I normally dislike the car buying experience, Janet Benson however made it no hassle and totally painless! Proffesional, courteous, all around knew her stuff. She got in what I needed for a good price! Will definitely be coming back in the future when I know someone who needs a vehicle or I’m ready for my next one!
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service which we received from Gurley Leep Subaru. Because of the pandemic and the lack of available vehicles, most of the searching was done by email, text messages and phone conversations. The sales person, Janet Benson, was very responsive to us. As soon as she found the car we were looking for, she contacted us. She and the Finance Manager were very helpful through the entire process of purchasing and delivery. We cant say enough about all the staff at Gurley Leep Subaru.
First time oil change here and they were awesome. Going here from now on!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin Neff on the Subaru service drive. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and was very helpful in accommodating our familys busy schedule. I dropped our 2015 Forester off at 7am and got it back before lunch on the same day. It had even been washed. Good job Gurley Leep!
Absolutely wonderful first time buyer experience. Our sales consultant Mr. Salinas was extremely professional, courteous and familiar with the models and features. Mr. Salinas was attentive and amiable during the process. The financial process was a breeze and the financial consultant was equally as fantastic. We are so excited to enjoy our NEW Subaru!
A nail is my tire was not the way I wanted to start the weekend, and more than 50 miles from home. Cindy & Andrew made the visit quick, stress free, and seemingly effortless. Thanks again for making my visit the best experience possible.
Full disclosure. I hate buying a car and the process involved. I hate waiting around in dealerships period. When I decide its time to buy a car I do the research and walk in knowing what I want and what I feel is fair. From the start Jake Atkins communicated with me they way I wanted to be communicated with. (by text) He answered my questions and helped me know exactly what they could offer. He was honest and friendly thru the entire process. When I was ready, he helped me nearly complete the process prior to arrival. He even shared my desire to streamline the process with the finance person. The finance person was also very friendly and accommodating. Prior to leaving, Jake showed me the ins and outs of my new car and was willing to spend as much time as needed for me to feel comfortable. The manager came over at the end for a socially acceptable fist bump and asked about my experience. He showed genuine interest in my experience and that was appreciated. All in all a great experience. Special thanks to Jake and the Gurley Leep Subaru staff!
I bought a 2014 Subaru Impreza from here in September 2014. Everything was great - no complaints here. In the last year, my air conditioner went out. The air still blows, but its not cold. I took it in for diagnosis last month. They determined the clutch was open and wouldnt engage the compressor. Recommendation was replacement of the compressor - cost over $1,900. After searching online, I found that Subaru issued a technical service bulletin (TSB 10-84-16) on faulty compressor/clutch that my vehicle VIN and compressor serial number both fit. I reached out online last week asking if there was anything they could do since this was a known issue - I still havent heard a word. Even a no, theres nothing we can do would be appreciated.
Recently I took my 2014 Impreza WRX for an engine replacement and had the incredible pleasure of working with Andrew Nikodem on the service side during the process. He was very helpful, kept me regularly updated on progress, and made sure the whole process was as easy and painless as possible. Thank you Gurley Leep for all the help!
I have zero complaints about my salesman, but the title and finance department are horrible! Manager call backs are non existent ! Ive called for weeks trying to get my titlework and lease payment information. My paper plate has been expired 6 days now. They obviously dont care.
If youre in the market for a new Subaru. Take the hour drive to Castle Subaru in Portage,IN much better buying experience. They didnt even offer us a new vehicle at Gurley Leep. The lady Janet just wanted to sell us a vehicle that made her and the dealership the most money. The one vehicle hadnt even been cleaned it was absolutely disgusting. The other vehicle she was pushing had paint all over the shifter. We tried to leave several times. But they kept pushing us to buy. I am so glad we got out of there! We are proud owners of a 2020 Forester Sport. Thanks to Mike Roman and the great folks at Castle Subaru in Portage, IN.
If I could give zero stars I would terrible service completely rude my sales person was Jonathan coburn he was very rude I told him exactly what I wanted he continuously kept putting me in cars that were way over my price range or not what I asked for at all trying to talk me into getting these cars that I told him no about completely disregarded my list of things that I wanted for my vehicle and tried to put me in the most expensive cars that he had that did not match anything that I asked for kept telling me he could get me discounts then when I started getting agitated and I told him no he wrote me up a vehicle purchase agreement and told me there was no way I could find a car for $300 a month but he put in a car with the price range that I did not tell him he also went and got his manager to approach me because he was getting frustrated then the next day proceeded to text my number asking me if I found a car yet I informed him that I did find a car an hour after I left him at gates Chevy he then got rude and responded back with a text message stating I hope it’s everything you want your criteria was fairly hard to match my “criteria” was black interior good gas mileage nothing over 15,000 before taxes with $4000 down and I wanted my payments to be $300 a month and no exotic colors on the exterior I wanted neutral colors To me that was not a very hard criteria to match I went to gate Chevy spoke to Glenn he found my car within an hour they under the price I gave him I got a 2016 Chevy Malibu for 14,900 after taxes with 64,000 miles and my payments are $256 a month with black interior and awesome gas mileage I wasted three hours of my life sitting in that dealership!! He put me in a Subaru that was $18,000 outside of my price range and it was red second car he put me in was a brand new Hyundai SUV that was $27,000 he then showed me a Chevy Malibu that was $17,000 completely out of my range he didn’t even try when he was looking at cars he deliberately passed by the cars that were in my price range and was showing me more expensive cars then when I stated that the color of your vehicle does matter when it comes to insurance he called me a liar he then asked me if you have a loan out for $14,000 just tell me that why are you so precise on that price I was that precise because that’s what I can afford I did not want to go over that I do not have a loan he was very rude and very arrogant I will never send anyone that I know ever to Gurley LEEP stay away from this car lot they are crooks!!!
Service Manager is crooked! Tried to charge me $2700 for repairs, including damage they caused. Took it to another dealer and everything was done under warranty.Update after reply: I have no desire to contact Nate. He made it clear I shouldn’t bring my car back to Gurley Leep. He and the GM were on my email with all of the documentation from the other dealer, and neither bothered to reach out, it’s not my responsibility to call them at this point.
Service advisor tried to take advantage of us. My wife didn’t know any better. The brakes on our brand new car (bought it here) are squeaking like crazy and this guy is blaming it on anything and everything that he can think of. Trying to get out of fixing it. We purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty here as well. The vehicle only has 10k miles and the pads are like new. I will never do business with Gurley Leep in the future if this is how they train their service advisors. 🖕🏼
The people are great but I needed to call back to give them information and the person before them forgot to add me to the schedule for get recall fixed. Then I called back again and the same thing happened and when I showed up for appointment I still was not in the system. It took longer than they intially anticipated other than that they are very nice people.
Bought our third car at Gurley Leep, always got a good deal.
As always I was treated exceptionally well by the service writer. She was friendly and understood my wishes and kept me informed on progress of the parts ordered and status of the repairs. Im always glad when I walk in and see her working. Shes awesome and a asset for the service dept. The service that was needed on my Subaru was also performed well and outcome as I expected. Fixed!
We had a great experience at Gurley Leep Subaru. Janet was a wealth of information and was so knowledgeable about our new car. She was not a high pressure salesperson but was reassuring and understanding. She had great instinct in what I would like and what I wouldn’t like in features of a car. She spent a lot of time explaining how things worked. The manager and finance officer were also both friendly and informative. We felt that we had been taken care of very well I didn’t realize how well until I went to transfer my plate. When we went to transfer our license plate at the Secretary of State in Michigan, the worker stated that they love it when a customer comes in from Gurley Leep because all the paperwork is completed upfront and it’s entered into the system. It was an easy experience both from a new car buyer experience and the Secretary of State. Can’t say enough about how well we were treated by Gurley Leep Subaru.
Service is good. Sometimes they forget to call when car is ready. It took a very long time to get a part for my radio. Initially I was told the part was to be in overnight. However it took over 3 to 4 weeks.Other wise I get good service.
These guys do phenomenal work every time I get my car serviced here. Everyone is very professional and kind. They are always direct and straight to the point with taking care of any issues or regular maintenance. Strongly recommended!
First, I have got to say that Kirk (Mishawake Gurly Leep) is just the best. He is not a pushy salesperson. He creates space for you to make your own decision and will get you whatever info you need. As for my 2021 CrossTrek Sport - totally in love with it. Granted, this is my first new car in 13 years and technology has greatly advanced. However, it is peppy and so fun to drive. It has major get up and go and handles like a dream. I could not be happier with it.
Super happy! Justin and Nick — great service! Had a rattle noise and they found the cause and fixed it!
I bought my 2019 Crosstrek from GL Subaru and have done all my subsequent services here. Ive been very happy each time and the service department has been great about keeping me updated during the process. The most recent visit had a couple recommended services that I was not familiar with. I called Zach and he was really good about explaining the why and what for in the recommended services and after speaking with him, I felt comfortable in approving the additional work along side my typical oil change. No one likes a larger bill, however, the work done did have a noticeable improvement in my cars performance and I feel confident the services performed have helped keep my vehicle in as good of condition as you can expect driving here in Northern Indiana.
We had a great experience at Gurley Leep. Our salesperson Danan was great to work with. We will definitely go back for the next car.
I would give zero stars if I could have had some of the worst experience dealing with this place the only reason I bring my car back is because its the only Subaru dealership in my area. I think once I get my car back this will be the last time I take it there. I would like to give a shout out to justin he has been very helpful in this difficult time just wanted to thank him for being so helpful and understanding.
I absolutely loved buying my car from Gurley Leep! My car before my subaru broke down and i needed to find a car quickly, i arrived at Gurley Leep Subaru 15min before they closed. My salesman Connor was amazing, he called before i arrived asked me what i was looking for and pulled up two cars that fit the description! He had them ready to look at as soon as i got there! I would recommend him if you are looking to purchase a Subaru. He showed me how everything in the car works, and even helped me hook up the Android Auto to my car! He was absolutely amazing!
This is the worst car dealership in the entire world I think. if it where possible to give a 0 star, I would. They sold me a used car more than its worth and I spent alot more trying to fix it because everything was wrong with it. They told me that I had a warranty on the car and I even signed the documents but the first time it broke down on me, I try calling them and they refused to fix it.They wanted me to pay more money and they said they wouldnt use the warrant so now Im stuck with a bad car and its hard for me to get a new one because I have to pay $12000 on a car that is less than $2000 worth
While the work they did on the car was fine, they did not have any cars available for me to use while my car was in the shop. As I had specifically requested one, and not made any other arrangements after confirming earlier that I could get a rental/loaner car while my car was being worked on, it was extremely inconvenient and expensive to have to rely on Uber to get around.
Jake at GL Subaru had sold me and my wife two vehicles in the last month. I wish we needed more cars! Very personable and knowledgeable about the Subaru I got and the mini-van my wife got, as well as the litany of other cars we test-drove. Great job Jake, and thanks Gurley Leep!
My mom and I wanted to see a used 2018 Buick Enclave at Gurley Leep Subaru so I text Mark (the GM) and he immediately responded. We came in about 45 min later and they had the car ready for us to see! We met Connor K and he helped show the vehicle. We took a test drive and then came in to speak about my current lease through Gurley Leep Nissan. They were able to roll up the overage into the new loan no problem! So I put a deposit down and came back with my husband on Monday to seal the deal! Connor was so sweet and honest. He is a pleasure to work with! Thank you Connor - Sara and Bobby Limon
Honestly one of the best dealerships I’ve been to that helped me with everything I needed. Who knew a simple repair I needed would make a great impact that still keeps me going back to get what I need done to my Subaru WRX. Oil changes to performance. They delivered in every aspect. Very pleased with Subaru dealership in Mishawaka off grape rd.
Thanks to Jake Atkins, he was a wealth of knowledge on our car and the dealership had to go find what we wanted. Kept us informed all the way. We are enjoying our Outback!😁
On May 14th we had an accident on the Ohio Turnpike which shattered the passenger side window of our Subaru Forester. Your Collision Express department helped us get a plastic cover over the window to enable us to continue driving to Reno Nevada. We would like to particularly thank Erwin Vandenberg who was extremely helpful and quickly solved our problem.Thank you for your terrific service
Kevin and the technicians in the body shop are the bomb. There were some options I failed to order when I bought my new Outback (rear bumper step pad & auto dimming outside mirrors w/ approach lights ) and they installed them quickly, professionally & awesomely. I would be derelict if I failed to mention the folks in the parts department that make sure I get the correct parts the first time. Im a happy customer.
This is the third Subaru Outback that I have bought from this dealer, a 2012, 2016, and now a 2020. My sons family is driving the 2012, and the 2016 which I intended to keep forever was damaged when another driver forced me off the expressway. I turned sharply right and went down and up a ditch, thru a farmers wire fence, into a frozen plowed corn field. I had no bruises or injuries and felt very secure in my Outback. I had the car towed in to Gurley Leeps Collision center and walked to their Subaru showroom next door and chose the car, features, and color that I wanted. They found the new car and I had exactly what I wanted 4 days later. I love my 2020 Touring Subaru Outback. I have always had all my maintenance done by this company.
Good dealership with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My salesperson was not pushy but helpfully honest.
We received a AT temp light on our trip to New York on a Saturday. Steve was able to get us in right away.. they were able to get the parts we need and had our transmission up and running by 11am the next work day. Thank you Steve for getting us back on the road.
I recently had a recall performed on my Subaru. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Thank you.
Nearly every time I have gone to this dealership to service my 2017 Subaru, they have told me my vehicle needed work done that required “immediate attention.” This has often turned out to be untrue. Last month, they stated my brake pads were more worn than they actually were, and that the serpentine belt was too cracked and in need of immediate replacement when not even at 30% wear and tear. All of the things Gurley Leep told me required immediate attention checked out ok and were not flagged by another Subaru dealer 2,000 miles later with their full inspection. The brake pads measure just fine still, and the serpentine belt is fine (even by my own observation). Worst of all, Gurley Leep used non-oem parts when processing a PCV valve recall earlier this year, which ultimately caused my car to leak oil. All of this had to be dealt with by the new Subaru dealer now that I’ve moved out of state. If you find yourself here, be warned, they appear to be more in it for the money and aren’t afraid to be a little dishonest. Friendly, nice staff, but disappointingly less than honest.I now realize I have probably spent a good several hundred dollars extra on unnecessary work as a result of such practices over the last three years.
I was skeptical coming into this dealership because of previous reviews and my experiences with traditional dealerships being high-pressure. I was pleasantly surprised that the salesperson I worked with, Danan, was not high-pressure at all and was transparent and forthcoming with all the information I needed. I didnt feel pressured to buy and didnt end up making a purchase from this dealership. However I appreciated the experience and the help that Danan was able to provide. I would not hesitate to work with him again if shopping for a new vehicle in the future.
If I could give this dealership a zero rating I would. I have never bought a used vehicle from a dealer before and my wife and I found one here. We bought it because we thought it was a good deal and would work well for our family. When we were negotiating the price we could not come to an agreement so they offered us lifetime oil changes and free carwashes for the life of the vehicle while we owned it. Being from a mechanical background I knew the value of these items and we agreed to purchase the vehicle. The first oil change went smooth, the next ones were like pulling teeth to get them to cover it. Come to find out, the first one was a complimentary one that all vehicles get. Each additional time got worse. One time they refused to give me my vehicle unless I paid after the oil change. Eventually it got to the point where it was handed over to the sales department to make it right. Well, lets just say they go through sales managers and general managers like toilet paper during the whole Covid 19 debacle. Each time I thought I was getting somewhere somebody else quit. Finally I was asked to write and email about everything and they would get back to me. A month or two later and multiple calls, I got the gentlemen in the service department who I had originally spoken with. He said Didnt the general manager speak with you? No, he never called me, I guess I am a fly on a piece of sh** and not worth a phone call. He tried his best to sugar coat it and I said so basically you are saying they are not going to cover it. That is all I needed to know. Oh and did I mention, the free carwashes are them driving your vehicle through their carwash in the service department. If you are lucky it can be done in 15 minutes. My bad for not asking about where is your carwash. I guess I figured it was like the Kelly carwash in Ft. Wayne where they actually have a real carwash drive through like Mikes or Drive and Shine. This place is a joke when it comes to service and sales. They are crooks and I would never recommend them to anyone. I have proof on paper that they are either dumb or trying to scam people. It is amazing how brake pads can be measured at a certain thickness then the next time they have way more life, then the next time they are wore out DO NOT buy a car from here unless it is a great deal and never plan on returning for help or service, take my recommendation however you want, but please think long and hard before you commit. Just take a look at dealerrater.com and read some other horror stories.
Justin,Thank you very much for taking care of my daughters headlights tonight on almost no notice. You rock! Thank you so much.Bob
Good service, nice people, excellent wait area. Got my best price on a Subaru outback, good trade in prices.
Dave Spencer was wonderful to help us get into a newer vehicle with our past credit issues, theyre dealership went above and beyond to help us!!!
Just a great place. They really know how to take care of their customers from Sales to Service. I have purchased several cars from them and the service after the sale has never left me wanting for anything. Regardless of which location I visit I am teared as family!
Excellent place!! People are very nice & helpful.. totally took such good care of us we drive an hour and a half just to go here to buy and for services needed. Knowing theres dealerships closer to where we live we go out of our way to do business here..
To be honest, we had new car problems with the car we purchased. This dealer rose to the occasion and made things right for us. They have found a loyal customer in me. Thank you Gurley Leep Subaru. We love our new Subaru.
Had a great experience taking in my car and getting another. I feel I was treated very fairly and they wanted to ensure I left happy. Shows they care.
Excellent service. Service manager will do all she needs to make sure the customers car is repaired even in an emergency.
Comfortable waiting area, which is good. I was the second or third person to arrive in the morning with an appointment at 745, for a check engine light and an electrical problem with aftermarket flashing lights. Was offered a ride back to my hotel or anywhere I needed to go. Chose to stay. Work done and back on the road at 1010, so roughly 2.5 hours to diagnose, then reattach a loose hose, and determine the cause of the lights failure, and get approval from my fleet maintenance manager. Not bad.My only issue was an overwhelming odor of cat urine in the garage area. Weird, I know...
We told them what our budget was n they seemed to want to work with us then after sitting there for over a hour the manager tried to push us into paying twice as much per month n putting down a $1,000. when we told him we were already approved for a loan from our credit union but again tried different places to get the loan when we told him we wasnt going to pay twice as much each month he walked away. In less than a minute he came back with a attitude n told us (basically) the vehicle was sold right off from under us. we told him, well we guess it wasnt meant to be n walked out! dont get me wrong we dont have a lot of money to work with but nobody I mean nobody should be treated like that. we left around 2pm we got there at 11am we called back there at 4:30 just for the he_ _ of it saying a different name, THEY TOLD US THAT THE CAR WAS STILL THERE amazing They DONT CARE WHAT YOU THINK OF THEM ESPECIALLY IF ITS NEGATIVE I HAVENT HEARD A WORD FROM NO-ONE FROM MANAGEMENT -N- TODAY IS 05/16/2018 I travel all over these states Im telling everyone about the experience my girlfriend and I had
I bought my new 2018 WRX from them, connor was great! I also received my first oil change free from them which was just an added perk to a pleasurable experience with them. Unfortunately I took my vehicle to Castle Subaru in portage Indiana for my second oil change, and they botched my oil change my car was leaking oil out of the filter, and They could not fix the issue and when my car was returned i had evidence that they took it out for a 50 mile joyride! After portages 3rd attempt to fix my car and it was still leaking coolant I finally did the smart thing and took my car to gurley leep, where their master tech Zach was a breath of fresh air. Customer service is great here at gurley leep, and their technicians actually know how to fix Subarus, unlike the technicians and Castle Subaru. Long story short go to gurley for any service needs, and don’t trust Castle to even put air in your tires!!
I recently purchased a Nissan Murano from Gurley Leep and had a pleasant experience. I worked with Christian on the details of this purchase and he explained the many options this vehicle had. We took a test drive and Christion seemed very knowledgeable of the features.
They did our repairs from deer running into side of car. Great service. And work.
Told me they did a multi inspection of my car...$800 worth of work needed done. When I asked to see report they didnt have one because they Didnt even do an inspection!!! All they did was look at computer to see what should be inspected. They are nothing but Liers & Crooks!!!! If you buy a car there have it serviced somewhere else where you can Trust the people.
Stopped in to simply ask someone about how the discount program works for Notre Dame employees which I proudly am one. Walked in, no one greeted me for about 5 min even though several staff were sitting at their desks. Believe me they saw me because 3 of them made eye contact with me and one walked right by me to go outside...nothing. When I approached a gentlemen sitting at a desk right inside the door and asked about the discount program for ND employees I let him know up front I wasnt interested today but will be looking in the next couple years-ish when i have my existing car paid off. He un-enthusiastically dismissed me by saying Mike is a big fan of ND. Who the hell is Mike? Are there anymore details? Do you even have a program for what I am asking about? Do you even WANT to have my business? What is your name since you cant even introduce yourself? That was it and I had had enough...so I said thanks and left. I will go back to Gates Automotive when I need a new car, because at least there I feel welcome. Dont waste your money and time here people.
Just a monopoly out to make the most money for the least service 90% of the time. Good luck finding the 10% window. They go thru salesmen faster than McDonalds workers. Do not recommend this company or any of there dealerships. Theyre all the same. Give them your money and then you will be forgotten. I have personal experience here. But I do know that you are not able to get a car without traveling out of town. Thats why I used the word monopoly.
They were very nice made sure we got financed. But didnt tell the truth about when the next car payment was due. My advice is to ask the financial advisor. Not listen to the salesman.
Very very poor service. Jim yoshizawa was very polite at first, but as soon as we got to talking number he turn on a switch and became this different person. Everything in life is negotiable, and when we tried negotiating with him. He rudely got up and said Im done with you guys and walked away. Now we walk in with check to pay of the vehicle right there and then. No financing. To anyone out there do what you want with your money but dont shop Gurley, Im sure there is better car dealerships out
Brought my 2013 Impreza in for rear wheel bearing replacement and for a Subaru recall fix to the vehicle. I brought the car in on May 7 and was told it would be 1 or 2 day job. Each day service advisor Steve said it would be another day or two and eventually on May 14 I was told my car was ready. I picked up my car but within 30 min the car stalled with the check engine light turned on, so I took it back and it was accepted back. It was then another game of calling Steve for him to tell it would be another day or two. They claimed the oil pump had failed and had to be changed. On May 21 I was again told my car was ready and went to pick up the car but as they pulled the car up there was another warning light on and they took it back to the service shop having me wait. I was then told they would have to keep the car again. Once again Steve told me each day that it would be a day or two until conceding their technicians did not know how to fix the car stating some issue with the cam phasers. The Subaru Guru was then called in but did not evaluate the car until May 28. At that time Steve said they would have the replacement sensors that were found to be the problem and it should ready by the end of the week. Not ready Friday. Not ready Monday and did not receive an update even when I called. Not ready Tuesday June 4 continuing to state an issue with the cam phaser saying we have our best technician working on it even though they claimed to need an outside expert for the same problem just last week.Needless to say I am extremely frustrated by the situation and have little to no confidence they will be able to properly fix the problem they created when attempting to complete the recall.
We bought a car there today. Awesome experience. Christian was so much help 😊
This place is consistently the worst. The sales department act like hungry sharks when a person drives up, and use fear and ridicule as tactics to push buyers into new vehicles. My fiance bought a car from here in 2014, only to have the transmission completely fail within two months. When she went in to have it looked at, no one would talk to her, even when she practically stood in front of someone to block them from the door. We ended up trading the car at a Honda dealer because gurley leep refused to even acknowledge there was an issue, and continued to claim they were not the place to have the vehicle repaired.Fast forward to two years later, and Im trying to buy an STI. My credit score was in the mid 600s (I had just bought a house) and the salesman told me my credit was too poor and that I should leave nice cars to people who pay their bills. I told that guy where to shove it and ended up buying the exact same car for $3,000 less at a different dealer. Most recently, I needed some screws for my map light so I ordered them from the parts department. They were supposed to be in by Thursday. On Friday I called to see if the parts were in, but no one would answer the phone over a 3 hour period of calling. On Saturday, the website said parts was open from 8-3, however no one would answer the phone again, so I drove up to ask in person. Big surprise, parts was closed.Long story short, go somewhere else. Gurley Leep will treat you like dirt and do whatever they can to screw you out of every dime they can, then leave you hanging when you have a problem.
Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful for me too make my decision on my next vehicle. it was nice that I was able to ask him about different makes of vehicles- Subaru, GMC, Ford, and Buick- at one dealership. I will be returning to test drive a vehicle. I will then make my decision on which car I will be purchasing.
Called us and said we could trade in for new car that we wanted that the said was in stock and receive 2k cash on top of that. Drove 45 min there they didnt even have the car there in stock that they said they did let alone they played the stupid car salesman shenanigans for an hour before they tell us this. Also that we couldnt get the 2k like their phone call says. On top of that!
Very happy with our purchase and with the service at Gurley Leep!
The front line people do a great job. The shop people, do not. They always miss something requiring a return trip.Additionally, the shop in general always presents you with a list of recommended maintenance items that are very expensive and seldom required. A throttle body cleaning on a leased car with 14,000 miles ? A brake caliper adjustment on the same car with 14,000 miles ?This is the sillyness that they heap on my daughter whenever she takes her leased car in. She generally calls me to ask my opinion and I talk to the person and ask for an explanation. They hide behind this is recommended service per the owners manual. When pressed, they generally back down and agree that it is indeed non needed.I wonder how much money they make selling this unneeded stuff to ignorant consumers. Its really an ugly business practice.
We had a great experience! Robert Russell in sales and Glenn Walton in financing were honest and helpful, not to mention kind.
Awesome service and sales staff!!Thanks Cyndi K! & Jacob A.!! Awesome job service Techs, and Thank You for the Car Wash!Hyndai & Subaru
Long, Long wait. Salesman not very knowledgeable about vehicles. Salesman BEGS for a 10 when you fill out a survey and then when you dont give him one he leaves hateful message on your phone. He did not deserve a 10 he acted like 10. We are happy with our vehicle we should have went to another Nissan dealership.
Great customer service.. Got what I wanted.
Took service over an hour to get to us, but the cars made up for it! Great quality and condition, very clean.
A nice place but just looking for now at the HD transit type vans.
My daughter leased a Subaru from them. The salesman and dealer experience was outstanding.
Salesmen are very helpful in getting you the best prices, I bought a new Buick Encore
Very happy with all the professionals w/o take time to listen and help me when i am in.
Very poor salesman. Daughter made appointment to drive a car which suddenly wasnt available BUT another completely different car was. Bait and switch??
Great people great rates really like them.
Kirk G. lined me up with a great deal and a fantastic Hyundai! Ask for Kirk!
The salesman was pleasant and non pushy but offered very little useful information. The bid they offered online was for the wrong model and FAR more expensive than the other area dealerships with no other perks.

Awesome dealership Ill buy my next 🚗 there.
Dont let them wash your car.
Dont waste your time
The service department shop Forman worked on my car, supposedly fixed it, when I arrived to pick it up nothing was repaired and I asked did you verify if the repair was good and he said no. Stay away from Gurley leep for repairs unless it is complete warranty, which mine was but still had to take it back for repair again. Horrible, horrible horrible
Good place to go if your looking for a car
Great service and a friendly staff. I wouldnt buy a car from anyone but Mean Jean.
