Lumber prices basically in line with the big box stores, but a whole lot closer to home. I needed three treated boards. Walked in, told them what I wanted and they brought it to my truck... You can drive out in the yard and pick your own boards as well.

Walked in today and it was clear I was interrupting someone’s day. Asked for two pieces of pine 12” x 57”, to be told they don’t cut lumber like that ( always have in the past) told me they only had a 12 footer and (with condensending voice) that is $21. Don’t determine my wealth by the clothes I wear or the car I drive. I always came here to support local business, have spent hundreds of dollars with custom cuts and your going to treat me like a homeless person. Shame on you Zeeland in Mishawaka, shame on you. You will get no more of my money, I will gladly drive 20 minutes for lumber

I waited 30 minutes just to pick up 20 2x6s, terrible service. Also their trusses are of very poor quality, lots of variation from truss to truss.

BAD lumber quality unfinished yard and horrible delivery service for lumber and building goods. Attempted to buy a jobs lumber here one time and regret it very much.
