My dad got harassed by a girl named Krystal at the pinks bar who works here and at pinks. She embarrassed him at pinks because apparently someone with a bandana caused chaos there and automatically assumed it was my dad and he doesnt even vape. My dad is almost 60 why would he even go into that store. She brought one problem to another business, which dont make sense, but continued harassing my dad at pinks in front of everyone. Think this girl needs to be fired at both places because thats not right

They sell you faulty products and then have a no return policy. Lame!Depending on the day, the staff kind of act like they would much rather be somewhere else instead of helping you and seem a little attitude-y. Unfortunate.

I have been a customer for 2.5 years. Always my favorite place to go to get my juice, coils, and new mods.They always have my favorite juice and coils compared to other places that usually don’t have them or run out right away. The workers are friendly, helpful, and I like the vibe when you walk in! There were a few times that they actually took the time to clean up my tank for me and helped me get off a coil that I put on way too tight then explained to me how to put it on right! LoL reading these reviews I personally never experienced rude costumer service from any of them! The reward system is awesome. I love getting the discounts after a few purchases! You guys are doing awesome!

They upsell you then don’t do returns if the product isn’t right for you… it’s a shame. I really liked this place..

Go literally anywhere else. Was talked into spending more money by one set of reps to get to a threshold of rewards. I received the reward notifications. When I returned to use those rewards, I was td it was a mistake. As a customer, I dont feel it was appropriate to be punished for a mistake by undertrained staff. Poor business management and terrible service.

She didn’t rush nor push anything on me, she took her time with me and found me a perfect set up. She was absolutely fantastic and I look forward to my next visit. I purchased a Q-Ultra vape two days ago and it turned on but never fired. Today I went in to see if they could help and one of the workers told me that it’s been a common thing with these vapes and that another customer had the same problem and they replaced it no questions. But then another worker walked up to me and said since I took it outside that I possibly could have just dropped it or damaged it so that there was nothing they could do.They sold me a faulty vape and told me that if I wanted to, just purchase another one.How is this my fault ?

Came into town to help my mom who is not doing well. she uses a certain kind of CBD cream from there so I picked it up when I first got to town. I have no problem purchasing it it’s pricey so she gave me her debit card to get it the guy was really nice really helpful. In fact he actually remembered who she was and made sure that it did go on her card so she got the perks from it. Came in yesterday and was treated extremely rude by some short little dark-haired guy. He wouldn’t sell me the product unless I paid with it with my own card which is fine. I did that with no problem however before I paid for the product I told him that my mom was a well-known shopper there and he was being extremely rude about an woman stuck at home in pain and he just toss the card at me and said I need a card with your name on it. Wouldn’t even remotely work with me. Rude kid, I’ll probably be buying the product somewhere else and sending it to her so she doesn’t have to deal with the likes of him.

This place is EXPENSIVE!!! i that might be okay if have even had what you want, but their selection sucks because they only sell the cheapest, most profitable juices. I might be willing to pay more to shop locally if I could get what I want but here you pay A LOT more (22$ for a 60ml bottle) and cant even get what you want!

The staff is super helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about the products. I got the help I needed getting a new tank. They have a nice selection of vapes, juices, & related items. All in all a great vape shop except their juice prices are too high; many of the same brands can be found in similar shops for less.

Went in to the shop to buy a new setup to replace the old one. I’ve been a customer for a bit less than two years. Upon entering I was rudely asked “if I had a mask” I didn’t. He somewhat rudely told me that I need a mask. I politely excused myself, I’ll never be back. Ever. Fix the attitude kid.

Austin was a Huge help. He was very informative and if there was something he didnt know. The manager was there to also answer any of my questions. So glad I found this place since becoming more turned on to CBD. A little more expensive, but was reasonably ok. That Cartridge ran $54. Which was told it was $35-$45. So by the time I got receipt it was a bit sticker shock. They also have CBD prerolled interesting. A good select in the store. Do recommend to by the way.

No judgements for destroying my previous vape and stayed calm cool and collected while I indecisively asked to see d*** near every vape they had. They even went as far as giving me real life scenarios based on my job on which models would be best. Needless to say I got the exact vape that I wanted and the best part they were polite and professional the entire time!

I have only gone in three times and I feel like I finally have reached an opinion. The first time I went in the service was decent the employee was helpful enough. However the second time I came in a different employee was extremely rude. (Im new to vaping and needed some extra assistance) she was rushing me out and I left pretty disappointed but wrote it off as just a bad day for her.This last time I went in was yesterday evening I took a friend who wanted to switch to vaping from cigarettes. There where two guys working. The first one whose name I didnt get was very rude and didnt help at all just went to the person behind us in line. We stood awkwardly by the glass until Joseph came over to help us. He was the most helpful employee I had met and he definitely deserves a raise!This store experience really depends on who is working and sometimes thats a hit or miss sadly.

Got my mod 3 weeks ago. It turned out to be bad and was exchanged with a new one. I have been in to the store every week to buy a new flavor juice and Bo is the one who I have been getting. He has given me some good flavor Ideas. Love the customer service from everyone there.

Save your box that your mod comes in when you buy it. my son bought a $120.00 mod plus everything else it stopped working within two weeks and they wouldnt help him in any way even though they remember him and he had an account with them. My son is also in the Air Force and fighting for our freedom and this is the thanks he gets. Be careful and God bless

Got a new set up with a manager-in-training named Bo. Hands down the most helpful sales associate I have ever dealt with there. He gave me and my wife a wealth of helpful knowledge to better maintain and troubleshoot on our own with our vapes. Super nice guy!

Im highly upset that a gas station is better than Infinite vapor. I went in yesterday and bought a puff bar for $10. After I started driving away and opened the box and come to realize the puff bar was leaking all in the package and the vape itself. There wasnt any juice left in the vape and it was blinking blue when I tried to hit it. So I turned around and drove back and told them that this vape was leaking and a dud. The guy was like look I know the vape is defective but we dont do trades or anything like that. Like are you kidding me? I spent my hard earned money at YOUR store and you sell me a defective vape just to tell me you wont trade it for one that works?? Im done. Even the gas station switches the defective vapes. Now im out $10 and no vape.

I called up there to ask about cool mint puff bars. I talked to someone yesterday and they said they would have some in today so I called the store today to see if they came in. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked if they had any and she said no. So I asked if she knew when they were going to get some she said I don’t know. I told her I talked to a lady yesterday that said they would get some in today and she said we got some flavors in today just not cool mint. So I proceeded to ask what other flavors they got in and she says “i have about 4 different flavors and a lobby full of customers so you’re just going to have to come in”.Yes I understand they’re busy and the only vape store in minot. But that’s not a way to talk to someone on the phone asking about your products.

No reason to shop anywhere else, they have everything I need for my vapor and CBD needs. Store is very clean, well organized, and always stocked with products. Staff are always able to answer my questions.

Employees do not seem very interested in helping out customers, seems more like an employee hangout than a place of business. Ever since they moved to the new location, it has been very hard to find an employee who knows much of anything about the products they are selling. This used to be a great place to go and I hope they are able to raise their standards once again.

Every time I come here the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with whatever questions I have. They are very pleasant to work with and I am always greeted by smiles when I come in. One in Particular is Marie who gives fantastic customer service and always has a huge smile that lights up a room and can turn a crappy day into a good one. Good work at this store.

01/26/2019 Walked in with my husband to purchase some coils; not only were we ignored for about 15 minutes but a customer that was behind us was asked what he was looking for while as far as I knew we were not invisible.Once my husband asked the gentleman for the specifics of what he needed and politely asked to read the wattage information on the back the guy simply gave him a confused look while holding the item close to his person; frankly I took that as a personal insult in a non-verbal manner of him assuming we would steal his product.That was not the case, we did end up making our first and FINAL purchase at this establishment.Word of advice is this not how you create repeat customers by being rude and non-professional.

Super awesome crew in there, I had had my wallet stolen and was in ND from Arkansas. They werent able to let me make a purchase without ID(Im WELL over 21 clearly), but they helped and made sure I got what I needed.

Bo was so great with myself and my husband. Im just starting to Vape because Im sick of smoking cigarettes and Bo helped me pick one to start with but didnt try to get me to buy something insanely priced or out of my realm of understanding. He also helped my husband, who deals with chronic pain due to two back surgeries. We tried the CBD salve on his back and it really helped. We bought some but didnt feel any pressure to do so. Had an issue with a faulty battery and unavailable replacement coils, manager was not on sight, and no knowledgeable help was on duty. Manager got ahold of me the next day and was able to help. Overall good selection of fluids in stock, Limited battery/mod selections, as well as limited tank and tip selections on display. Customer service could improve for a few staff, but overall friendly, clean atmosphere. Juice flavor testers arent an accurate representation; they all taste burnt/off, but they do have plenty of good flavors.

Workers are awesome never had better assistance with finding a mod very respectful to customers and really good at keeping there cool with disrespectful customers keep up the great work guys

Theyre definitely more pricy than buying online, but are convenient and have a fairly wide spectrum of juices to choose from. Their highest nicotine level is 24, but Id recommend 18 for flavors from the brand Hells Vapor.
