My experience today was fantastic. Austin was very patient with my children and was able to help me quickly and work around me speaking to and settling the kids. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the first visit and how long everything took. I don’t blame the girl I worked with, Brianna was phenomenal. She may have had some room for improvement on her knowledge of the process. However, I mostly blame Verizon for making it so difficult for these people to get in touch with their tech support. What should have probably taken maybe an hour took over 4. But Brianna was genuinely engaging and fun.

Austin helped us tremendously with our options and was very kind and made the atmosphere friendly!

Curtis was phenomenal! He was friendly, knowledgeable and legitimately engaging. That is the only way to operate in a business where the products are well known and the experience with the store personnel makes the difference. If I had a business in Elkhart I would steal him from you.

I had a good experience at this Verizon store. As I walked into the store I was acknowledged right away and then within minutes I was being helped with choosing an upgrade for my iPhone. The staff was personable, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.

After spending almost 3 hours at an Apple store buying 2 cell phones, they told us we would have to go to the Verizon to activate them. They could not get them activated. When we got into the Verizon store we were greeted immediately, and Brianna got our phones activated, and we were on our way in ten minutes. What a relief it was to finally have our new phones working, and she is an outstanding friendly individual.

My old Samsung galaxy gave up,upgraded to a new A12. Process was simple and affordable. A pleasure to do business with.

Went to the store on Grape & Douglas, in Mishawaka, IN. No one greeted us, do to being very packed.Drove up to the one on University and Grape, in Granger. There we met Brianna and she was very pleasant and bright. Only took her minutes to help me purchase a new phone.Thanks Brianna for the help.

My man knows things and was helping all his co workers. Definitely elite at what he does . Phone fell of bike, shattered pulled all info off via skill set! Had me back on the road in an hour!

My phone was broken during a vacation so I went to this location to see my options. I was helped by both Cesar and Caleb and they were both extremely helpful and made the whole experience super easy. I would definitely recommend going to this location.

I ended up walking out with a new phone and an Apple Watch, along with a lot of confidence about how much I’ll be paying. Great location, great costumer service.

This man set us up with the best deals he had on hand, he had 4 people in the store demanding service and still made time to take care of us, he explained things clearly and made sure we knew what the future charges would be later down the line. Came into the store to upgrade my iPhone to the 12 max pro but unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock. I was shown the 12 by Gavin and he sold me on it. With me was my niece and sister, my niece wasn’t having it and was throwing a fit the whole time. Gavin made it clear not to be embarrassed and it was totally okay. The process took longer than I expected but through the whole experience Gavin made conversation with me to pass time. There was never that silent awkward moment. Anymore phone related things I will return to see Gavin!!

I spent five hours trying to transfer my wifes number to my account. Gavin was very helpful. However Verizon it self left us on hold for four hours knowing they could not transfer her number. I could have save several hours if they just said sorry we can not accomplish this.

When we went I had only intended to get a new screen saver. But Cesar was so helpful that I kept asking questions and he kept answering them I think we were there about 45 minutes to an hour we completed things that I have been trying to get done for a long time. The people working here are such a great help. There’s usually just one person working - but every time I have come here they were so extremely helpful. It’s hard on them with only one person working and so many people coming in. So that would be the only negative is the wait. But you can tell they’re working their butts off for everyone.

I would go back there any time!!. Been to other Verizon stores locally (have one 3 minutes from my home in Elkhart) and will say those other stores suck. We had issues with our account and he never gave up on solving them for us... we were in the store for 6 hours, well after close and he stayed over to help us... he went above and beyond for us and we super great full... any time we need to go in store we will be asking for him every time.

Curtis waited on us for our first purchase using the Mishawaka store and have purchased two more using him. Well worth our hour plus drive to have him help us!!

Not a great experience. Over 45 min wait every time I visit the store. Expect a trip to take at least an hour, at least. Cesar attempted to assist in opening a business acct. It was opened BUT since it was the end of the night, we should have come back to buy the phones. That night he rushed through and has us purchase phones that couldnt be immediately added to the business line. This was a BIG bad mistake. The new products and promotions were put on my personal acct rather than my business. It ended up costing me $50 which is more than we discussed for the business bill. The jetpack cost me $50 monthly fee rather than $10. If ALL merch was added to the business acct initially then it would have been a job well done. Since it was messed up, transferring all my lines after the fact would have cost me $228 over 2 years because we would lose all promotions/sale incentives given the day of purchase. Cesar screwed up, the excuses were unacceptable. The sales floor guy tonight had poor conflict management skills and poor customer service skills. Cesar had the best of intentions with a bad outcome. I give 2 stars because the intentions were good. But very bad outcome.
