Dont patronize this store. Staff ignorant Jamaicans. The owner is rude, ignorant, abusive and disrespectful. He has no respect for women or his customers. I will never go back there again. He yelled at me in a threatening manner because I asked a simple question. I asked what time the store opens. They are supposed to open at 7 with food ready to serve. At 8 am food still not ready.e screamed at me Im not with it today. Get out of my store. I filed a complaint with the City of Miramar and will file with Better Business Bureau. Maybe Jamaican women tolerate his abuse but not here. He doesnt need to be in business.

Hours need to be updated. Not open at 7 pm.

B&M is the worst place Ive ever visited in awhile. The lady at the cash register (an older woman) is rude, has no manners, and is customer unfriendly. I went there to support the local business but was disappointed. There are other Caribbean stores in the area that offer way better service. I know now having read some of the other comments similar to my experience that the owners dont care and endorse this business culture.

The workers are very friendly at this place. Every time I happen to go there, I never tend to have a bad experience. Roy and Collin is super nice and friendly, which you normally dont find at most Jamaican restaurants.

Been going to this Jamaican market for 15+ years. Watched the progress & upgrading year after year. Food has the same taste every time. Service is a little slow but I guess thats what comes with Caribbean culture. Owner is an awesome guy

The food is good. They have an all day lunch special on Mondays. In General on Tuesdays through Fridays the lung specialist from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. . Thursday mornings they have hominy corn porridge. If you like hominy corn porridge this is the place to get it.

A great West Indian store. Just about everything you could want from the Island 😊 is there.

I went to this establishment on Saturday. First it took about 20 to 30 minutes to get my food but when I went to the cashier to check out it was a horrible, disgusting experience! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!! I normally let things slide and let it roll off my back but this person was the straw that broke the camels back. I even left my food at the register and mind you I was extremely hungry before going in to work! I will most likely not be returning to this place for anything and to make matters worse I live in the area!!

The delivery driver is rude and disrespectful I’ll be doing business elsewhere. His appearance is sloppy and his mouth is filthy. Such a shame for the business owners

Food is good if you can catch the $4 special all the groceries are overpriced...if you are on your lunch break dont come you will absolutely be late, I stood in line and watched the lady server put 6 half pieces of chicken thigh on the plate 1 piece at a time, these ppl move like snails, the ladies behind the counter are exetremely rude and unappraochable

Ive been going to this place for years and Ive never had a problem this morning I walked in I said good morning no one replied I then ask if they were serving breakfast has yet with an attitude the lady behind the counter yes and Im serving him there was a man there I did see because he had walked to the front of the store after I waited for her to get through with him I ask if I could taste the liver because Ive had food from there in the past that I wasnt able to eat because it wasnt prepared properly she told me no they dont do that mind you Ive been going here for years and have never had a problem with that I told her that and she said no we dont I said ok Ill take my business somewhere else I guess she was up set because I said something about them not replying to my good morning greeting I was going to call the own but after reading the reviews on here it seems like hes no different from his employees I know Im just one person but Im no longer going to be shopping with them and Im going to also let my other family members and friends know about this business poor customer service mom and pop places like those need to understand its the people in the community thats keeping them going because theres numerous places we can take our business to and they need to value their customers if you want some really good Jamaican Breakfast check out Jamaica House
