Cute clothes. Both me & my son (age 13) found something that we liked here. Employees were upbeat & helpful. Small area though, wish the store was bigger. Cant wait to spend my hot cash!

I took my daughter here a few weeks ago. It isnt like I remembered it from when I was a teenager, but this was a smaller store than I went to back then as well. She liked it and has a wishlist going for the holidays.

My kid loves going there. They said that if they could buy everything in there if they could.

Y e s this is the FIRST place I go to when Im at the mall, got some hotcash too~ ✨ a little sad how fast the bento box disappeared from shelves since I was looking forward to my next visit to buy it but thats alright. This place is a literalv i b e most days, the employees are so unique and Im glad theyre that way, the stories I hear when I checkout from them is fascinating. Its a whole adventure when I go.

Almost always super helpful, but I didn’t have a great experience last time I was. Normally get greeted at the door (since your desk is right there) but had 3 people just stare at me. I know everyone has off days, which is why I’m giving 4 stars

My daughter loves this place. They need a bigger space and their prices are a bit expensive for me. But they do offer some specials, just need more specials to reduce costs to the customer.

Always a great place to shop, and if you find something online, you can have it shipped to the store and pick it up for free.

The merchandise is great, but I went here expecting great service like when I went to University Park Hot Topic when I lived in the area quite a few years ago. The staff used to be cool and friendly but I only felt slighted and insulted this time.Let me explain my experience.I got in line to make my purchase, which when I discovered two people ringing customers up, I asked the one guy around the counter area if he was in line, and he replied yes, so I made sure he was in line before me. The girl behind the counter asked who is next and the blue haired male worker at the other register said the guy in front of me, so she helped him get a shirt, and I waited in to be rung up. She then got back and proceeded to ring up two other people that just walked up to the register while I tried patiently to wait in line, without the blue haired guy saying anything about helping me. Finally, the blue haired guy gets done with a lengthy customer and asks me cash or plastic, and I say cash, which only at this point he informs me that he is unable to do, so I must be helped by the girl. I glare over at her helping the second person that was not there before me, and drop my merchandise on the counter and replied forget it.To summarize, this place gave me very poor customer service, and I will not be returning to this Hot Topic location anymore. All of the other University Park stores I went to gave excellent customer service, and I wish I wasnt disappointed in this one because I have such fond memories of it.

When I went in and realized they didn’t have what I wanted in store the guy who helped me order it online was awesome! Great customer service all around. Then when I call about 2.5 weeks later wondering if my order had made it to the store yet the manager asked my name went to the back and checked on to tell me no it’s not in yet. I replied with ok I was just curious she then said well maybe if you’d be a little more patient, you wouldn’t feel the need to call and check up.

As a young child of like 12 in loved hot topic. I had an allowance and Id often spend it here and get the band shirts and other such merch that I wanted. But now as an adult with my senses I know that it is overpriced and I dont really care for it anymore. However if you are a parent looking to see if its a respectable store I really dont know. Just give your kid the 25 bucks for the band shirt or something and they get one free or maybe its half off either way, ket you kid buy stuff now before they are an adult with no money.

I think the staff at this location have the collective IQ of a turnip. Honestly, the most clueless and useless bunch of employees Ive had to deal with at a hot topic. I know this is a pop culture/trend driven store but you still need adults to run it.

Great place worth trying to find band t-shirts, funko pops..

Good store and the employees go out if the way to help you even if that means getting out a ladder and climbing to a product. The deals are consistent and the staff is knowledgeable as to what sales are running when and will make sure you are getting the biggest bang for your buck.

The store layout is a bit confusing to navigate and attempt to find things. Great staff and clean store

Though I may have worked there for only a few months. I felt welcomed by all employees except one, the main manager. He was extremely rude and almost cold natured. Other than that the store is clean and Im greeted at the door along with being helped with most problems shopping.

The blonde haired girl working today was very very rude. This is one of my favorite stores but I will not go there again if she is working. She was having trouble putting up a shelf and kept banging on it with a hammer which was annoying and when my husband asked her if he could help her, she said get away from me, I dont like people looking at me blah blah blah.
