I was having a not-so great time, had just gone through a bit of a traumatizing experience, and when I mentioned something about it to the barista in conversation, they showed genuine compassion and literally told me my drink was on the house. I go to this Starbucks once a week or so, and with that kind of care, theyre definitely going to keep me coming back. 💛💛💛💛💛

After spending $100 over 2 weeks, waiting 35 min this last time; I can honestly say this is by far the worst Starbucks Ive ever seen! And, it takes much for me to complain. 8 Fraps that never was given the extra shot I paid for. Horrible training Im guessing?

Friendly workers, they said hello as we came in and have a nice day as we left. Asked me if I actually wanted coffee in my frappe or not which was weird but nice they think of that. Also offer eco-friendly cups for sale and give a 10 cent discount for using them. Great experience.

Amazing team and management that cares about its employees and customers. I visited this location nearly every day for 4 years and sat inside the coffee shop while I worked on my laptop. After awhile you get to know everyone and you see customers and employees as they come and go. The staff always treats customers with patience, kindness and respect. They have a great work culture. I cannot recommend them enough.

Nobody would think this drink is actually GUAVA white tea. I added coconut milk to the drink and ONLY tastes like coconut milk lol. This supposed to have EXTRA GUAVA JUICE. Not my first time ordering this drink, and this store is by far the worst.. not coming back here for sure. They are really stingy with using juice/extract/etc. I felt that before but look at this... how stingy can you get? This picture looks better than actual drink because my coworker asked me if I ordered plain milk from Starbuck.

Waiting in the Line just to find out they were out of Chi Latte 😥.. Not that I could just leave because your trapped between all the Cars. However the Very Nice Gentleman suggested some kind of Mocha. Me I asked him if they can Sweeten it up more because I usually dont drink any type of Coffee. However, when I got it. July 28, 10:20 AM.The staff working this morning was amazing! I got my order very promptly and everyone was very kind. There was one gal in particular (couldn’t see her name tag as it was faintly printed) she looked like she was training maybe, well she asked about my day and chatted with me. I had a great experience this morning!

The line are extremely long everything I go there. This time was almost 30 minutes. Idk if they need more workers or just a better staff that can get things out in a timely manner.

The employees are very, very nice and helpful. Whemmmmmn we drove up, the drive thru was macked so I went inside. 5 minutes later, I walked out with my lattes and the drive thru that had been wrapped around the building, was empty. And it did not seem hectic. This place Awesomehll-

I placed my order ahead of time, so I was able to just walk in & get my chai.

(I havent taken 1 sip of my coffee) So during the holiday season I always ask for a clean pitcher to be used bc of my allergy to peppermint and almonds. I recently discovered a white chocolate mocha with a shot of espresso and 2 pumps of cinnamon dolce and I love it! So a few minutes ago I was in the Starbucks drive thru and got my coffee. Immediately I noticed there wasnt warmth on the outside of the cup as I pulled out and into the street I got to my destination and opened the lid to see this not full coffee with no cinnamon on top and was ROOM TEMPERATURE!!! UGHHH come on Starbucks super disappointed that I had to microwave my damn coffee I just purchased...

Waited 15 minutes for 2 hot chocolates that tasted like dirty water. They was watery, not much flavor and nearly clear to see through. Very disappointed. Ended up throwing them out. Upside... the window gal was cheerful and chatty.

#StarbucksShoutout for Citrus Defender & Peach Tranquility! The cold/flu season has hit & I was feeling C-R-U-M-M-Y. I pulled myself out of bed to pay our rent today, motivating myself with the thought of a Starbucks tea to help me feel better. Months ago I posted on Facebook about an herbal tea combo recommended by a barista at the LAX Airport. I explained it to our local Starbucks barista (in between coughs and sneezes) and she made it exactly how I remembered it!!! It was a mixture of Peach Tranquility herbal tea and Citrus Defense (white tea with steamed lemonade) and 3 packets of honey. Oh my, it was the best 32 oz. prescription ever! Even better, I was able to use my Starbucks rewards and get it for free! So, for all those non-coffee drinkers out there like me, Starbucks still serves up fabulous choices that make you smile!

Amazing coffee as usual and a good price for it to. So if you need coffee go here for goodness.

Mango Dragonfruit Refresher w/Lemonade, wasnt sure if I would like it, soooo good. If you like mango🥭flavor just a little bit its a must try!! Picture doesnt do it justice, its an awesome hot pink color!

When we are in Minot this might be my favourite location of the two I have been to. The staff are very busy with the drive thru service but very attentive to the customers in store as well which can be a challenge. Drinks are well made and completed quickly even with complex orders like my family can sometimes place.

Im so disappointed that a big chain like Starbucks only had 2 or 3 sugar free flavor options! Ive been to many small coffee businesses who had a bunch of sugar free options and great customer service. My favorite coffee spot always asks me to try my coffee and are more than happy to make things right. Came from out of town so tried Starbucks but the drinks taste awful and I always feel rushed out of the driveway. Start asking your customers to taste their drinks before rushing them off.

Drive through was open + lobby side. But felt like they were more pressed to satisfy the drive thru. All baristas did have masks, followed contactless procedures. Yet, several patrons before me and been waiting for service + as I was aslo. Delay in orders was present...no brief suggestion of how long it acknowledge of the delay...only upon when order was complete.

I love this place. I usually go to the Starbucks on south Broadway. They are always friendly, willing to joke around with you, make excellent coffee, are fast in serving you. All in all the perfect place to go for that specific coffee you want. They will even custom make your coffee for you. You just have to let them know what you want and its yours.

Thank goodness the drink was good! Shift change, 10 Baristas in the store and took 10 minutes plus, 7 cars in drive-thru and more coming!!

Staff messed up order 3 times and then on one of the drinks, she refused to remake it cold like it was ordered after she made it hot. Go to with room coffee instead, their customer service is out of the world & will remake a drink if they mess it up.

Service is awful. My drinks are always dirty and sticky on the outside. The wait is always at least 30 minutes. Drinks are always a hit and miss. But they are the only Starbucks in town besides the other one so what can you do.

Walked in and ordered 3 drinks. Two turned out fine but they failed on the Tall Caramel Frappuccino, w/4 extra shots of caramel. They did not give me the 4 shots. For the cost I’m sorely disappointed.

I am only giving them a 3 today... most days I would give them a 5. I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and it seemed like there was no pumpkin in it al all.. I mean the whip on the top tasted like pumpkin but that was it. I am disappointed that I spent my money on 2 of them.

Everyone is always friendly. The coffee is always wonderful!! My favorite go-to morning or evening for a quick snack and a tasty hot or cold drink.

Quick, efficient, and friendly. Drive through is usually quick, but sometimes they have given me the opposite of what Ive ordered (like hot or iced) which granted they make mistakes when theyre busy, but they usually get me the correct thing when I mention it. :)

Im a regular but in the last few weeks I havent been able to get what I want because their not able to keep adequate stock of coconut milk. Yes Im aware that they have soy and almond it is not the same when it comes to flavor/texture they add where coconut milk does neither. Im not sure if its delivery issues or management issues but customer service has been lacking. Employees taking orders should be familiar with what the store has dont wait for me to get to window to tell me and make me feel quick like order something because your holding up the line. Keep in mind this was after ordering second option not getting coffee at all smh. On top of that no one cared.....period. Im lactose intolerant and I love my coffee. Its how I start my morning. If someone else in the area carried coconut milk I wouldnt be visiting this store. Also for a long while they have been skimping on toppers and sleeves 95% of the time I have to ask for it. I left unhappy today but Starbucks online made it right.

Great but slow

The drinks I’ve ordered have always been delicious. However, the service is very slow. The drive thru has taken me over 20 minutes in the middle of the day and not even when it’s freezing outside! I did an online order 10 minutes before I arrived at Starbucks but it still wasn’t ready and I waited another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me to see what I was waiting for. It appeared they forgot about my order. The barista who made my drink did apologize and made my order as soon as she realized I had been waiting for a while though. Overall they have good customer service but a very slow drink line!

I love Starbucks and what they do. I try to stop in a Starbucks in every town/city I get to. I was surprised they had moved from Burdick Express to this new location which is a nice treat as it is more accessible than the previous location. Modern style and the same great coffee we all love.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been thru. We walked in to the store and had to wait longer than the drive thru line. Somehow our hot drink came out by its self and we had to wait an extra ten minutes for two ice teas.... The employees seemed more interested in their own conversation than making simple drinks will not be going back to this location

Most poorly run Starbucks Ive ever been in, restroom was disgusting with long hair and urine all over the toilet. I placed my drink order and after over 10 minutes still didnt have it. Talked to the manager who argued with me about the restroom conditions.....left without my drink, what a poorly run Starbucks!!!!

Girl at teller didnt know Starbucks drinks very well and got 2 out of 4 drinks wrong. This Starbucks was also out of White Mocha and was replacing everything with the toasted white mocha which is not the same taste. Very poor experience all thanks to the teller girl.

I am a bit fussy about my cafe vanilla frappicino. I request extra ice because I dont like them foamy, which happens when not enough ice is added. The drink maker made it to perfection. Five stars!!!

Unbelievable straight trash! 38 minutes in the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon. Once you go in, you are trapped! Its not because somebody ordered a lot. Every car had one or two drinks. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
