Great costume service. They take about 20 minutes to answer but once they answer they are very polite and will help you 100%.Water is high quality. And price is great. If you get the super hero hydration membership you get 24 free deliveries per year which by itself pays the membership feeI hi go my recommend it instead of packing your shopping cart with water cases at the supermarket that get scarce in hurricane season

If I could give zero stars I would. This company cares zero about customer service. They constantly deliver more water than what we order so they can charge us for it. As well, they never come during our business hours (10am-6pm) so we can tell them no. We have 12 empty containers because of this and more bottles than we ordered. We called to resolve the problem they said they guaranteed someone to come during business hours. The guy came at 8am. We called again, were on hold 45 mins for a manager and got put back into the queue for the call. Ultimately, we cancelled our account because these are not the first problems and guess what, theyre charging us to come pick up their equipment for their lack of efficiency. STAY AWAY.

Horrible customer service and portal. They quickly brought the filter and water containers when we opened our office but then disappeared when we tried to make changes or rearrange service date. Unable to speak to a human when I needed to contact customer service. Stay away from this service, unless you want to get charged for an incomplete service and unresponsive brand.

For over 3 months I have been trying to get ReadyRefresh to pick up 6 water jugs (the big ones that go on the water dispensers) to no avail. The sales representative, Dale Ziegler, is courteous but completely useless - I have been in communication with him directly for 15 days and he still does not get anyone to come here to pick up the mess they left behind. It is impossible to get anyone at the company to answer a phone call, it is not possible to remove an auto pay so they keep charging me even though Ive asked to get this jugs removed from my office, and it is not possible to close the account online. This is almost like a scam. This is the worst company in Florida! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD - HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, never delivered my water on time so after months of no water I cancelled. Now I have 10 empty 5 gallon jugs and the cooler which they are still trying to charge me a monthly rental fee for although they never pick up the jugs or cooler!!! Their service is terrible. They are simply unable to deliver the water on time and they never pick the empty water bottles. On top of this I get charged $4.99 every time I call them begging for them to pick up their empty bottles.

This company is as crooked as it gets. They come to your office with what seems like a deal, deliver way more than what you ordered, don’t take it back, and almost impossible to contact. Then they will send you in collections without any notice…. Worst company, save the headaches and buy a machine … this is ridiculous …. If your already a client get out while you can

Unfortunately, I found out about the negative reviews a little too late... I have a similar story to share, after cancelling the service via phone, the credit card provided was charged and a delivery was sent. You cannot cancel the service online, or even delete the existing credit card on file. I am extremely disappointed with Nestle and Ready Refresh for their lack of customer care.

Water was good, which is the only reason I gave them one star. I cancelled the service, paid the remaining balance, and company was to pick up the water cooler, which never showed.I called and scheduled for them to come get the cooler. No show.Yet, we kept getting billed for the rental of the cooler. I responded to invoice emails, which we finally received a response from a representative. We responded to come pick up the cooler but never received a response back. We replied several more times but never a response.Then, we received a collection notice from a collection company. We called and explained. They said call Ready Refresh, which we did. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, we got a manager. The manager waived one months rental and still charged us for 3 months after they didnt show up to pick up the equipment.We argued but finally gave in to making payment to end the relationship once and for all.We will be sending Ready Refresh an invoice for storage of their water cooler.

For the most part, my deliveries have been as scheduled and within the agreed upon time frame. We enjoy Zephyrhills and the water is always good. I would give it 5 stars but since they increased the price a year or so ago feel that its expensive and am not sure how much longer Ill stay. Having them deliver to my door is helpful but am questioning whether its worth the extra cost.

Shady business practices going on there. Stay away! I was a customer that would order water as I needed it, so what that meant was I paid for whatever I ordered each time. After a couple months, I get an outstanding bill from these guys telling me I have an outstanding balance. Wait. What?For some reason when you order they charge your credit card for the full balance, then 2 months down the line they send you a bill for an outstanding balance that you paid in full for when you checked out 2 months ago.All Im saying is keep track of your billing if youre a one-time purchase kind of customer like I was. Or better yet, find another company that does a better job of keeping track of the books and not trying to scam you.

We were very apprehensive about starting this service because of the reviews. We took a chance! Honestly, our customer service experience has been top notch, the ordering and delivery has gone smoothly and the water is delicious! It’s been about 6 months and we are very pleased. I don’t know why so many people have had so many problems. I hope they keep it up for us!

Wish I could give Zero stars but it won’t let me. Ready Refresh was sneaky and takes out water bottles from the pack. I purchased six 24 packs of Zephyrhills, and 4 of them are missing 4 bottles in each. I tried to call, but every time I do it either says they are experiencing higher than normal call volume or they are doing a maintenance to their system. Can’t get through.They are overpriced, but I continued to receive water from them because of the convenience. Now I’m done. I don’t like a company I can’t trust.I can’t remember ever reviewing a company before, but others should know. Do not buy from them.Ready Refresh you owe me 16 water bottles.

One star is for the quality of the water. Potential star for the girl who just helped me on the phone as she was polite and helpful (though we will see if anything changes, updating review accordingly) They deserve no stars for anything else. The website is a joke, doesnt save options, wont allow changes. Inconsistent deliveries and random changes to the quantity/frequency not initiated by us. Really a bummer since we enrolled with our Costco membership and we typically trust Costco recommended service providers.

The service and products are the worst.The replacement cooler they delivered 2 months ago stopped working. I took off from work to accommodate their 4 hour delivery window. Mid way through the window they changed the schedule. Now I have to use up a whole day off.They won’t contact the driver to give me a more precise time. They don’t do the 30 minutes call ahead. All customers should be aware of fraudulent billing. In the past 2 of 3 deliveries I received email advising delivery was made and my credit card was billed. Totally False!!!. I never even saw the driver. Upon calling customer service I am told the driver spoke with a woman in the office and picked up 2 bottles and delivered 2. Totally False!!!!. After spending approx 30 minutes on the phone with several people in cust service I was told they will look into this with the location mgr. and credit my card. I requested someone in charge to call me and explain. Have not recvd a call back. By reading 100 previous reviews I have found that I am not alone and even though my delivery driver is a thief, corporate evidently condones these actions. If you intend to do business with this company I suggest you get signed delivery receipts for everything delivered and picked up. Pay attention to credit card charges since you are dealing with a very sketchy organization.

The reason for all the bad reviews is because ready refresh Miramar hire nothing but associates who are under the influence of a substance. We really don’t care about reviews as long as we get the money from customers that’s all that matter. At the end of the day it’s a business transaction that take place of you don’t like the business we do then go to another company plain and simple. Everything was great until they changed their website recently. My daughter is unable to stop her service (she has about 7 extra bottles and they keep delivering) and Im unable to change my delivery online in order to get water! Was on hold 20 minutes earlier this week and just hung up after being on hold for 25 minutes. They dont answer emails and just keep charging my card on file. This is completely and absolutely unacceptable!!

Can not recommend this company. The product is fine but they can not follow simple instructions for delivery regarding time and location. They leave my water outside when instructed not to on several occasions and deliver when the business is not open. After multiple conversations, They continued to not follow instructions so I cancelled the service. Two months later they started delivering and charging again! Very frustrating.

Horrible Delivery Reliability . They have great water but after confirming my delivery for today, early this morning, they no showed for the second month in a row. I chatted with customer service who informed me that they were too busy in my area to help all of the customers on time. I asked if I should cancel, since they are too busy and instead of trying to retain me, the customer service agent said that she would be happy to help me cancel my account and how many empty bottles do I have in my possession !!! This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Customer Service from 1-10 is a 1. Constantly over billing. No proof of water delivery. They just state that they made the delivery and charge you for it. Comical. A mickey mouse company. I cant believe that Zepher Hills even allows them to be a distributor. Same goes with Nestle. A supervisor by the name of LISA DANIELS told me to just close my account if im not happy. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Apparently i have multiple accounts. Thats at least what i was told. It was a good service prior to the Nestle buyout of the Florida based Zephyrhills Company. Over the last few years service has gone downhill, with customer service atrocities resulting in closing my account. I purchased a water cooler on Amazon, buy the 5 gallon bottles at Publix, and lug them up a flight up stairs. Which Id rather do any day than continue business with RR.

Water is good and that’s about it. I’ve had an account with Ready Refresh since 2013 at various apartments, and for four or five years I had exceptional service and their prices were reasonable. Each delivery driver was overly kind and helpful. But nearly a year ago we moved to not the best area and from the start the service was horrid. 11 months have gone by now at this new location and I’ve called Ready Refresh to complain at least 9 out of the 11 months. I’ve become extremely curious if the reason the customer service has become non-existent is related to the area we moved to. It is the single changing factor.On top of the worst service I’ve ever received from ANY company, Ready Refresh continues to increase their prices. There’s absolutely no way this business will last with rising prices, monthly minimums and third-rate customer service. At every other apartment, I always had a permanent driver. At this location, it’s been a different driver every month and they are nothing but cold. They’re incompetent and refuse to follow directions given by the representatives or that I’ve left in my account. On multiple occasions, the representative called the driver’s boss to complain about the driver not following the directions that apparently show up on their screen during deliveries.I have been so over this company and dealing with the constant nonsense and I am so done. The convenience of the water delivery and cooler have hindered me in the past, but I cannot give this company almost $60 a month for nothing but water and stress. Ready Refresh, you can thank your driver yesterday who said he couldn’t complete the delivery due to our apartment gate not working for the loss of an extremely patient and loyal customer of almost 6 years. I was home the entire day yesterday and the gate worked perfectly fine.

Ready Refresh is by far THE WORST business I have EVER spent money on. In July I saw a rep in Costco and since we drink a lot of water I decided to get the water jugs for my home. I ordered 6 jugs to be delivered every 2 months. The rep took my credit card and entered my information into his phone. I was told deliveries in my area were Fridays. That Friday I was expecting my delivery of water and water cooler. No delivery. I called and they said my card was declined. I said that was impossible and asked them to verify my card number. The sales rep had entered the incorrect water, so I didn’t get a delivery the first week. The following week I got my delivery but instead of 6 jugs, I got 5. I called them and they issued a credit, fine. We went through the 6 jugs faster than I had anticipated so I called and spoke to a rep asking that two more jugs be delivered. I asked the rep if this would alter my next delivery date. She assured me it would not. My next delivery date came a few days before we were expecting a hurricane. I didn’t bother going to the store to get water since I was waiting for a delivery of 8 jugs. My delivery never came. When I called they said I would receive 8 jugs in two months from the date that the 2 jugs were delivered (which was a week prior). I was outraged. I spoke to a manager and the following week I received 8 jugs on the Friday delivery date at no charge to me. When I asked for it sooner they said they only deliver on Fridays. My next delivery date was not meant to be until November 1, my Friday delivery date. However, I got an email that it would be delivered on October the 24, a Thursday. I thought nothing of it since we need more water. My water was delivered and I only received 6 jugs! Even though I had said previously on the phone I’d like it to increase it to 8. This was upsetting but I figured I would let it slide. However, I just received an email saying I should have a delivery on Tuesday the 29! I just received a delivery! Why am I getting another one?! And the website won’t let me cancel it. Why does every delivery date have to be an issue. Why is their system so flawed. They must not want my business, or care about their customers. This is supposed to be more convenient, it has been nothing but a headache. Please don’t waste your money, go with another service.

If i could give no stars i would, this company is a scam, we got a water machine from them and it broke instantly we called several times to have it replaced and no one bothered to help with the broken machine so we had to replace the machine our self ontop of that they charge for late fees even when we pay on time they charge for items that were never received or ordered by us and now they want us to pay $150.00 for the broken machine that they never replaced which we will not be paying for broken equipment that they gave us. Horrible Scamming Company and i do NOT recommend anyone to work with them, we are still receiving invoices from them even though we canceled the services over a month ago. These ppl are a SCAM !!!!!

These people are thieves. They charged my account for water I never received. Called customer service and she, Evely, said I got the water. I asked her if she was at my home to know that. She us the only customer service there is..no other. Asked to speak to supervisor, there is nobody, but her. Maybe she is the wife of the owner, its like nobody else works there. They stole $38.31 from me. No matter how I explained, she showed no understanding or empathy, she tried to make it seem like I didnt know what I was talking about. These people should be sued. Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind.  I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to pause my delivery of water bottles. They dont offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didnt use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isnt a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you cant cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated cancel service and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They dont offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. one month later and they are still there. PHOTO attached.Apparently Nestle operates on a old school model of trapping the customer and making very hard to cancel service. News alert Nestle!! This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis. Just horrible service. Deliveries are never on time. They send emails and automated calls with your scheduled delivery date and never show up as scheduled. Days go by and still no delivery. Unhappy with service to where I just cancelled with them. They just dropped off water and spoke to no one. Didnt even know they were here until we saw 3 new 5 gallon jugs. Called to request hem to pick them up so we can get what we wanted and they said they wouldnt come back to retrieve them, needless to say they havent been opened and they still refused to accommodate. I never realized how bad of a company they are. For the past two days I’ve been on the phone for over 40 minutes each day and even sent an email. I was delivered water I didn’t need but since their website and phone haven’t been working properly I wasn’t informed as I have been in the past. I did speak with someone eventually and offered me 50% off. I also now see my monthly bill has been going up. I have a few bottles of water left but once I’m finished I will be canceling my service. Very sad how they run a business. I also didn’t realize all the negative reviews for them. If I was you just purchase bottle water in the store or a filtered pitcher. Less issues.

Send auto texts giving a date and then continuously changing it. Finally just got rid of them. Such a horrible experience overall. I was very unhappy with the service weve been receiving from this company. Deliveries that dont come, hours on hold to fix the situation, only to find out on the next delivery date that absolutely NOTHING was done. It has been terrible, but I have found 2 reasons to try to stick with this company while they go through their changes. The first are the delivery drivers. They are ALWAYS polite, courteous, and go out of their way to make the customer happy. Most of the time they are the ones catching all the flack for the company because we see them where we cant reach anyone else. Yet they do whatever they can to help make a bad situation better. The second reason is a Supervisor named Bonnie in the Massachusettes Call Center. After more going wrong to get a water delivery for my place of employment than anyone person should have to try to comprehend and and in the course of 2 seperate days being on hold all told 9 1/2 hours to reach a person, Bonnie is the light at the end of the tunnel. Not only did she calm my frazzled nerves and do EVERYTHING she said she would do, she went above and beyond and had a delivery made to my office a day earlier then scheduled. She is the example of the superior customer service this company once had and the potential of what they can become as long as there are people like her working diligently to help us very frazzled and unhappy customers. So, try NOT to give up in this company- they truly have some outstanding people working for them.So,its been 6 months and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. This company is by far the worst company I have EVER dealt with.... I have been dealing with a HUGE billing issue since July. I have talked to person after person, submitted documentation, been apologized to, and promised that the situation will be resolved time and time again. Then the person whom youve spent countless hours with going over everything with just disappears. The phone# and email address you had somehow must not reach them anymore. Hell one voicemail went from Erika to Frank. Frank has not returned one message.... I still call every now and again just to see if maybe.... Someone named Andrew called me stating that Erika asked him to call me and yet he couldnt tell me one thing that had gone on regarding my account and then advised that Erika would be back Monday. Its been weeks...no Erika. In his defense he didnt say what Monday in what month or year. My fault.... should have been more specific with my questions. Icing on the cake.... yes theres icing.... Spoke with an escalation manager yesterday, Deborah (yes with an H) and we were going to get my situation resolved, even if it took all day (by the way, Im off at 3:30 today, but we can work on it tomorrow if need be) is what she followed up that all day statement with! So, we have a call scheduled for 8:30 am this morning, I bring all the paperwork home with me( I know, I actually believed she was going to call) and I really need my issue resolved! So, no call came, got to work no email either. Then at 9:22 am I got the email. I didnt forget about you, its been really busy here. Does 11 am work for you? Of course!! 11 oclock comes and you guessed it... no call. The worst part is I was/am surprised!! I know, Im shaking my head too and saying REALLY?! So at 1:32 I sent an email asking her to advise me when she really, really will call and explained how frustrating it is waiting for call that never come. I further explained that I am in charge of making sure that 2 offices in 2 different locations run smoothly and that I understand the value of her time and how busy things can get and would appreciate the same from her and Ready Refresh. Its 4:02 pm and Deborah has gone home for the day with no further response to me...... but tomorrow is another day. Save yourself the headache, go to your local grocery store and buy bottled water...run from doing anything with this company. If I could give negative stars I would.

They charge my credit card and no water delivery. About 4 months ago they raised their prices much higher. 3 months ago they charged me double,, last month the delivery was a week late, this month they charged me and I havent received a delivery. Worst part is now they dont have a customer service line. Just someone to help you set up a online account so you can do all the troubleshooting via website. Absolutely ridiculous and careless.

Do not do Business with Nestle Water. Ready Refresh is the biggest rippoff in your business. They always try to double your bill, which is easy to overlook. After the first 2 months, everything they told you is a lie. The $7 for 5 gallons becomes $22. A jug. The free water cooler becomes $25 a month. And a sleeve of 50 plastic cups? $10. My bill a month for 10 gallons and a cup sleeve was $62. A month. I hate this company and will do everything I can to expose them as Frauds. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER., CREDIT CARD SCAMMING, RIPPOFF, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Worst customer service ever. they change delivery dates with no warning. drivers get lost and instead of calling to ask they just turn around and go home leaving me with no water. they raise their prices continuously. i am so done. my business and i will be looking for a new water delivery company!

If I could I would give them zero stars. In the last 18 months they their service became terrible.Terrible customer service. They keep changing delivery dates. Keep raising prices. Sometimes bring partial deliveries sometimes bring double of what you were asking. Stay away from them they are so so bad.

Highly disappointed in the service from ready refresh.I have been a customer for some time now with regular monthly deliveries. I had a delivery that was scheduled for Friday, August 30 so with the uncertainty of hurricane Dorian I modified my order on 8/27 for a alittle extra water. I had a confirmation with my new updated order and everything was fine. Well Friday comes and no delivery so I call and I am notified that my delivery is actually scheduled for the 31st now. Okay no problem..thats not what I was originally told but ok.So Saturday 8/31 comes and my husband receives a text @7:30am stating that our delivery is to be delivered today. 10:30am rolls around and I call just to verify and the rep assures me that our delivery is scheduled for today between 10:30am and 12:30pm. After waiting around ALL day Saturday for my delivery we again call and we are told that the driver said we rejected the delivery?! Are you kidding me totally not true and unacceptable??!! I log into my readyrefresh account and my next delivery is now scheduled for October 1st and all of my items from the order I was expecting are now sitting in my shopping cart.Very disgusted that this is the type of service they offer to established customers.

The worst service ever! The driver would leave the bottles on the street, never ring bell. Water would be stolen and we could never return the used ones because we never saw him. I call es about this countless times, would take me 20min to talk to a human and the operators were even worse. They would also often double bill. Terrible service!!!

This has been by far the worst service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Our company has been using this water service for a year now and I do not think they have ever delivered the water on time once. Our office would consistently be without water due to them pushing back our delivery date by WEEKS. We were stuck with this miserable company due to nobody else delivering to our office. Thank god Crystal Springs now delivers in our area. Worst service ever. They get one star only because it doesnt let you give zero stars.

Yet again I am complete in awe of how this company stays in business. Every week a new driver. Yesterday they arrived at the gate, we opened it, they pulled away. We have it on tape. I will be contacting my main office to cancel this account and find a new service. When I called to complain they hung up on me. I asked them to get their corporate down here to figure out what is wrong with this location. I have 18 guys working in the south Florida heat, we cannot have unreliable service.

By far one of the worst companies Ive had to deal with in quite a long time. They will tell you one delivery date and then change it to another without any notification what so ever. My office was without water for over 2 weeks due their office changing our delivery schedule multiple times without ever dropping anything off.Their customer service doesnt really do anything, and a lot of the times I call in I get a pre-recorded message that says theyre to busy to even accept your call. If you have any other options for water delivery in your area I would highly recommend you save yourself the headaches and not use this company

During the Hurricane emergency these guys did a HORRIBLE job of keeping their customers posted about their repeated failures to deliver scheduled water which was schedule a week before the storm . I will no longer do business with such a terrible company and will out of a sense of civic duty utilize all of my social networks to advise friends and family of my experience with them . They have no trouble advising us when payment is due -- but made no effort to advise customers of failed delivery commitments prior to the storm that would enable their customers to make other arrangements. I consider them a public danger and will advise authorities of the risk they pose to this community. - Unless you really enjoy patronizing a terrible company - use anybody else including your garden hose. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it it the lowest one can give

Scam company beware! They up prices add things on that dont belong on there. The guy never picks up my bottles when asked so i have a closet full of bottles. Do not use this company save your time and money and get bottles of zephyrhills at publix. The charged this amount to my credit card without my authorization of them uping the prices. I cannot get Ready Refresh to pick up their own equipment to close my account. As of Tuesday, Aug 27th, Ready Refresh agreed to pickup their equipment on Tuesday, Sept 2nd. They didnt pick it up and never contacted me when they missed their own pickup. Its Monday, Sept 9th and still no pickup. READY REFRESH - please look up our account and PICK UP YOUR EQUIPMENT! Its been sitting in the kitchen (where youve delivered many times before) waiting for your pickup since the end of August! Thank you!

They do not make the deliveries, they are over 2 weeks late, how the largest water company in the world can’t make simple water deliveries??? Very disappointed with Nestle. I have moved to a company named Water Boys, they made the delivery on the same day, most people should also change to Water Boys !

Couldnt give less than one star, so this one is not deserved. Customer service is so bad I would rather sit on hold.They will double bill you, drop off things you didnt order and then claim they cant do anything. Genuinely horrendous and unprofessional.

I have been with them for over 23 years when they were called Zephyrhills and then it changed to ReadyRefresh,, that is when the service went down the drain. I gave them a year and they still didnt get it right. Dont show up or rescheduled 5 times for one delivery. When you called they dont care! I cancelled my account with them today. They didnt even ask why or even try to keep me as a customer. That company is a real joke!!!! Dont use them, you will be very sorry! Zero star!!!

Everything about this company is just bad business. Their phone-hold times are way to long (typically 15 min) customer service reps are incompetent as to their company information and computer system functions.They change delivery days without notice, their drivers are not trained well, and frankly for all of this frustration, the cost of the service is to high. Unreliable and dissatisfactory sums it up.

The absolute worst. It’s been months since I’ve gotten a delivery on time, much less within the same week for which I schedule the order. They text me everyday to say “Your delivery will arrive within the next 60 minutes” then NEVER show up, NEVER call, NEVER send an email. When I call customer service they tell me they will notify the local branch manager. They’ve told me 16 times that I’ve called about non-deliveries that the branch manager has been emailed. I’m assuming the branch manager could care less or just don’t check their emails. Could not be more frustrated with a company. I’d cancel service if anyone can suggest another company that delivers in Pembroke Pines?
