Top notch service from Jared and crew. Had an issue with our hot tub and he was out and had the issues resolved in no time. If you’re thinking about purchasing a spa, this is the place to go. 11/10 for their service department which can be hard to come by these days!

I did not feel pressured by sales. The tech team that delivered it did a great job and were very personable. Online resources are great.

The sales experience was fine, but was a little disappointed with service after the sale. Due to COVID related issues I had to wait 10 months before the tub came. Delivery was included and I sent pics of the steps and deck as requested. The day of delivery, Paradise supposedly didnt have the equipment to do it even though they saw pictures of where it was going. They didnt ask where to leave the 500 lb tub until I could get someone else to install it, so they put it in front of one of my garage stalls so my husband couldnt get his car out, which was kind of frustrating. Then wanted payment before they checked to make sure it was installed correctly by the person they recommended.

Sales and the delivery was okay. But when you are told that it would only be 4 the 6 months to get your hot tub and 10 almost 11 months later it comes is a little ridiculous. When every time you called after 7 months of waiting they would give you another date it would be in and never was. Multiple times I called and was told they would call me back so they could look into my hot tub and never called me back. I had to call a week later to get some type of answer to try to satisfy me to when it was going to be in. I even told them to cancel my order but I was told I couldnt because I ordered it. But when I ordered it I was told one thing but they couldnt beliver on that. But they were quick to get there money from me first.

The salesman did a good job and the delivery team followed instructions. The needed care was explained so I thought all in all it was a great job

Love my new hot tub. The delivery guys are awesome. They brought it out once couldn’t do it that day I needed to remove a couple trees. Brought it out the next week and got it all installed for me. Even made an extra trip today to bring me a lift for the cover.

I’m giving them 1 star. When we bought our hot tub at a show they were having, we also purchased a cover lift. We didn’t buy it from them but bought the exact same item (same name/model) from a different source because it was considerably cheaper. 6 months into having the cover lift that they recommended, we have a tear in the seam of the cover. I sent the store pictures of the tear. At this point the tub and cover were around 7 months old! Well now it’s not going to be covered by warranty because having a lift voided the warrenty! We were never told that this would happen!!!After spending over $13k and because we used a lift system that THEY recommended, we have to fork more money out of our pocket!I called and talked to them about it and was told that they would talk to their manager but now haven’t heard anything back.So very disappointed. They don’t seem to care about you after they made the sale and got their money!

The reason they are even getting 2 stars is because I love my Master Spa. BUT, not from anything Paradise did. Six years ago, I purchased a Twilight series tub from them at a local Spa Show. I custom ordered a spa and was told it would be about 60 days. After about 2 1/2 months, I called to check on the progress. Seems my custom tub was put on the floor and was sold. I was informed that I could pick one from the showroom floor. No, I want my custom made one. Well, another 60 day wait. When it arrived, I got about a 5 minute speech on how to maintain a hot tub. I was new to spas. It was a disaster. And nobody from the Minot store wanted to help me. I found a local guy that owns a spa repair business, and he helped me out to the point that I now LOVE my hot tub. Well, now I want to upgrade/update. I usually work late, so the easiest way for me to contact Paradise is by their website. It took them almost a month to reply to my request to buy another Master Spa. After the first contact, I have now waited another month and still nobody has gotten back to me. I guess they either dont like selling to people out of the Minot area, or they are so rich that my 10 grand of cash means nothing to them. Love my Master Spa and dont want to change brands, but it appears there is no other choice. If you can purchase a Master Spa and not have to deal with Paradise Spas, do so.

Great long distance cooperation from Paradise Spas as I ordered an Eco Spa E4 for our 50th wedding anniversary.Set up and delivery was on time and lots of attention to detail.My wife became emotional when I surprised her! Thats a good thing.We have owned spas for more than 35 years and we can see the exceptional design and engineering that has gone into this unit.Two thumbs up...👍👍 Way up!!

Run, do not deal with this company. They do not help you, and never return calls. We are still trying to resolve problems with them. The local nor the the corporate company are of any help. Run, run, run!!!!!!!

Never again. Beware of the used hot tubs being sold at the north dakota state fair. They will tell you anything to make a sale. Our tub is nothing but a lemon but we were told it ran for days is their back room. Impossible. Doesnt run more than 30 minutes then blows fuses. Inside was infested with mice living and dead!!

I bought a Spa at the Expo at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks ND. It was delivered the same day I purchased it. The delivery guys were very polite, careful with my Spa, delivered it to the exact spot I wanted it. They helped me line it up perfectly straight, and by that I mean they moved it 1/8 of an inch so it was perfect. They had to send me a couple things and Shelby was nothing under the best to work with. Prompt at getting my stuff here, getting the tub cleaned up after delivery, helping me with the cover. I will continue my business with them for sure. Wont even go to the Spa store in GF. Will have them ship to me. They were great to work with.

We bought the hot tub last Thursday it was delivered last Friday!! The service is amazing we did everything over the phone we didn’t have to drive to Minot as it was over a three hour drive for us. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Helpful and generous staff. I purchased a used, uninspected, cheap cheap hot tub knowing full well it might need tons of work but Im willing to take on the project. The salesman was very helpful and even delivered it for me. The parts people have been great in being able to figure out what I need and with parts prices cheaper than Amazon.

I recently bought a tanning bed here. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this tanning bed, especially for the price. Compared to tanning beds online, these beds are a much better deal -- and they also delivered the bed for me!Service was friendly, and cordial. We can say nothing good about this company. We purchased a swim spa in September 2017 during a spa show at the Austin Expo Center. Within two days I attempted to reach Paradise Spas to order an additional option and thats when things started to fall apart. They had no local presence even though theyd assured us they were on 620 in Austin. Obviously there are lots of details, but the net is that NO ONE would return phone calls. Because of that we determined that customer service and support post installation was going to be a problem (and service and support was important to us) and attempted to cancel the purchase in order to find a more reputable company. The unit arrived in November AFTER the promised arrival date. We tried diligently to get someone to come out and ensure the pad was correct for the swim spa. It was a nightmare. Lots of empty promises and when we finally reached the owner of the company he was unwilling to do anything. He told us we got a really good deal and the unit was now a lot more expensive. That wasnt the point. We thought wed purchased from a company that would stand behind what they sold and be there for service. At the time of purchase we spent a lot of time with the sales and technical guys ensuring we could position the spa in a particular fashion. In the end we were assured it could be placed a certain way. The spa was finally installed the end of March 2018 (6 months after purchase)! And guess what? We could NOT position the spa the way wed been assured. Now instead of stepping down from the patio into the spa portion, we have to step into the deep swim area and walk to the other end of the swim spa just to use the spa (jets) portion. Also, several panels are damaged, including a large gouge in one, the cover has a rip, no test kit was delivered, and no instruction on how to operate the spa -- absolutely no support despite repeated unreturned contacts. We have been told since September that the new store is opening soon. It is still not opened. Do not choose Paradise Spas. Theyll get your money and be gone. And, if there are any warranty problems (damages, etc.) youll be on your own.

Nice large and clean store with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as a good variety of inventory on hand. You could even say I like going there once in a while just to see whats new and interesting!

I was told that my used four-wheeler was completely gone through. When I got it home, it was low on oil and completely out of coolant. To make matters worse, I think the timing is also off. I got what I consider to be a good deal on the quad itself, but as it was being loaded into the back of my pickup, the salesman who was directing me to back up, chose to lead my tailgate directly into the loading ramp and not take responsibility for the damage. I would have rather paid full price for a legitimately serviced four-wheeler and not had to pay to repair my brand new pickup. After I spend the extra money to fix their mistakes, I will start to enjoy what I bought.

Just called to get a quote on a hot tub cover and the manager was very rude!!! Not helpful and didnt even say thank you for calling or bye. Just hung up the phone. Will NEVER take my business here. I called back to speak to the manager after I was hung up on and he said he was the manager and again hung up without saying bye. What happened to customer service????

I brought my motorcycle there. The guy that works at the counter was very rude. He told me to take it to the junkyard. So I took it to pure Honda and gave them my money. I took it back to paradise again because of my engine light being on, paid 350$ and they didnt do anything to it.

Have sleds listed for sale on an auction site sayin no reserve and all sleds must go......but they dont tell you that they sit there and bid them up, funny how the same guy buyers id just bought all the sleds...maybe your high mile sleds arent worth what you think are...stick to selling spas and tanning beds maybe your all right at that

I didn’t know how old the golfs carts were when buying... my “brand new” golf cart has 51 hours on it... apparently there full priced updated used golf carts.. this info wasn’t disclosed when I bought it... read the fine print I suppose...

We are still settling up the tub, the circulating pump was frozen because it was not winterized property from the factory.

We went to the new hot springs spas in minot and our experience has been horrible. We did not get a purchase agreement and every time we have trouble they always have to send someone from Bismarck and when someone eventually shows up we never get anything resolved. They promised us a year supply of chemics, and it maybe lasted 2 months. We finnaly decided to go to Paradise Spas in Minot local business of 30+ years and they took care of all our problems right away. Even offered to come out and pick up our tub to take a look at it even though its not theirs. They continue to help us battle our water problem that hot springs spa made like It was a problem not worthy of their time. Soon we will be new owners of an eco spa from Paradise spas.We have had nothing but problems with hot springs spa. When we call you cant even find a local phone number. All you can find is a 1-800 number thst takes you to fargo. They dont have local service, they send a guy from Fargo when they have the time. And even tho its under WARRANTY They charge $180 trip charge!!! Thankfully the local dealer here paradise spas has been there for us.

Great Products, Great people and really good prices

Purchased a used Master Spa tub for $9000 a month ago. Owner told me himself they would fill it up and test everything. Upon pick up the tub was filthy sitting out back and full of dirt. Finally got it to my house and set it up. First thing I noticed is it leaking water from one of the pumps and also leaking water from one of the gate valves. LED lights will not work because the upper control panel is broken. The owner there sure knows how to RIP people off! I had to put purchase a $1000 worth of parts to even use it.
