Got my rear quarter panel/bumper replaced after an accident. When I picked my car up (only in the shop for 2 days) not only did Jon fix it perfectly but they cleaned the whole thing! Pretty sure it was vacuumed and completely wiped down. The whole car was cleaned interior and exterior. (They even put my steering wheel cover back on for me after I took it off) Totally unexpected and much appreciated!! Awesome service😍

Always top notch work. Always a good price. Super helpful and friendly, but less than organized. Always takes longer than promised. If you’re ok with waiting, use these guys. Be patient. They are great with cars, but not with schedules.

Pipers fixed my car after I accidentally ran over a curb and the curb pulled my rear bumper off. They got me in the very next day after I called them, and had it fixed same day!!! The work was amazing, staff was great, and timing was impeccable. It was a small job for them but a huge deal to me, this is a business vehicle so down time for me is important. Thanks to all the staff at Pipers!!! Highly recommend!

I only put one star be because it wouldn’t let me do no stars! December 2017 they said they replaced my lower left control arm, Charged me $250.00 and shocker i just had it replaced at Speedys and guess what, the one they took off was an original Ford part from when the car was new ford sticker and all hmmmmm !!! Be careful people.Car repairs are expensive enough let alone a mechanic that rips you off!!!! Never again

Incorrectly attached a sway bar on my e150 van, which caused the steering box to rip off the frame, rendering the vehicle useless. When i asked them to fix it they replied we dont feel safe repairing the mistake Lost about $4000 dollars in all of that.

Pretty fair and quality work. Car stuff is never cheap getting it done right makes it less painful.

Our radiator hose cracked and they got us in and fixed in about an hour even had parts rushed to them for us.

Jenny was very rude and tried to tell me she was going to put my husbands vehicle out on the street because I simply told her I was there to pick up my vehicle that she had just told me the day prior it would be ready. They have had our vehicle for almost 2 months and its still not done.
