They are always polite and get your order right. I appreciate the friendliness and well trained staff. I love there flavors of coffee as well. My number one coffee shop in town!

I just placed an order for pick up in the mobile app. When I get the order, an XL caramel crafted press, the cup is only 3/4 the way full and it clearly is not what I ordered. We all know and love these drinks for the wonderful creamy and delightful awakening it brings to our tastebuds. The drink I received tasted like a cold pressed iced coffee with a little splash of cream. This is the same drink I order every single time. More often than not, as of late, I am disappointed with the purchased product and I’ve had to throw away one too many coffees. I don’t normally complain about business on a public platform but it seems to be becoming the new normal to get my drink and it not be full and it be very disappointing in flavor.

Great drinks and service! Matcha latte is tasty. Turtle mocha is my other favorite. The sizes are small, medium and large. I almost said grande here but it’s regular sizing. I personally think caribou is better than Starbucks taste wise for specialty drinks. Can’t speak for regular brewed coffee.

Love the mocha campfire, so good! Havent tried any food from here yet but will in the future. Love going here for my coffee.

Does not know how to make a double shot expresso, from Seattle never went to Starbucks cause every coffee stand or shop knows how to make a double shot expresso, come out here no one except Starbucks knows how to make a double shot expresso and I hate Starbucks !!! But now I Love Them !!!

Went inside and ordered coffee as the drive through line was insanely long, ordered and waited 15 minutes for coffee and the drive through line was practically gone. Seems they put priority there instead of inside customers. Got my coffee and it was absolutely disgusting, tasted burnt.Super disappointed as our normal Caribou is amazing!

Love this location. Everyone who works here is always beaming with enthusiasm and their work ethic is on point. I come here every day of the year and not once have i been unimpressed. Way to go guys!!

Long lines but fast service.

My caramel cooler is always 50/50 chance of it truly tasting like a caramel cooler. Sometimes it tastes like its half mocha.

Love caribou, but this location is SO SLOW. Every time I come here. I just never understand why it’s ALWAYS so slow. There could be no line. SLOW. Make sure you have like 15 Extra minutes when coming here to save yourself the frustration.

Drive thru is much faster than walk in.

I feel they are more expensive than the competition and coffee is not as good as competition. It is good just not great.

I used to love coming here for coffee in the morning and in the afternoons. But lately when I’ve come in I’ve had dodgy kinda rude experiences. Along with telling me I can’t have almond milk in my coffee cooler I get because it will change it. I used to be able to do it. But now I guess I can’t? And I don’t know how to make a coffee. That comment was rather unnecessary. Don’t know if I’d recommend coming here.

The parking lot is much more spacious than Starbucks here. The drive through is... Wonky. If youre coming from a same direction, youll have to do this awkward right hand u-turn deal. Drinks arent that expensive compared to the alternative. Most are tasty, too.

Not bitter like a certain green and white coffee shop. walk up was faster than drive thru.

$8 for a med coffee and a sandwich! Asked for extra milk and sugar got black coffee. Sandwich tasted horrible and had fallen apart in the bag and was stuck to the inside. Zero care was given to both the coffee and sandwich. It was my very first experience with Caribou and will also be my last.

I love Caribou! Their drinks are always flavorful and the staff is always polite and make the orders in a timely manor. Kudos to them! Plus they have super cute merchandise!

Coffee was great, but Id rather not do it again. I only ordered two cups of coffee and had to wait 13 minutes for them to make it, and it was only 1 other person before me.

The inside environment is great. The employees that work in the cafe are usually very sweet and helpful. However, every time Ive gone through the drive thru the employees were not friendly and seemed like I was bothering them.

This should be a good place to hang out and study. It has a nice atmosphere, plenty of seating and tables, good coffee, and friendly staff. The problem is that people sensitive to smells will be overwhelmed by the smell of the nail salon next door. Its too bad, because its really not their fault, and I like this coffee shop, but I get a headache if Im in there too long.

Great place to go to for coffee/snacks. Great tasting coffee and fast service. My #1 coffee shop in town actually, keep up the good work.

Staff was very friendly and took the time to give us recommendations as it was our first time there.

This place is always clean, they work quickly, and are very nice. The past 3 or 4 times I have gone there the coffee is either super sweet or the coffee tastes burnt. Not sure Ill be going back to this location.

Decent coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are not cooked all the way and drinks are not very hot. Main issue is there is no consistency. There are times I can drink my coffee and it tastes like it should. Other times I end up throwing my drink away because there is way to much flavoring and the drink is luke warm.

This place has really good coffee and probably would rather have this than Starbucks. I like the cafe moca at all the coffee place and its good but very sweet.

Delicious, flavorful coffee. Better than starbucks, just not as conveniently located. You can also buy bags of coffee to bring home. Great by itself and doesnt require tons of sugar or syrup.

Coffee is fine and the service is always good. My constructive criticism is in regards to grounds maintenance. I go through the drive through several days a week. There are weeds that have been allowed to grow all summer long along the drive through lane. Garbage that was noted several months ago is still there. Now rotten apples litter the ground. Please have some pride in how you present your business.

Courteous, gave a sample of an item that I was curious about (bubbles,) and made my special order - soy milk substituted for milk. Great people and products!

I give Caribou 4 stars. They always have friendly and quick service. The drinks are delicious, as is the food!What I really love about their beverages is that they are made with flavor! You can taste the chocolate, vanilla, carmel, or any flavor you get in your beverage, rather than tasting watered down milk flavors like at Starbucks.I will say that their items cost slightly more than starbucks, but they do have a better perks program, as well as a better product.Whenever there has been a mishap with my drink (has only happened twice in the past year) it has been immediately corrected.The staff here is friendly, and very personable.I highly recommend Caribou Coffee to anyone who wants to have a little more to their coffee than just light or dark with a splash of cream!

I absolutely love the coffee but the attitudes of the “baristas” and girls taking orders in the Drive thru are awful. They make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. I live on North Hill but drive to the Caribou in Marketplace where the staff are much more pleasant.A week ago at the North Hill location the girl got so snotty with me I finally got snotty back & it caught her off guard.The managers or owner need to weed out these bad employees (2 of them to be exact), it’s only going to continue to push customers away if something doesn’t get done.

I sent my husband to get a vanilla white mocha blended drink.. the batista had to ask what a blended drink was..Batista 101: hot coffee, iced coffee, blended coffee.Then told him they couldnt make the drink because they were closing..mmkay. so, turn away a paying customer? Really. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
