Would give negative stars if I could. Daughters new used car hasnt been driven. Totally ghosted by company, left voice messages, texts, emails, FB and IG messages. They have been reported to the state by us. Thought we were supporting a honest woman owned business. These people take your hard earned money and run. Stay away!!

Not a huge selection of cars available at the moment but we are able to find the car we need and they have a very friendly and helpful staff.

As i know the owner personally for 20 years i trusted them to sell our 2015 Chevy Silverado on consignment in October 2020. Well they sold it within a week and have failed to pay me nor the bank that has the lien on the vehicle. Beware of any business with them as we are taking legal action but im afraid they will be going out of business before we are able to get the money they owe us. They are theives. They owe us $16,500.00

My experience was the best here at car depot. Martin and the whole staff help me. I was so nervous about buying a car but they made me feel like family. I now have the car of my dreams. Vilma, Martin, are scammers. In honesty I should’ve known from the start. They pre maturely roll cars that aren’t approved by the bank take down payments from customers and before the FIRST PAYMENT WAS EVEN DUE, they repo’d the car because there was no approval by the bank. I gave them a down payment of 3,000 now they get to keep that down payment and re sell the same vehicle without it being a registered owner. They run a huge scam and they’re not going to get away with this one on me, before you even think of buying a car here, go somewhere else no matter how good there lies sound

It took me three months to get my tags. They tried to increase the amount they originally asked for. Even though I asked for the final price with all fees and it was circled on the page with the fees listed. They dont call back. I paid in full for my car the same day of purchase.Yet,they placed a lien on my title. I called to have it removed and they are giving me the run around. Whe I asked about the lien to begin with, the answer was that I owed money on the car which wasnt true.

Second looking for a car there, Third believing the lies from everyone in there then to buying the car and trade in my current car and giving a down payment.These people will tell you what you want to hear, people like Kenya, Martin and some other Spanish dude name victor and is also a manager and don’t know how.They will be so nice to you but IT’S ALL ABOUT MONEY. They will tell you you’re approved and then wait till you drive the car for a month or so and come get the car from you without finalizing the loan. They will not call you back and barely answers. Sometimes will say I try to call you. Bunch of lies and it’s very sad.The manager Martin told me they can’t verify my employment because I am self employed. I even showed them proof of my income. I call to make payments towards my down payment as I am waiting for them to find another lender because Martin said he has a solution for me. He never called me back. I had to keep calling. Then they tow my car saying it’s repo when I was never finalized with a bank.How can my car be repo and I never received a letter from the bank letting me know the due date. These people will take money from you then tow your car and try to keep your trade in and down payment.But I guarantee you they will go out of business this year 2020. And won’t be stealing from me. Sorry they just came across the wrong person. I forgive you for being a crook. It’s just sad. YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW.

Dont waste your time going to this dealership. Very unorganized and poor customer service. Waited for over two months to get a new tag. No one keeps you informed or calls you back. Was told my Out The Door price included the tags and then said it wasnt included, so the car cost me $400 more than originally negotiated. Reviews speak volume. There are tons of dealerships in South Florida that will treat you better.

Horrible experience - over priced vehicles / crooked management. I brought a over priced Ford F-150 with mechanical/ electrical issues and half the problems were fixed . If you are unfortunate enough to purchase a vehicle from here -please don’t make the same mistakes I made - please bring your personal mechanic with you before you sign any papers or if you are too excited and naive & trusting (like I was ) please take your vehicle and GET IT DIAGNOSED IMMEDIATELY - THE NEXT DAY PREFERABLY- WHILE YOU ARE WITHIN YOUR 30 DAY TIME PERIOD. And if you really like the car, please write down the vin numbers and google it and check the history of the vehicle (because they wont provide a CARFAX REPORT) and see where it may have been selling somewhere else locally for a cheaper price and also see if there are any accidents the vehicle has (which mine did ) that should be discounted from the book value price. I hope my hard lesson sheds light on someone else’s path.

THESE PEOPLE SCAM, they gave me a good deal on the car but then after 3 weeks of having the car they act like the bank rejected their approval. When KENNYA was the one who said the bank approved it. After getting the run around by Victor I wanted to return the car and they pull out a document with a fake signature saying if I returned the car they would charge me this and it was not in my contract. I spoke to the bank and the bank has no clue who I am. Even after being upset with them VICTOR the manager will treat you like youre stupid and give attitude and even threaten you.

Do not buy from car depot, my mother and I bought a car in March from them and it’s been six months and we still can’t get our tag or any information about it. Customer services after the purchase is sloppy and after they receive your money that it. Do not waste your time!!! Update😑😑11 months later still no title so I still haven’t received a registration

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said they were going to call us back and fix the minor issues the car had and not once did we receive a phone call to fix the car. The mechanic was never there and after we signed the contract, they called us a week later to tell us that the bank could not approve us for the 60 month contract and said it had to be 48 months. The office manager VICTOR is the worst person in that office. He needs to be fired for his unprofessionalism. When we went to go return the car once we found out about the contract changing, he told us that the people who could help us in regards to charging the mileage was the people in Car Depot in homestead. So we went on a Saturday to go figure out the issue with the mileage and return the car but when we went, Victor was there and when we tried talking to him, he went crazy and ran outside the store forming a scene saying he did not want to speak to us. The people from the homestead office had to chase after him to get him to cooperate with us because he didn’t want to. So in order to assess the situation, Jorge from that office tried helping us. Monday rolls around and we find out that they repossessed the car. There was absolutely no reason to do that because we had just gotten the car and did not miss a payment. We returned the keys on Tuesday and did not get our deposit back. Point is, this place is a scam dealership and WILL steal your money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! ESPECIALLY VICTOR FROM THE MIRAMAR LOCATION!!!!!

By far my worst car buying experience ever! If it wasnt for Big Chico I wouldve backed out of the deal. I made a purchase on April 3. Todays date is July 7th and still have yet to receive my tag. Call and ask whats going on and Im told They are waiting on the DMV. I call the DMV and I was told they have yet to submit any paper work for my tag. They tell lies after lies. They dont know how to conduct business.

ZERO STARS! We were promised things would get fixed with the car when inquiring about it and VICTOR kept giving us the run around after they said it would be fixed. KENYA (who is constantly hiding in her office avoiding all customers she lies to) even told us to get it fixed ourselves! We went in promised a 60 month contract by Kenya and get called 3 weeks later telling us its a 48 month contract paying alot more a month, which was not what we signed for! After speaking to Victor about the whole situation, he says that were stupid and walked out of the building not wanting to talk..They refused to give us our down payment back and forged our signatures saying we owed THEM MONEY on a page we never signed.

Quite pleased by this dealership. Got the car I wanted with affordable payments and no hassle. I definitely recommend.

I’ve gone to this place so many times to get my detail and my Bluetooth fixed. Took almost two months to get my detail and my Bluetooth still isn’t fixed . My middle console doesn’t work and no one knows how to fix it. I’ve literally gone back over 10 times. The only people I find even remotely okay to talk to there is Chico and Lexi, and Chico no longer works there. Like I am beyond annoyed at this point . Furious doesn’t even describe how I feel writing this. They told me my car doesn’t come with Bluetooth even tho the manual for the Bluetooth is in my car. I’m just annoyed they keep telling me to come back and I sit and here the same thing every single time. They have nice cars, if you come here just make sure everything works. Once again the only person who would’ve kept it real with you is Chico. Lexi is a great worker.

But surprisingly they want me to pay my license plate again. So now I had to pay $399 for my license plate, not $199. Why? Negative stars....Do NOT buy a car here. I paid in full for a car. I drove away with a temporary tag and was told that the permanent tags and title would be sent to me. Neither of those things have happened and the temporary tag is expired. NO ONE returns any of my calls. Kennya Quesada, who seemed to be the most capable person there, assured me that I would receive tags and title before the temporary tag expired. That has not happened and she hasnt returned any of my calls. I am unable to drive the car with expired tags.

There is no organization I bough a car and they haven’t paid the pry off of the car that a gave in trade in and when you call they don’t answer

Girl named Jessica had me drive to Miramar several times saying that my car was there, once I got there it wasn’t there, no one apologized for their negligence and incompetence as a company. I asked for a manager they gave me every excuse in the book. Places like this should not be in business. Sad, just sad!

Called the office around 2pm to come look at a car at 8pm; I live an hour away so it was important to tell them I was coming.Upon arrival to the dealership, they told me the car had sold. They failed to notify me during the day which resulted in my wasting 2 hrs of my night.NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - They are so unprofessional.

Came in to buy a car, there was a sign at the door saying to wear a mask but whoever was there couldnt find a mask to wear and neither the other person at the office was wearing one. This was the first time that I have ever bought a car alone. I usually had the help of my parents or ex husband. Ben and Rich were both more helpful than I had ever imagined. Being a female, I was nervous of the stereotypical cars salesman but they took such great care of me and actually cared about which car fit my lifestyle best. Don’t buy a car from these people. I paid for my tag a month ago & they have my gotten it. & wanna send me another bill for the tag when it was fully paid for. & they said my car was good no accident & it was. I recently crashed & none of my air bag went off. & when I check car fax for myself it was in an accident. The manager there Marcus is horrible. I call & they always leave me on hold or say no One is there.

They wake me up out of my sleep on a Saturday asking me about a car but I don’t have an attitude I go I have changed my mind about that car cause I was looking at something else from another dealership and the lady is real nice and tells me is there anything else we could help you with and starts babbling on about credit and I go no thank you I’m good and she says “yeah whatever” and hangs up now even though I haven’t purchased a car from here I think they need to educate their employees about customer service because now I will definitely never buy a car from here

Instead i got a 100,000+ miles Used and abused car i got stuck with a bill that was 375 for 48 months 🤔 (keep in mind the car is nothing close to a luxury car) Its even crossed my mind to speak to a lawyer because I truly believe this place is abusing of there consumers. They have already made it on the news for there fraudulent ways.Please take my advice and learn from my experience DON’T BUY YOUR CAR HERE. On top of you paying a high bill every month your going to have to invest in a bunch of new parts even if they tell you all the parts are brand new. That’s just one of there other lies. I wish I can give this place negative stars. We purchased a used car with CASH two months ago and still no tag. The two temporary tags they gave us has already expired. They then have the audacity to LIE to you and tell you that the tag is here but when you go to pick it up its not there. Then they will question if you even bought the car from this place. The disrespect is astounding! !! Two months later and no tag. DO NOT go to this business for a car, go to a real reputable dealer. Most of the positive reviews on here are fake! !!!! Written by the employees. As for the manager, she is never there and the employees always cover for her. Sue the place, and get some compensation for your time and money.

Poor service. I was promised a few fixes to my vehicle and nothing shows for customer care. I have a hole on my driver seat, they told me to contact the upholstery company to get it resolved instead of them scheduling something for me. I called them and no response. I visited them and still have not heard back from them. My gas cap shows an error on my dashboard, they still havent even ordered the part for me as promised as I have not received a call. I was missing a spare tire from under my truck, they promised to get me a new one... Its been about 7 weeks and they still havent called me about a tire. Every time I call the office, either the managers are busy or I have to call back, or I get hung up on. Poor service overall. And to top it off, I got crappy salesmanship...Oh, I was going to buy that truck myself, or Yea, there were 2 guys going to come look at that truck tomorrow... Come on, that scarce tactic is pathetic. Lastly I still havent received a call from their registration personal to transfer my old tag to my truck, which I was promised 4 times. They are not the best of places to get a vehicle. The only help I got was from the bank who pre-approved me. I do not recommend this place at all.
