Last night when I called and they let me know that my prescription will be ready before closing time at 9 PM, I was excited although it was not ready so I figured it would just be ready in the morning at 9 AM I called at 9:05 as I was driving there to get the prescription the gentleman who answered the phone by a very rude gentleman who was pretty much yelling at me that they just opened and that the prescription was not gonna be ready till 10 o’clock I informed him that I had to go to work and I’m diabetic and I was in need of my supplies before I go to work he did not care continue to yell at me saying that that’s not his problem he didn’t work last night🤯This gentleman gave horrible customer service

If I could give no star I would. I got there early for my appointment and went inside to ensure I followed procedure as the email stated stay in your car but no option to check in or where to go. The lady inside was absolutely rude when I was inquiring what to do. Went back outside and joined the drive-thru line only to be waiting for over 30mins, mind you I’m on my lunch break trying to get this done. I get to the window finally and they don’t even have my testing packet ready. This is absolutely the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to and I will never return. They need serious customer service training and organization. If I could have gotten an appointment somewhere else I would have left. Never again!!

Horribly disorganized with COVID-19 booster shots as of 9/27/2021. The Walgreens website let me enter all of the required information online and make an appointment (to save time), but when I came on time they knew nothing about my appointment, made me stand in line with people picking up their prescriptions, and made me fill out the same information on paper that I had already spent 20 minutes entering on their website. By the time I was ready to give up and leave they had already written on my CDC card, so at that point I knew that I had no choice but to stay and wait. I was there for over one hour.

This pharmacy is really terrible. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another location. Seriously. The pharmacy staff, especially Richard, are rude and have very poor customer service. You will wait at least 20-30 minutes in line to be told your prescription isnt ready... please drive around. What a joke.

The customer service in this location is the worst. We walked in to pick up a prescription right after the pharmacy closed, the manager of the store yelled at my mother, almost pushed her out of the store, closed the door on her even though the store was still open and told her to go pick up the prescription at another Walgreens. We went to another Walgreens with a 24-hour pharmacy and of course they told us the prescription was not in their system. This is the second time this manager at the Walgreens on 12400 Pembroke Rd in Miramar, Florida treats customers with a lack of respect.

Great pharmacy with different articles that you can buy. Always you can to find offers in their vitamins. Service for print photos thumbs up.

I go there like every day, the staffs are very friendly easy to deal with people, they dont try to assist, they assist you in the best way possible. Except for the new guy cashier he always have an attitude i think it because im black, try not to go to the store when he is working he is mostly there after 5 pm.

The drive-thru service for the pharmacy at this Walgreens is really awful. I always have to wait 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru because they are so slow.

I had to wait 24 hours to get my prescription pain medicine at this pharmacy. Also a couple of weeks ago, I was suppose to get a prescription of 90 pills and was 30 pills short.

Advice: go in the morning if you’re going to the pharmacy. The service is awful when is not crowded as it is

Pharmacy has horrible customer service. Pulled up to the drive through and the pharmacist signaled with a finger, one minute. I sat in my car for 10 minutes watching three people walk around the pharmacy doing god knows what. I have transferred all my prescriptions to Publix. One star is too may for this place.

The Walgreens staff on Pembroke Road and Flamingo is always friendly and helpful. They strive to meet each customers needs.

I asked the cashier about a price discrepancy, and she told me she was unable to do anything about it but that I could speak to the manager - perfectly understandable. She told me I could find her on the floor and pointed at another employee. When I approached the other employee, she told me she wasn’t the manager and that the cashier would have to call for them. When I went back to the cashier, she rolled her eyes and called for the manager with an attitude. She explained my question to the manager, and the manager looked at me and said “yeah, no” and walked away. I work in customer service and know there are many professional ways of telling someone no. yeesh

Absolutely bad customer service from your cashier name Maria date: 02/08/2020 time-stamped 4:05pm. I get it. Ask for I.D. showed where you can see from wallet Maria just grabs my wallet, i pulled it back and took it out, she clearly snatch it out of my hands. Better way to ask for I.D. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Came here to pick up my prescription but my insurance was having a hard time processing. The pharmacy associate RANDRICKA helped me out tremendously! Appreciate her patients and willingness to help.

Store is overall good but the pharmacy sucks here.Called just a little while ago and after being on hold for 20 minutes they answer say hello then hang up on the spot after I replied.

Super bad customer service neither the employees nor the manager have a way to address the customer it seems they are uncomfortable with the company and take it out on customers

My wife is pregnant and usually goes to the pharmacy in this store to pickup prenatal medicines. Never medicines are ready to pickup on time. When she asked why they say: Hey do you think you are the only woman taking that medicine? Comeback next week. Obviously the pharmacy employees need some education and good manners.

Friendly attentive service. They had the medications I needed and filled prescriptions from out of state.

The store is fantastic and clean. Employees are great. 3 stars due to pharmacy itself. They are always slow. Ive been multiple times for me and my kids and it is always an issue. Forgetting to mix liquid to powder before handing over to patients, cant find prescription and after a long wait they find it. Like they are unorganized. Forget seeing pharmacists. They dont come out to help the other techs even when theres a long line. Will be switching.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy experience Ive ever had in my life. I ran out of my (non narcotic) medication early, which has happened a few times now, and theyve always been very helpful and considerate. This particular time though, both the pharm tech and the pharmacist nearly refused to help me, then when I insisted they call the hospital I had JUST been discharged from, they grudgingly did their jobs, but continued to treat me like a criminal. 3 stars because the other pharmacist had the decency to apologise as I was leaving, and the walgreens itself is nice, but Ill never come back here.

Worst pharmacy tech experience. Dropped off some medication last night. Asked the tech to make sure it was in stock as dosage was needed in the morning. She blew me off saying yeah yeah we have it. Sure enough I get up early to get the medication to find an email- medication fill delayed, out of stock.

I had a very unpleasant visit to that store last night . EASTLYN the store attendant who assisted me or maybe I should say failed to assist, has the worst attitude I have ever seen in a Walgreens associate . She has zero customer service skills, extremely sarcastic and a very bad attitude.
