I needed to share my experience over the years with this company especially recently when my executive chair (HAYWORTH) hinge broke after 10 years. I was reluctant to call JC White to have it repaired. Within 12 hours a technician was dispatched and the part was ordered immediately. A few days later the chair was repaired and it feels like new (the chair again is about 10 years old). Michelle, who initiated this repair was exceptional. I can truly recommend JC White to anyone looking for Office furniture or Commercial interior service. I would never consider price shopping (although they have exceptional prices) but the after sale service is what you can ALWAYS count on!!!! A truly OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY!!!!

This company is a pleasure to work with. I spoke with Darian on the phone and he was a great help and knew his products very well. I had a Haworth chair that a piece broke on and he sent me the information on how to replace the part. Then I spoke with Phil, who informed me the chair was out of warranty, but he was going to send me the part for FREE. These are great people and a great company to do business with. The armrest on my Haworth office chair cracked, while still under warranty. I contacted Haworth, and was directed to JC White to request a replacement. They were very pleasant and helpful when I called, and the sales person Phil promptly sent replacement armrests. Great customer service! Thank you!

I purchased four Very Chairs from Hayworth a couple of years ago and these chairs are in a very public place in an apartment communities business center. They get lots of use and over the last few months, the arm caps have broken off of the chair. I needed to replace them and was fully ready to buy them, but these were not easy to come by. Then I was directed to Phil Wodecki at J.C. White who offered to send them to me at no charge. What an outstanding example of superior customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their office space with a cool vibe and comfortable seating. Looks like they have it all.
