No refund or return or even in store credit but he’s not sensible enough to communicate that. On top of that he claims there was a receipt in the bag but there wasn’t.I just feel as though the person I let go to the store for me and this man cheated me out some money and I can’t be cool with it.How come there is two prices on a wig ? Which one is the actual price?

The assistant in the wig area knowledge was endless & the prices were the lowest Ive paid ever for the quality.Kalis was CLEAN spacious & offer exchanges or refunds thats not the norm at any hair supply chain....of course must follow the return/refund policy.

I will always come back to this place! Whenever you wak in, there are a surplus of gentlemen waiting to greet you and ask if you need help. Particularly with trying on wigs. They’re very attentive and don’t make you feel rushed. 10/10 would recommend.

I was a customer spending my hard earned money and they wouldnt allow me to use the restroom. Their customers will most likely continue shopping after theyve become comfortable, but they sent me elsewhere to relieve myself so why would I go back and spend my money there.
