, she was very friendly, great personality, and very knowledgeable! We were waited on right away and didn’t have to wait at all! The only thing was that they didn’t have the color of choice for either myself or my husband! They will be mailed to us and then we have to go back and trade our current phones in on the new ones!

Shay assisted me this visit, she was FANTASTIC!! I switched to an iPhone from Samsung, and trying AT&T TV for the first time. She was incredibly helpful with set up of new devices and transfer of information. Thank you again AT&T for outstanding customer service!

We visited the AT&T store off of S Broadway in Minot ND for some issues we were having with our phones and received the best service. The staff were friendly, professional and overall appearance of the store and staff was excellent. They all are knowledgeable on their products and services and know how to upsell their services as well. Great team!

Brittany was great to work with and super helpful. Also Jimmy and herself were very knowledgeable about the plan I was using vs. the plan customer care switched me to over the phone. They helped me get everything sorted and back on my old plan.

I’m from out of town, had to stop by the AT&T Store due to phone issues. The customer service I received was above and beyond. The staff were all very nice and attentive. Store appearance is very well kept, organized and a pleasure to be in. The staff is lucky to have a manager like Jimmy. His assistance to the team is very well noticed.

Worst experience ever! Been having problems with my account for 6 months and they kept putting it off and never got resolved. I watched the lady grab her food and went into the back, and had me sitting there for 20+ minutes, so I just left.... Definitely not going back

Went in for a possible phone trade in, came out with way more. Keanu and Alisa was probably the greatest help we ever got in the store. Very knowledgeable and great help and didn’t feel pressured to get everything and anything. We went in for a possible upgrade and left with a new phone and new screen protectors and new way to watch TV and new charging docks that just came in. If anyone is looking for help, seek them out, great people and didn’t make it awkward as we waited for our new phone to sync up. Just didn’t get the facemasks my wife wanted lol.

Waited in the car for over TWO hours. Went inside the store to see when I would be called in and she said she thought I had left when in fact I was in my car in the parking lot waiting the whole time. I never received a phone call either! I was only there to settle my account, and I wont be doing business with AT&T again. I was in this store 3 months ago to help my niece with activating her phone and customer service there sucked at that time too. We were in the store waiting for the gal to figure out how to activate our phone and she wasnt very courteous about it. Very frustrating experience.

Girl said they can’t change a cricket number to ATT. Went to a different store and got the number changed. They little told me they can change it but the girl probably didn’t want to do it because she wouldn’t get commission with the switched number. That is BS

I went to the store to purchase a new phone with some idea of what I wanted but not really sure of what my budget would allow or what style I needed. Alisa M, the sales consultant, greeted me as soon as I stepped in the doorway. She showed me the display of the phones available. I told her what I was looking for and she made suggestions for me. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and patient. I felt very much at ease during the transaction. I would highly recommend her to anyone going to do business with the store. In fact, I think their staff is very well-qualified. I most certainly will ask for Alisa the next time I visit the store. I also appreciate their maintaining of Covid restrictions for their store.

Went in today wanting to transfer service from Tmobile. Thought it all would’ve been a complete headache because I definitely didn’t want to change my number AGAIN. However, Alisa and the manager (Pretty sure his name was Jimmy) made it a complete breeze! Each were so professional, Informative, efficient and caring. I cant say enough great things about Shay. When our screensaver arrived we brought the phones back and she put them on. We hadnt bought new phones in a while and she made the experience very easy.
