Unfortunately my visit to the place was totally by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in my years of being as a spa owner,who very frequently does business with local esthetics supply companies.Today I decided to visit this place of business after seeing an ad on Craigslist pertaining to a very large selection of esthetics supplies, and figured not only would I go there to purchase items but also to support a local business.Once I stepped inside of the building I made contact with two very pleasant young ladies who then introduce themselves to me and asked that I have a seat and that someone would be right with me to assist, shortly after there was a guy who came over to me in the waiting room area and asked if he could see my driving license as well as my business license.I then passed over my identification card and explained to him briefly that I was not aware that in order for me to purchase items from the store that I would have to present a business license Nor did the craigslist advertisement state anything pertaining to license requirements.(for gloves and disposable undergarments)After waiting for an additional three minutes I was then approached by a lady who didn’t introduce herself, she instantly stepped inches away from my face in a very rude and disrespectful manner and stated to me “ this is not a candy store you can’t just walk in here and purchase candy as you wish too”.At that point I was very disappointed and disturbed as to why was I being treated with such great disrespect for absolutely no reason at all.Once I begin to speak, which is always in a very knowledgeable Manner,she then at that Point knew beyond a doubt that I was some sort of professional and then tried to ask what size gloves was I interested in purchasing.At that moment I decline to do any further business with the company,not only was it Disturbing to see a professional business owner treating another professional business owner in that manner,but also for the mere fact that I was stereotype as well as disrespected.I will never recommend anyone to do any business ever with this company,customer service was horrible and disgusting .Ps.Black woman are educated as well, never assume the worst about anyone, in uniform or out.

Terrible customer service !!I ask for the address and the answer was You need to make an appoint the to give it to you.Any question is a great mystery. Wow !!!
