Great staff, very knowledgeable. Prices are really good. I buy most of my shoes here. If they dont have a specific color scheme of shoe youre looking for, theyll find you a pair online and have it ship directly to you, which is pretty cool.

I had the best customer service at Journeys in Minot, ND. I had boots that were shipped to the Journeys in the North Dakota Square Mall from one of the Journeys in Mall of America. When I arrived to pick up my boots in the Minot store the boots had not arrived there yet. They were supposed to as I had paid for 1-2 day shipping. However, Whitney helped me sort out my problem. She called the head office to determine where the boots exactly were. I am from Canada so she was not able to ship the boots to me. Instead, she tracked down a pair of boots in B.C. for me. She arranged for these boots to be shipped to me in Regina, Saskatchewan. As well, she refunded me the price for the express shipping cost that I originally paid in Minneapolis. Whitney was so the best! She provided such great customer service! I suggest everyone visit Journeys in Minot!

Unreal service. Got replacement laws and the beautiful red head with glasses laced my boots for me. Was unsure about buying another pair of boots but that solidified it for me. Only regret was I didnt ask her out.Tim Christen
