Got there early on a Saturday morning and I was in and out, great price for mounted and balanced tires

Pull up ask for service, they told me one sec.... somebody else pulled up, asked for service, they stopped what they was doing and helped them and acted like I wasn’t even there.... I told manager he did nothing but said ok

My needs: rotate rear tires to front and receive two good used tires for the rear.Experience: as soon as I arrived I was greeted and i was able to explain my needs. I was immediately given an EXACT quote without looking in the computer. Once I agreed I was told to pull into port. Two mechanics IMMEDIATELY began working on my vehicle at the same time.The used tires that I received had plenty of thread on them. Within 10min my car was done.My bill: $74.90-no wait-they never asked me to give them the keys-no upsell-what was quoted was what was paid-all mechanics on staff was working and not lacking off in the distance.Note: my experience was based on my needs and therefore you may have a slight different experience.Overall I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Not good the tire maintenance person messing up my luggnut tire caused to replace it

This place scams people. I went in to replace a radiator for $450.00. The same day they finished the job my car started shaking. First, they made it seem as if I was crazy and gave me the run around, then they say that I need to replace another part which will cost $580. It’s ridiculous. It’s so hard to find a mechanic that you can actually trust to take care of your vehicle. Just be cautious with this place. Maybe they scammed me because I’m a young woman or because I don’t speak Spanish.

Someone pumped my mothers tires to 80 psi. Way pass the maximum psi for the tires. The tires psi can only go up to 48. I cant recommend this place, especially if safety is concern.

Only the guy who changes the tires care about you the rest not professional waiting long time for an alignment for 40 minutes finishing with one car and the put another car in from of me Knowing I was next the guy at the office did not do anything and just did not know a clue what was going on or do anything for me after buying a new set of tires from them. Thanks to the guy who change my tires again the only professional and care. Never go back to this place

Excelent service and good price

They aligned the car with the suspension having some problems that I had to first change some spare parts for. That it would be correctly aligned, change the parts and since I did not do it with them, they said that the person who changed the parts did it wrong and that there were only loose screws they are not professional

Used to be a really good place, been going here for more than 10 years, today is my last visit. The guy who runs it now is only there to rob people.Sold me a bad tire and tried to tell me the tire he sold me isnt bad another tire on my car was bad( which my car had no vibrations before the tire he installed but another tire is now causing a vibration but he never touched that one). Wanted me to purchase a second tire, instead of replacing the tire he sold me. I asked for labor to be warranted and to install a tire I had, but he refused saying another tire in my car was bad and I should buy another tire from him, he never offered to replace the tire I claimed bad either.What he doesnt know is I work in the business for a very long time, if I had access to a tire machine Id do it myself, I have years in tires and suspension mainly. So I know what the problem was. I dont need someone to persuade me to spend money I dont need to.He preys on people who dont know about cars and guarantee hell rip you a new one if you gave him the chance.and he probably doesnt care that he lost business from me and everyone I send there, friends family even random people I meet, hell just continue to play all his costumers to make money.Watch out going here people

This place has horrible customer service. On top of that they mounted, balance and did a wheel alignment on my car for all four tires and broke my tire sensor in three tires. I asked the manager why was my sensors not reading he told me to give it 15 minutes and itll start working. I waited drove around sensors never came on. I took my car back for them to look at the sensor only for the manager to tell me the battery died and I need to replace it because they didnt damage them and theres nothing they can do to help me. All four sensors were working when I drove my car into the tire shop though. Id never recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! Disgusted!!!!

Ive been coming here for years and never had any issues. Everyone is so professional, and the pricing are reasonable. I would highly recommend this business. I pray that God continues to prosper everyone here

Avoid at all costs. Shady mechanics.Mechanic tried to scam and replace a part that was perfectly fine. Went somewhere else and got the job done for a fraction of what of was quoted here.

Went there for a tire, the tech put the tire on the wrong way. I noticed and took it back to have it put on the right way and was advised that because it was my back tire it was okay to be on incorrectly. Drove my car less than 20 miles and it went flat. After taking off the tire there was a cut on the inside that would have been visible if it was installed correctly. I was not reimbursed nor giving a replacement tire. I will never go there again, horrible customer service.
