My niece found $15 jeans which was great! They also have bathrooms on-site so no walking through the entire mall to pee! They have great deals and prices on a daily basis and we will definitely be back next time we visit!

Great store, but need more staff I needed help finding a gift for my wife in the womens clothing department and not one person was around I was in the store 45 minutes to an hour and no staff to help. I had to as other women customers for help. Better signage would help figure out where to find the right size clothing put out signage men can understand love small womens athletic size women and above average size . Just a thought, I know it would help me out. Men dont understand miss size or petite sizes

It turned out pretty good me and my girlfriend Gloria both got haircuts at JCPenneysfound these wonderful Clark comfortable shoes. missed my grandson .and had a wonderful tiring day with my best girlfriend Gloria

I love shopping on my clearance section and this time the prices and racks were actually neat and the prices current. Nice job with all that area. The woman working on the racks that day was super nice and friendly even though she had so much to do.

I don’t know what happened to this retail store. But it’s probably due to COVID rules. That I passed by to purchase a jacket and jeans for the winter season. That I noticed the whole store was rearranged and there’s only 1/3 of clothing displayed.They also jacked up the prices in the store. Now, I love JCPenney by the good quality and reasonable prices. That I’ve purchased in the past before this COVID and never had questionable experiences.I still purchase JCPenney online to this day of good T-shirts and sweaters retailing anywhere from 7$-13$. Good deal! I’ve brought 14 clothing items with the price of a simple $100.00 Total.But, as I passed by this week. The prices were high and did not match to the online prices. They added extra 10-20$. For the sweaters and T-shirts. And some of the sale prices online did not match. The only sale in the store was “buy one get another 50% off”. Even the bras were 50$.Now, the jacket I wanted to try on for a good fit and purchase was 47$ online and 75$ retail. No sale sign. Original price.So, I took off 3 star ratings by:1/3 clothing options.No matching pricesHigher prices and fitting rooms not available

Store was clean, prices were decent, just dont expect the associates who are busy talking to each other to help you find anything. Plan extra time to wander aimlessly around the store. Better customer service online .

It was ok. Unfortunately, the company has stopped carrying a lot of the quality home & kitchen items that they were known for in past years. It use to be you knew that if you wanted something of better quality for your kitchen J C Penneys was the place you could go to find it. Not anymore. They have cut out the quantity and quality of kitchen items. Couldnt find even half of what I was looking for and the other stuff was of much less quality.

Good prices, horrible customer service!!I asked three employees who were doing nothing but talking and playing with a mannequin where something was and all they did was point and say over there.And when I said something to the girl at the counter, she replied with well we are really short staffed. Really? Maybe tell that to the three doing nothing!!And they wonder why stores are losing sales to online.

Regular Jcpenney, the staff has always been helpful and polite. When they have a sale it is often worth taking advantage of, bought a bunch of church clothes the other day for about half price.

Clothes on wrong tracks, hard to find what I wanted with mismatch brands, models, and sizes.Edit 10/18/2020Levis models not clearly delineated, so I spent a half hour combing through piles of jeans to find what I wanted (and never did).The fitting room had a sign stating this fitting room temporarily closed due to... Covid... Some other customers and I found another one across the store: same sign. Then asked staff who explained it was a state requirement that theyre all closed. Wish the signs stated such, so wed know not to search for a working fitting room.Is this really a current mandate? Or does the store just not want to disinfect door knobs after each customer?

Only one registered open for the entire store. Not enough XS sizes. Or really any.

Store was clean and well organized. The pricing, however, was through the roof comparatively.We were looking for a small roller bag. The smallest offered was a 20 and it was half price at $65. This seemed excessive, so we popped into another store. There we landed the same for $29... half off their half off.Needless to say, I went home with a $29 bag, that was not purchased here.

Lots of stuff on sale, almost everything . Im talking drastic mark downs, one item regularly 72.00 marked down to 11.00

Pretty good selection. I love that they have a big & tall/tall section as Im over 6 tall but still around a 34waste. It can be difficult finding clothes that fit well. Prices are not terrible and when they have sales you can usually get things for a pretty sweet deal!

Hair salon has very skilled and talented hair stylists for men and women. I see Shaila she does a great job every time

Jaren was an amazing help, he helped me find clothes for an upcoming wedding and saved me some money by having me apply for the Jcpenney card

I ORDER A ITEM ONLINE AND PAID FOR IT IN FULL. 2 HOURS LATER THEY CANCELED THE ORDER DUE TO NOT HAVING THE PRODUCT IN STOCK. I CALLED AND TALKED TO A LADY AT THE STORE. SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND REFUSED TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. JCPENNY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY.

Its a regular old JCPenney. Has pretty good deals during sales season.

A few empty parts of the store so I dont know if they were rearranging or getting ready for some other reason. 2 checkers for whole side of the store made for a very long wait on Labor day.

They have the best NIKE branded apparel.

Love pennys, I like that I can get just about anything I need 4th or, had my hair done got my eyeglasses and shoes and clothing all in one place
