I have had work on my house for years. My last experience was horrible so I was hesitant to change my flooring. I loved this company. They came in on time and installed of the flooring, without a mess.! It took about 4 days and the job was completed. My floors look fantastic and everyone that has come to my house has told me so.

Josh successfully helped me define, purchase and install approx 4000 sqft of wood&composite flooring of different kinds in 3 rooms. there were several unique conditions which made the situation complicated but josh skilfully guided me to different solutions and manufacturers, tirelessly showing me sample and advising pros and cons until we had the right floorings in hand. Don Baileys pricing was competitively low and they came several times on site to assess the existing concrete slab to ensure the best result. their installers was a pleasure to have in the building and they put the floors down flawlessly in record time. Don Bailey really went out of their way to ensure the best result. we have now have beautiful wood&composite floors in our entire new commercial building and Ill never look twice for a flooring company again, should I ever need to. my very best recommendations.

Sold us old used carpet for new. Carpet had rust and other stains plus also having the tape on the backing like it was installed before. The backing was so old and hard and dried out It was hard to cut with a knife..I had to give a star to give a review....

I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience with Don Bailey flooring. Im the type of person that does research and learns whatever they can about a product before jumping in. In my case, I needed new laminate flooring throughout my condo.I try to get at least 3 estimates for any big job, and I used Google to narrow down the field of choices to only flooring businesses that had great reviews from a lot of people. I contacted all of them and heard back pretty quickly from all of them. I chose Don Bailey because they a) didnt try to low-ball me, b) were willing to come out to take measurements for free so they could properly estimate the job, and c) they were willing to help me make the best possible choice for my condo without upselling. I cant say any of that for the other flooring companies I spoke to.Andrew Lefebvre, my salesman, was nothing short of awesome. This guy knows flooring, plain and simple. He is a fountain of knowledge, understands modern design, and helped me see things I would not have otherwise. His guidance helped me find flooring I really love. Andrew came to my condo to take measurements, and based on what I needed done, broke down all of the costs involved in the removal/disposal of old flooring, new underlayment, and new baseboards. The laminate costs depend on which ones you choose, but he gave me the breakdown of multiple pricing options so I would know exactly what costs would be based on the laminate I chose. Everything was written down, and was crystal clear.When I came by the showroom/warehouse, Andrew showed me all of the options available, plus several closeouts he had available. Unfortunately none of the closeouts worked for me, but they were great deals. In the end I chose a great laminate in the color and design I wanted, and we scheduled the install.The installers came by in the time window they promised, and these 3 guys came ready. They brought up all the materials and tools, and got right to work! They had to do half of the flooring at a time in each room; I removed most furniture to rooms that werent being worked on, but large items had to stay put. The installers were really great, they moved my stuff out of the way and were respectful of everything. They got the old flooring up and out, cleaned up, put down a vapor barrier with soundproofing, and got the new floors down. Once they finished a large enough space, they moved everything over and continued the process for the other halves of the rooms. It was actually a much faster process than I thought it would be. Once all of the floors were down, the baseboards were installed, and we were done! In total I would say it took about 8-9 hours total. Andrew stopped by mid day to check on the job and make sure everything was going well. Everything did go well, and any issue I had that I showed the installers was remedied immediately.I highly recommend Don Bailey Flooring to anyone looking for any type of flooring. They have a great selection, fair prices, knowledgeable and friendly salespeople and a great installation team. From start to finish, this job went exactly as it should have. I was first referred to Don Bailey Flooring by a friend and business associate a few years ago. The overall experience then was rather good. So when I bought my new house and needed flooring work done, Don Bailey Flooring was an easy choice.They have a variety of flooring to choose from .From carpet to the new waterproof floors. Bad experience with this location. I called to schedule an estimate for my entire home for the following day 1pm. No body showed or bothered to call me. When I called for explanation I was told they are short on workers and will be there tomorrow 11am. Salesman showed up on time and took measurements of my home. I was told my estimate would be emailed by end of business day. 5 days went no estimate. I called again and provided my info, this time I was told they don’t have me in the system. BIG WASTE OF TIME!!

I searched high and low for plush, in-stock carpet that can be installed immediately and at a reasonable price. Much to my dismay there were slim pickings until I walked into Don Bailey flooring. I have always used Dolphin Carpets for all my jobs. A few weeks ago, despite giving Dolphin Carpets plenty of lead time, their measuring guy couldnt figure out how scheduling with a client works. After 2 weeks of waiting for them just to come and measure, I asked for my money back and went to Don Bailey Flooring. They immediately sent Sergio out the next day. He showed up on-time and measured the space. After I chose a sample in their showroom (with the help of a very patient Josh, they sent me a quote (more reasonable than Dolphin). They called me to schedule installation. It was painless and effortless. I will only be using Don Bailey from now on. We contacted Don Bailey Miramar after getting quotes from two other carpet companies. When we walked into the showroom we were greeted by Josh who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He was very patient with our selections and even came to our house to show us samples and take additional measurements so we could see exactly how each carpet looked next to the paint on the walls. Don Bailey was $4,000 cheaper than the other two quotes I got and the process for picking carpet was much better with them. Two gentleman came to install the carpet a few weeks later and were in and out in under 4 hours. I have no complaints as the carpet is beautiful and I think it’s will hold up nicely. I used Don Bailey to recarpet my condo after my tenant moved out. Sergio was extremely helpful and able to work with me to get me what I needed within my budget. My only reason for deducting a star was that Communication was sometimes a little slow. Excellent Experience!! I found this while searching online for carpet stores. We had originally got a quote from another company and I wanted to get a second estimate. Josh was our sales rep and he was polite, honest and very knowledgeable. He was able to match our first estimate and give us a better product! Alex, our installer was very professional. He saw that the floors underneath the carpet were ruined from all the pet urine, he recommended we disinfect the floors before he lay the carpet. He didn’t want us to waste our money on just covering it up. He provided us the disinfectant solution to spray on the floor and he came back the following day to completed the job. I would work with Don Bailey for any of my floor needs again and again. From the very first visit to install of floors - NO HEADACHES. Debra from the Biscayne location stopped everything she was doing and spent at least an hr educating us on the company, the process and working with our budget. She answered all questions without making us feel dumb and were extremely patient. We were moving to Ft. Lauderdale so she referred us to Sergio in the Broward location and he was just as awesome. Between the two of them they let us take as many samples as we wanted so we can really visualize what we wanted our home to look like. Sergio even went the extra mile and dropped off extra samples which was a pleasant surprise. We needed to have our floors done within 15 days since we were moving in and wanted them done beforehand. They had them done with days to spare. They workers that came to install worked efficiently and did 3 bedrooms within 3 hours. I can rave about them all day. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT SALES PERSON.I bought my carpet a month ago with a different company, and had to cancel thE installation due to a very long delay. I was literally driving around and calling different companies in the area (Weston FL) and got to them, Don Bailey. My sales rep (Ronny) was amazingly helpful going the extra mile due to the fact that I needed my carpet installed the very next day.Well, he made it happen. Ronny went to my house that same day to take measurements and the installers were at my house the very next morning.Thanks guys, you made my moving a lot easier.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
