The place isnt that big but the selection is decent, and staff very friendly.

I was greeted soon as I walked in. The staff was helpful in getting me different shoes to try on for my daughter. They made her feel comfortable with the whole experience. Their selection was good ended up purchasing a pair. My daughter was happy and so was I. Would come back no problem.

Very organized and upbeat store. Bright and clean. I was quite surprised due to the location. Only downside is that the selection is not that huge. Was greeted upon entering the store by a very nice female.

Im always greeted when I walk in. They have a great selection of shoes. Its clean. Theres security there always. Im always in and out in about 20 minutes tops.

If I could give it zero I would. Highly unprofessional when you call. I asked for a specific product, was told they had it. Walked in nobody greeted me, they lied because not only did they not have what I wanted they didnt even have anything close. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. I wasted my time and will never go back to this footlocker. If you want a good store go to the one on Taft street in Hollywood. The girls there are very knowledgeable, always friendly and willing to help.
