I went to the Publix after work with my little girl. She wanted a race car shopping cart but we couldn’t find one. When we walked in the store one of the workers noticed my daughters sad face. He asked if we were looking for a race car. I told him yes but we couldn’t find one. He went into the parking lot and searched until he found one. He later came back with one and my daughter was beyond excited. The workers name is Devin and he went above and beyond and that’s why we love coming to this Publix.

Natalie the store manger is so sweet and kind! I love going to this Publix. When there is a problem, she addresses the issue quickly and solves the problem. The food at this location are always fresh. The store is always clean. The employees are extremely nice, helpful and friendly. This is my favorite location. Happy customer :-)

I Went to this Publix location for the first time with my family because it was a little closer and I have to say I’ve never been so disappointed. the cashier Was extremely rude and unprofessional also my grocery was packaged terribly the bags broke when I got home everything I purchased fell on the floor. Definitely won’t come to this location again not worth it.

From the Cleanliness, to the organizing of the Store, everything about this place makes me want to keep coming back. Everyone is so cordial and willing to Help. Cant ever go wrong with Publix, specially this one and not because theyre New but because thats who they are as a Store!!

Nice clean store. The deli leaves a lot to be desired. They are the so slow and not in the least worried about taking care of the next customer in a timely manner. Customers come first, not 2 stacks of cheese that need to be cut in half.

I love this store. The selection is extensive and they have a lot of the specialty items I like. I travel an extra 10 minutes past two other stores to shop here.

A good supermarket with a great deli. You can get made to order salads, subs, and sushi during the day. Easy to get in and out of the location.

For a brand new beautiful Publix this location is truly disappointing. The kale yesterday was old and soggy. I hold Publix to a higher standard in produce so why was this kale even put out I have no idea. Everytime I have come here I have had to check myself out which I hate doing since I usually have produce and fruit because the cashiers are always understaffed. There were 2 CASHIERS working yesterday so although there were few people in the store I still found myself checking out my own items then having to wait anyway because I couldnt find the grapes I was buying so I had to go wait in a line because there was no one assisting with self check out. I ordered a sub online and ended up walking out without it after waiting an hour. The bakery is always burning their Cuban bread and the bakery selection it seriously lacking in variety. This district manager has REALLY dropped the ball. So sad for such a nice Publix. I wont be stepping foot in there anymore after the many chances I have given them.

This is by far the worst Publix I been too. I live fairly close so when I think of convenience this is the first place that comes to mind. If I can give zero stars I would. First off, the deli associates are extremely unfriendly and have absolutely no sense of urgency. I waited approximately 40 mins to have a sub made. Only two associates making subs, one who has no idea what it is to work in customer service or how to service the customer. Taking his precious time making one sub. If he was my mine associate I would’ve been fired him. The other lady she was very nice, unfortunately how my sub looks at the moment is how she put it together. You have the management team walking around, noticing there is an extremely long line and not reacting. Unbelievable is an understatement. Truly unprofessional. On top of all this most of the associates making the food are not wearing any mask. COVID is a serious sensitive topic, It would be a different story if they were not working with food. I’m just disappointed in what this place is turning into.

Its scorching hot outside and you guys need to value those kids out there fetching carts in the hot sun. Give them some time to cool off and provide ice cold drinks...free of charge so they dont die of a heat stroke. If you care about your employees ...you should care about how their bodies react to extreme sun exposure.For this to be a new establishment the bathrooms are disgusting. Hire a cleaning service for the restrooms.Other than that the store is fine but take care of your bagging ppl especially during the summertime.

This is the worst publix deli ever. The service is not only slow but the employees take pride in letting you know how much they hate working. Everytime I have gone its been a problem. They dont have bread they dont have mayo the attitude of management is worse I commented to a Mgr (John) his excuse short staffed meanwhile there were at least 7 people working in the deli. Well more like standing there waiting to go home

This Publix is near my daughters residence and she took me shopping there. The store is a friendly store, well stocked, has great meat and produce is super fresh. All employees are very courteous and helpful the carry out to help you to your car is excellent. You will enjoy shopping there! One of the best Publix you will ever shop at!

I love the convenience of shopping at this brand new Publix their staff is friendly helpful. I love their produce selections especially the lattice by Green Life its packaged with the root intact which keeps the lettuce fresh for weeks.

This is a new very huge deluxe grocery store, very clean inside and its close to everything. And is open daily from 7am-11pm. Just off of flamingo rd. and miramar pkwy. Free parking and free bags to put all of your groceries in. Full service meat,seafood, and Asian department. Full service floral and produce department. Full service customer service center for lotto, cigarettes, money transfers, . Etc. Full service pharmacy department open at 9 am. Bakery and Cold deli department. Hot deli department and delivery services. Very friendly staff

Nice clean & the staff is very customer friendly we were assisted first by the guy in the meat department who put a BIG smile on my wifes face when he brought back her lamb that he cut. The young lady in between the self checkout also pointed us in the right direction twice. Finally Claudia our cashier greeted us with a smile and she was such a delightful person along with Reggie. I look forward shopping here again because my whole experience was GREAT.

Brand new store. Ample parking with pedestrian walkways to the store. Large store and well stocked. Deli and bakery staff friendly and helpful. Also stockers in the aisles friendly and helpful as well as cashier. Found everything I came for and then some.

The liquors store employees not the men’s but the girls that work there are very Rude the manager must take action regarding this type of employees

This Publix was new and friendly when it opened. Apparently all the people who worked when it opened are gone and replaced with people who are seemingly indifferent and don’t know what service is. It’s a shame! The deli counter NEVER seems to get better and the cashiers are clueless and extremely unfriendly. They welcome you the to line with a sour face and a look of not wanting you there. No friendly “hello” or a “did you find everything you looking for?” The cashier Dominique needs to a re-training on service or an attitude adjustment. This Publix will never win anyone over with staff like this. Monarch Lakes Publix is worth an extra mile drive over this location!
