Went in to upgrade our phones. The girl took us to the wall and said we have these phones. My husband asked whats the difference between 5g and these other ones. She said, thats the difference, those say 5g and those dont. My husband said thats not an answer. She said I dont know, you can Google it. I pointed at a phone and asked how much storage is on that one? She said, I dont know it doesnt say. I said well we need phones with lots of storage. She said, well pick one you like and Ill go find out how much storage is on it, I dont just randomly know everything about these phones. I said cant you just tell me which ones have more storage? She said it dont work like that. So we walked out. Were going to AT&T.

Tyler was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. Great sense of humor and great to work with. He went above and beyond, even going to grab ear phones from another store for my kiddos! Great experience!

Waiting 30+ minutes when only one other person is in the store. Also no AC in this place.

Great customer service. I had 4 great individuals helping me Russell, Hayden, Francis, and Meghan. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay with T-Mobile due to me not getting signal in specific places and call dropping constantly. But other than that, the customer service was wonderful.

I have always experienced excellent customer service at this location. They do everything they can to resolve any problem I have experienced ... In store as well as bringing in other phone experts when needed.

The store manager, Doug, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make my transition seamless. He was willing to call another store to sort out the details of my new plan with multiple lines, where I was not the primary account holder. He is knowledgeable about plans and merchandise. He has obviously been in the cell phone industry for several years. I will definitely ask for him if I ever have problems. Two thumbs up.

Quinton was way awesome and helped us switch over from cricket. Very friendly and gave us the awesome recommendations of eating at Cheddars afterwards! Top notch! Thank for everything.
