I love bath and body works. Sure, ok so the stuff isnt cheap but its high quality and theyre always throwing out good deals on stuff if you buy multiples. I just wish to god they would bring back Juniper Breeze. I love that fragrance.

Best place to shop for hygiene care

Decent store. The floor employees were helpful. Would give 5 stars if the cashier didnt obviously hate her job. She was very short and sloppy with our goods. Not polite at all. It seemed like they were training alot of new employees though so we just advised the grumpy cashier to have a great day and left.

Very helpful staff. They have a large selection of scents in a variety of body products. They have many good sales throughout the year.

My wife and I come here to get some good smelly things for our house. The fall scents are in now and are quite nice!

I had to go ask associates for help as they went past me and talked to others coming into store. They did have my Halloween fragrances after lots of searching.

Its not only just another retailer, its so much more! Theyre customer service...every single employee, from the ones who are part time, full time, and most of all their management staff! David the acting store manager, Shannon and those who unfortunately I havent had the privilege to meet...yet! But as Carrie the manager whom is on maternity leave who is missed,however. David represents Bath and Body Works the way I remember from when they originally opened! Hes a humble, sincere individual who has the charisma and integrity that we ALL NEED in todays day and age! So David along with the ENTIRE staff, DO NOT EVER LOSE that compassion that each and everyone of you have! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my little girl and myself feel ever so welcomed and appreciated as consumers!!!

Just stopped in to get a quick bottle of lotion to cure my ashy skin. They were doing a great job of keeping things cleaned and still helping customers on the sales floor find the right items for them. Everything always smells so good in here too.

Love B&B spent too much but its so worth it

Favorite place for Candles and scents, only reason they got 2 stars was the way the person who treated me was super rude. She was not helpful at all. She caught a whole attitude since I was asking about products you could definitely tell. I spend over $75 dollars every time I go there, including today on candles and lotions. The one in Goshen, IN is better and treats their customers with respect Id recommend you go there forget this location. Or order online.

It was christmas time. Got a little attitude when i declined their suggestion. Wont go there again.

Customers are always greeted as soon as you walk in the door with a smile and asked if theres anything specific that you may be shopping for. Whether you have a specific item or youre just browsing they explain to you all of the sales they have going on, give you their name. Associates also let you know that if you have any questions or need help, dont be afraid to ask. Theyre more than happy to help! While shopping associates will come over and ask if you are finding everything ok. Prices and staff are excellent!

Theyre coping fantastically with COVID-19. They offer a spritz of citrus or coconut hand sanitizer upon entry and they make sure you follow the traffic rules they set instore. Theyre very bubbly and patient, too. They ALWAYS keep the place clean and organized.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. If they didnt know where something was they were sure to help you find it or look for it themselves. Though the store was very busy because of the sale they were still extremely helpful.

Absolutely love this store! The customer service is Amazing. I walk with a cain they were very nice to help me with my basket. Also had no problem at all scanning items in sales bins to make sure they where priced right. I found a $20 item for $1.10 was super excited about that!

Something was lacking in the way this place is organized. I just wanted to smell the lotion that goes to the soap I was going to buy. It was a busy shopping day, but, I felt like I looked forever and settled on smelling the candle. Thank you to the staff that added cashiers when the lines backed up. Also the person who checked me out was very helpful.

Disappointed from the customer service. The cashier I encountered was rude and not friendly enough to be in the public eye. The rest of the staff was great! She was the only rude one.. thats sad.

I have visited this store a few times and they always have a good selection of soaps, hand cleaners, and other bath products. The prices are good and you can get some excellent deals during the occasional sale. The employees are always friendly.

The wife loves the place. The foaming hand soaps are really good. We go there quite often.

Love shopping at bath and body work

Very disappointed in the customer service I received today by one of their employees. After receiving some early Christmas gifts, I stopped in today to exchange them for scent that I preferred. While checking out, the cashier refused to provide me a receipt from the transaction even though I purchased more than the return amount. Never before have I been to a store that wouldnt provide a receipt for a transaction simply because I didnt have a receipt.

Love how they pump fresh air in but can get super crowded and hard to move around in with a stroller.

I ALWAYS FIND GREAT DEALS AND THE STAFF IS FVERY FRIENDLY LOVE THE SMELLS!!

The Mishawaka store is easily the worst BBW Ive ever been in. They are extremely slow to get product out and NEVER up to date with the company emails. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
