I had the best experience at this place! Awesome customer service by Robin and Marcos!!They were almost closing when i came in To the store and they stayed with me until i got the furniture i wanted.They were very patient and helper!! I can certainly say they work as a real team with the other seller Anna.I recommend π― to shop at this location!I would buy here again!!
This is the 1st review I ever wrote for anythingβ¦.. but this company is the absolute worst in the state of Florida. 1st the way this company conducts business is the only way that they can stay in business. I have work in furniture stores in the past, so miss me with the B.S. about how this industry work. 1st they require a $500-dollar deposit before they even βorderβ your furniture to their warehouse. Then we had to basically harass the company to get our furniture, only to be told that they would need an additional 3 weeks and they still couldnβt even guarantee the delivery. When we asked can were replace the order with something in stock, we were told we can only exchange items if we were going buy something MORE EXPENSIVE, and they still couldnβt tell us when we were going to get our furniture. Delivery was impossible, they are supposed call you 30 minute before they arrive on the day of delivery once you finally get a date. The delivery hours are sometime between 7AM and 10PM, only to deliver on the wrong day. They give us the wrong mattress, and we only got all of our furniture in its incorrect capacity because the financing company that we used would not release funds to the store until the complete order was delivered and we signed for it. And they still give us the wrong bed. Once they have your money they donβt give a rats a$$ about you or what you have going on in your life. Youβre better off going to a room to go.
Coco furniture did an awesome job with helping me get what I want! Beautiful furniture and wonderful customer service. Nobody was pushy and they were very patient with letting me decide!
I have been turned away multiple times. I live 5 minutes away from this store and I cannot even enter. I have attempted three times and they refuse to let me in unless I have an appointment. The latest appointment I can make is at three but the store closes at 5! I work from 7-3. I had to other locations that are 15 or more miles away to find better service and have never been turned away!

I definitely will.... this company has a terrible costumer services donβt waste your morning in going to places like this, just the attitude they have makes me not want to buy from them this is terrible..... and the really messed up is the furniture are really nice but they Attitude just made me walk out
I love and admire coco furniture but the staff that works in the miramar location is the most unprofessional. The guy that was assisting us he left me and my husband waiting for him while he stayed On the phone for like 35 minutes and not once said to us that he will be assisting us anytime soon. We then left and not one of them try to caught up with us in the parking lot to find out why we are leaving. Very this appointed.
My wife love coco furniture, itβs been so many month since she been showing me pictures of different good pieces of furniture from here. We finally got a chance to go there today and it the service we received made this company hard work went to waste. Itβs so terrible that my wife now wish to purchase from another company instead. Word of wisdom no matter how good your products are if u put staff thatβs rude and unprofessional. Your business will not expand.
Highly disappointed in the customer service at this location. I inquired about 4 different Sectionals which they did not have in stock which is understandable but, they assured me they would check availability and call me the following week which never happened. So when I called them a week later, not only did they not, remember they gave me a slight Attitude as well. Dont waste your money or time at that location.

This place is horrible, and so is the costumer service here! I purchased multiple items on the month of June, a floor lamp was part of my purchase at this place, which I never received. I have been calling the place because I want my $300 dollars for the lamp back and they have been ignoring me for months. I do not recommend this place to anyone because they are scammers who take your money in seconds but wonβt even give you a refund, not even with the receipt!
Nice designs and pieces. But some of the staff there is rude. Which becomes a big turn off from purchasing something you actually want.

Anna agreed to call me if they sell the items we were interested in, as we were coming back in a couple days with the money as that was said in front of their manager βMarkβ & obviously they SOLD it. And we NEVER got a call back.I spoke to the lol Manager on they call it at this location. βMarkβ had no idea how to defend himself in this situation, Kept saying we should have put a deposit on the items; when never was that phrase said to me when I was at this location, oh and to finish the story up he tried several times to hang up on me; which he did.Customer service? Horrible. Professionalism? Horrible.ADVICE EVERYONE IN THIS WORLD NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!!!
Placed an order 5-22-2021 with Anna. Long story short itβs the end of July. No update on my couches. Never again. Believe them when they say itβs not in stock at this time. Means they donβt have it at all!
I donβt know about the quality, but they have a gorgeous selection of furniture at reasonable prices. The sales representatives Mark and Robyn are both friendly; however, once you pay, as others have stated, youβre taking a gamble because you may or may not hear from them again. Wish I wouldβve read ALL the reviews before coming here. When I placed my order with them, I was told it would take about 3 weeks for them to receive it and they would call me when the furniture arrived so we could set up a delivery date. One month passed and I was calling them to no avail. I decided to go talk to them in person. This time, I was told they would need another 2-3 weeks before the furniture would arrive because the items were coming from California. Those 2-3 weeks passed and I could not reach them by phone per usual so I had to head back to the store again just to speak to someone, where they told me to give them another week or two. Fast forward to now- 4 months later still no call from them and no furniture. I eventually got tired of making trips on trips to the store just to speak to someone only to get the runaround. So I ended up getting my money back through my bank. They definitely need a more updated system to keep track of customers orders as everything is done by pen and paper. Iβm sure they forgot all about my orders because of that very reason. If youβre the type of person that doesnβt mind calling/visiting the store everyday just to make sure that your order was actually placed then look no further.
Dont go there. They took a lot of people money during the pandemic. They took our 300.00 deposit. We tried calling the number provided no answers for months. We finally purchased furniture from city furniture. The guy inside the Miramar location is a bold face liar
This store has the most gorgeous furniture here in South Florida. The service was awesome and very helpful. They made sure I left happy and satisfied!!!!!!!! πAfter having my bed & mattress less than a month, I found that my mattress looked to be used. I contacted Mark, the guy that sold it to me and was avoided. I called, left messages and sent emails with pics, still no response.My mattress has yellow stains all over it which I am continent and I donβt have little ones. It also sinks in the middle. I would like a new mattress, since thatβs what I clearly paid for. Be careful of where you spend you money because you work hard for it.
The guy at that Location is a incompetent fool, he thinks he is all that and have no customer service, they took my money and then going to tell me I cant change my order to something of lesser value. I realized on the review that the Owner only replies to the comments that are pleasing to him/her.

I bought 3 furniture, paid cash. Now after 4 months and half the sectional sofa the treads are opening by itself. Literary has a defection from factory. And staff keeps avoiding my calls, (owner Mark)and when i do get a hold of them from employee Ana she keep giving me unexplained answers on they need to contact warehouse in California to see if they have any in stock. That the furniture has no warranty, but what they dont understand when a product goes on recall for being defective. Definitely taking this situation to The Department Bureau of Consumer and to any other Resources i have to for the replacement of this furniture....Buy better from Rooms to go, where they give you warranty.Update on Situation: February 14, 2020I got a call today from Mark the Manager and owner from the Coco furniture and he told me that he just recieved the cushions from the sofa for exchange,Β i am forwarding also the email to the Dept. Bureau of Consumer and to him for they can close the file and i can pick up the cushions . Thanks you very much Mark for all your effort in responding to this situation. Let me know when can i pass to pick it up. Sorry for any confusion. After this i will definitely give you a positive review on your page . Thanks again for resolving the issue.
I have not received my furniture itβs been over a month . Now Iβm not getting any responses from customer service. I feel scammed !!! This place does not have legitimate business practices and I will be reporting to the better business bureau....Update 4/29... left countless voicemails and text still have not received a call back or email confirmation of my refund . I have went through my CC to get my money back. I try to support a small business, but I cannot tolerate the horrid customer service. BIG SCAMMING GOING AT COCO FURNITURE.
The guy there is rude! I received my order less than 24 hours ago, and there is a defect. The guy working there begins to tell me that my floors are the problem... NO, the the legs on the chairs are crooked!!!!. Lol... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Customer service is non existent once you receive your order. I will never order from them again!
Furniture here mostly modern. Beautiful pieces. Went in for a smaller sized sofa ended up buying a futon. There were TV stands, tables, chairs, entry table, beds. Very classy. Sales lady friendly and helpful.

Everything about the staff at the Miramar location is unprofessional I was told that my furniture would be here on a Feb 2) I even took off work for me to only get the news from the delivery man that all my items did not make the truck so I decided to call no answer when someone did pickup she put me on hold for over an hour so I got mad and stop by the store where Mark the staff try to convinced me that he told me about the two delivery date but came not give me the details for the next delivery at this point I donβt care how beautiful it is I want all my money back

The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful in the beginning they offered delivery which included drop off only for 23 dollars or setup and delivery for 100 dollars or so. Since the only setup was taking out of box and putting on legs. We went with drop off. After getting it out of the box we realized it had a small tear. We took pictures sent to store by email the never responded until a few days later when we went and visited the store. They told us they would check with the warehouse and get back to us. We had to call several Times over the next weeks seems like they were hoping we would just go away. Finally 20 days after purchase I called and the told me I should have opted for the setup delivery and they would have taken it back then and there but since I didnβt do that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do.I would suggest going somewhere else where they stand behind their product. I will also report to consumer affairs to warn others

Bought a bedroom set online from the 26th November was told I would receive by the middle of December am yet to receive, didnt find out I wont be getting until I call them, two day ago they called saying the set is there but there warehouse will be close so I cant get until the 11th if I want it.why would u call me 28th December to tell me I cant get something until the 11th January I guess thats good news for cocoa furniture, i wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything from here the worst costomer service ever!!!!

I purchased a sectional from this location. I had it delivered and assembled. I never sat on it for longer than 5 minutes and it was off limits for my boys.I just recently had an issue with a leg that wasnt assembled properly and theyre really giving me a hard time about it.I guess once they take your money the customer service goes out the window.I was put on hold by Robin and left on hold for over 10 minutes then hung up on. I will never purchase anything else from them again,after this horrible experience about a leg! Update****The leg was finally replaced after a few weeks. Papi the gentleman that repaired it, is super nice and helpful!! Loving my beautiful red sectional

I love the furniture here, i came here after seeing them on my instagram and i came to check it out and they have such good prices, i couldnt believe it was real. I didnt think i could finance here because im working on my credit now but they put me on a payment plan and i was able to walk out with the bed set of my dreams! They were a little busy but im glad i waited it out because it was definitely worth it. I will be bringing my mom next week

The furniture here is gorgeous but weak af. Bought a couch and didnt even sit on it and the feet broke. The lamps doesnt work after i bought them and every thing seems pretty but more fragile than scramble egg.

Worse experience ever! I placed an order over a month ago. I was told that delivery was going to be made on may 13, 2017. I never received a call to confirm the delivery for the 13th so I took it upon myself to call. When I called the manager said he forgot to call me. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. After paying for the furniture in full they said that the furniture never got shipped. So I went into the store and they said that it will be delivered on Monday which is the 15th of may. Now the manager is telling me that the driver who delivers the furniture died so he has no one to deliver the furniture. These people are a bunch of liars and so unprofessional. I tried calling different offices to see if I can speak to someone above his head but no one speaks english. Now Im stuck in a new apartment with no furniture and a pregnant wife who is sleeping on the floor. I dont recommend anyone do business with these people.

After you have paid your money you canβt get service. I have been calling all week and no response. The lady never gets back to you or deals with the issue then have you waiting. This is terrible. I am speaking with the lady on the phone and she rushes me off and hangs up!!!!
