This Walmart is clean and organized. However, there is constant leaks coming from the ceilings/roof not repaired. Puddles & Wet signs on multiple food isles. I have seen this for a few months now... The bathrooms are clean. Long lines, as they do not have enough lines open to accommodate customers. The online pickup option is always on time and correct. Cashiers/staff are respectful and helpful.

There are some locations that are better than others. This location was actually relatively calm for the middle of the day on a Saturday. The lines weren’t very long and self checkout was a breeze with no line. Was able to pickup a couple of items and go right back out the door without the aggravation of long waiting lines.

The hours are generally the best of all shopping experience. For all last minute shoppers this is your best bet. Sometimes itsTherapeutic too. The place to go when the four walls are closing in.

I live 4 blocks from this Walmart and I prefer to go to other’s beacause they never have what what am looking for, and most of the time in money center the system is Down. Today the system is down.

Good products but customer service is very lacking, every department that I was in no one was there to answer much needed questions. When I did find someone they were very reluctant to talk to me. Most Walmarts I noticed shares the same issue

Conecuh sausage, from Evergreen, Al. And croissants for my version of breakfast sandwich. They always have the majority of our needed products.. They are convient to the I-95 off Broward.

This particular Walmart is very small therefore aisle space is definitely limited. Many of the associates were restocking the bare shelves but it would have been more helpful to have them on the register. Yesterday, this place was super busy there were no carts available in the store. The checkout lines were super long due to only 3 registers with cashiers open. This store heavily relies on the fact that it has automated check out and that line was also spelling into the grocery section of the store. If you can shop early in the morning and try to avoid weekends.

Its a great Store. Theres nothing to complain about.

This walmart is shopped really hard and you have to wait 30 to 40 min to check out rediculous. I hate to say this but when you go in certain areas you receive better merchandise service and check out experiences.

Not sure how a Walmart is allowed to have a functioning restaurant like Subway and they do not offer water cups it’s honestly pretty sick Walmart and subway both companies alone should be able to afford to offer a customers water, to only offer a bottled water in a functioning restaurant is pretty sick and the workers there will literally ignore you I am not poor by any means I definitely could afford to buy a water but almost passing out in Walmart and just wanting a quick water should not have to be a hassle and should not be refused by any means. I am disgusted with this establishment

MY FAVORITE STORE

I dont think that the management here knows that you cant shop without a grocery cart. At least 4 days out of the week you are going to walk in and there wont be any. How is it that Broward Meat and Fish has the same four guys retrieving the carts in the parking lot everyday and an establishment like Walmart cant seem to figure out that if people have something to put their groceries in, they will spend more money...

Also be ware when buying hair products,specifically the hair Mayonnaise,even when you pick from the back they’ve all been opened and used.

As long as you remember to lower your mask, when giving your name. Everything runs smoothly. They were nice and courteous. If the crowd scene isnt your flavor, pick up is the ticket.

You need it want it they probably have it. Some staff grumpy others are not. Staff wear face masks. Do they all wear them correctly? Not the big guy with his mask covering his chin and beard.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! The place is a disaster! Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to! No sense of organization, only 3 self check out registers working. Employees are allergic to help customers, on top of being rude, and very dismissive. This particular store is in need of new management and employees, no type of work ethic, a bunch of employees walking around aimlessly. Every other Walmart I’ve been to I’m in and out, this is one is as bad as the DMV across the street.

Wal-Mart is always a nice place to shop. The lines and wait are the biggest problem at any Wal-Mart location.

Only two electric carts in the entire building for handicapped people. Store was packed with employees stocking shelves and little room to walk around them. Very few cashiers available, may have been as many as 5 an individual registers. There were two sections of multiple check out where you check out yourself and only one person at each one who really offered no assistance. I dont usually go to this particular Walmart, but I cannot see myself going there again. At 3:00 in the afternoon they should have more help. I do not recommend this location.

Cashier assistance at self-checkout ask me a question which I couldnt understand I asked her to repeat it and she murmured cuss words under her breath. Not knowing I speak Spanish she had set a few harsh words. Im no Karen but that one got under my skin.

Charged me for an online order. Got the email it was ready and then 20 my nutes later I received the items are not in stock email.

I notice this Walmart carries items that are not readily available at the store closest to me. I usually frequent the store on US-441. I believe it has a lot to do with where its located. The store was also fully stocked. If I were to comment on anything it would be customer service throughout the store. After walking around a bit I finally met a very nice store representative. She walked us to the aisle and even offered alternatives to what we were looking for in another department.

A decent Walmart thats not too far from Miami Dade County. It has self check out. It has a gardening center thats open. Also it has a fantastic sports center.

Had to go yo several Walmarts to find everything I needed, 4 for today. Had to exchange, employees were friendly and polite. Need a least two employees at the fitting room on Saturdays.

Im in and out of here in 30 minutes. Ive been shopping here enough to know prettt much where everything I need to purchase is at. And some of the greatest people work at this location!

Well stocked...crowded, but lines moved well.

Online order check in prior to arrival. New mobile app once you checked in an associate will know youre on the way they will have your items ready for you. My order was waiting for me, it was quick. Employees were nice and professional.

My customer experience last Thursday was bad. I have a baby 3 month old, I was with a cashier and my baby was crying and I needed help with my bag to putted in the shopping car, the associate never help me with that, so another customer that was in the line help me while I take my baby. Then I had to go to the parking but I was with the baby and trying to move the shopping car how I could.. some Walmart associate saw me and smile to me, but Never asked me to Helped me with the shopping car they saw I was uncomfortable with the baby in my hand and making an effort to move the car. So, in the parking another customer asked to me if I needed help and she take my shopping cart went car and helped me to put then bag in. I think Walmart could to do some motivational and customer service courses amor their associates because some of them need it. I like Walmart baceuse is a place where you can find everything in best price, and I try to ask anything to associate I use the app, but in this case they could be nice, not only smile.

This location has way too many stock carts on the sales floor everytime I go there. Im talking about 11am-4pm three times a week. I wouldnt think much of it but most times darn near every department you have to navigate around these big carts and the people stocking selves. I am aware stocking is necessary but not ALL departments at the same time. They need to clean the store

Roselene and the other short woman (yellow vest and black blazer/jacket) treated me horrible because my conveyor belt to cart transition didnt run smoothly. Their response was to treat me suspiciously. NOTE TO ALL: Everybody aint a thief or a swindler!

Miramar walmart on University is nice and clean. Well stock about 95% of the time, but I like shopping there.

Decent location. Recently been low on stock of a few things though. Not sure if it has to do with covid.

I went to purchase a battery powered blower and weed eater for a gift and all the boxes were falling apart. They had three in stock on the shelf and none of them were in good condition. There was no associate around to help me as per Walmart custom. Every time I want to give them a chance it bites me in the @$s

All is well until checkout time. The lines are ridiculous. Check out is ok and suppose to be speedy until they allow people with carts filled to capacity to check out in the quick Check lane. Then the express lane, which is also the tobacco lane, the ONLY lane to get tobacco in. Its always a long line and wait due to people with more than 20 items. So if tobacco product is all a person wants, that person has to wait at least 20 minutes for that one damn item. Im taking my money elsewhere.

Why arent there ever enough cashiers in Walmart? Its a good clean store but if it takes 30 minutes to check out, theres a problem. Is it just in Florida that this problem exists? The Walmart at 163 & 15th is even worse. And returns...the most inconvenient....the workers are overwhelmed I guess.

This Walmart is bad when it comes to customer service I haves called electronics over a 1000 times nobody answer it. I also called deli, assistant, and Pharmacy was the only one to answer that’s a shame I shouldn’t have to call the pharmacy just to get to somebody in electronics but I still didn’t get through to nobody in electronics that’s horrible I’m just upset only trying to see if they have a certain item before I drive 40 minutes there for no reason that have to do better I’m sorry I would’ve never expected Walmart to do something like this. I love this Walmart so much that’s why it’s kinda hard for me to believe. I’m just so upset right now I’m going to try one more time but I doubt I can get anybody to answer.

Worst Walmart ever! No one available to help when you need. The women employees have too much attitude or not enough training. The men are no better. Walmart is now a POS company and should sell to Target. At least they help and are always present.
