These guys have been very helpful to me and my fiancee since day 1. My fiancee bought my ring and proposed on my birthday and a month later a diamond fell out of one of the halos. I got the ring back after having it replaced and the next day it fell out so it got sent back. Fell out again they gave me a whole new ring. Unfortunately one of the diamonds was smaller than all the rest so it looked black it also wasnt in the setting right as much as j loved the ring I was afraid to wear it. They let us exchange it for a different ring and now I cant wait to get it back. They are wonderful to deal with and they fix the problem the best they can.

I have been to many Kay Jewelers, but only here have i received such amazing service. They knew what to do to work around my metal allergies, and did everything they could to help us stay in our budget. I HIGHLY recommend this store above all others.
