Not good at all, worse customer service ever, not recommended to anyone at all. Just dont like.i when in the other day I seen a employee on the fruit department dropping some fruit on the dirty floor and I ask pls dont put it back the floor is very dirty and you know the pandemic is still going on, she was laughing an say that ok, needs to be sell.

Poor customer server. Workers just walk right pass you with no care if you need help. If you need something in a department that isnt always staff. You may as well just go home because Walmart dont care. Super lazy workmanship

I find everything i want and need here almost all of the time and its affordable.

This isn’t complicated.I earn money providing services to people who live right around HERE.Walmart takes my money and sends it directly to people over THERE.That means the people HERE have less money to buy my services, so they have to buy cheaper, lower quality services from others, or offer less money for my services.The more of my hard-earned money I give to Walmart, the poorer my chances of being paid a fair wage for my services.The prices only SEEM to be lower. But in fact, they are much higher than I can ever imagine.According to Walmart’s own study, people can work full-time at Walmart and still qualify for welfare, food stamps and Medicaid. Why are my tax dollars subsidizing the company that employs the most people in the United States?How much does THAT cost?I’m embarrassed that I ever stepped foot within 100 yards of this place. By the way, the closest parking space not reserved for people whose only handicap is their refusal to WALK through Walmart to pick up donuts and Diet Coke.

Staff is friendly and helpful, the checkout lines are normally pretty long so I recommend using the self checkout linesThe bad part about the self checkout is that you cant price check anything without having the worker remove it. They just never have enough checkout lines open and sometimes you see alot of workers just standing around socializing when the lines are long

Im from GA. I needed a medication refilled from my home pharmacy. My husband had called ahead to your pharmacy. I was at your store not 3 hrs later and my prescription was waiting for me!!! Friendly, professional staff greeted me. Service was excellent!Thank you 😊!

The only downside of this walmart is not enough parking & entrances as everyone wants to park close & isnt paying attention.

Nice and extensive collection of items, electric wheelchair available for those who need it, guest wifi available also. You can check out faster with the self service option as long as youre using card, not cash.

They didnt have a Queen sized 3 to 4 inch Soft foam mattress topper, they had 1 Queen size medium feel foam mattress topper.

I call in and do my shopping often at the Indian Ridge location. Even though I live closer to the Niles 11th street store. The employees and staff at Mishawaka store are a great team and they make the shopping experience a pleasure.

This Wal-Mart being nestled in the heart of the Grape Rd Corridor makes this location a very busy beehive of activity surrounding it. The store itself is up to date and quite nice inside and out. The staff are great and friendly. The only issue is the popularity of the Wal-Mart pickup service creates a backlog of orders, sometimes causing my order to be ready later than scheduled; bear that in mind when ordering. But overall pretty good.

I really like the Walmart I went to today it wasnt my normal Walmart my normal Walmart on Ireland I went to the other one on the other side of town and it was clean the people were friendly in theyre so friendly everything was fully stocked it was great they actually said things I needed because I always go to my other Walmart you never have them I would love to start shopping there all the time I want to say good job people Walmart on the other side of town

The stores outside music is way too loud. I have to tell to talk to my son on the way up to the front door. My son is autistic and the loud music keeps us away all on its own. I drive to other Walmarts in the area just to avoid the loud music.

This remodel is terrible. Floor looks filthy. Shelves are closer together. Prices on everything have gone up a lot. Moved everything around so you have to spend more time in the store. Years back Walmart used to be a decent store to shop.

Well I prefer to say only good about them. So that being said...they do the best at selling me what I need.

The store is clean. I asked an attendant about the Customer Service Desk as I was unaware of the correct time the department closed.I said, doesnt the Customer Service Desk close at 9pm?Her response was so mean and bitter that I left the store and went to another Walmart on the other side of town. The majority of staff seemed so on edge the atmosphere was tormenting. This is a sign the management needs to be replaced with more empathetic people.

Pick up times are misleading. Regardless of your window waiting up to an hour for pick up to be completed! Awful. Overworked staff. Under appreciated by walmart corporate. I witnessed 2 customers almost get into a fight. Assistant manager on phone with me basically blamed corporate. I called. 1800walmart. Operator was in COLUMBIA. I think this is my last interaction with walmart. Step it up Krogers. Step it up Martins. You too, meijer! Roll back all you want walmart...Im rolling on . Smh.

Getting somebody to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. It’s absurd how no one ever answers.

Your store is going down hill, I was there two weeks ago, it was so dirty, clothes all over floor, went down one isle which was laundry detergent, there was two packages of hamburger meat laying on shelf beside laundry soap, so sad, would not want to eat that at all. A lot of your employees were talking or textjng on their phones instead of helping customers, or doing their job, I will never shop their again, then I stood in line for over an hour, only two registers were open, I seen customers getting angry & leaving. With all those registers you have, and you only open two, seriously, never again😡

Walmart has some good custom cakes. BUT... I ordered a cake on Thursday morning for Sunday. A very important day for our family. I found out sunday morning that they had to cancel my order! Curbside pick up was quick. Pick up parking spots are awkwardly located and entering/leaving the lot can be a pain.Mediocre food quality for a McDonalds. Never a complete miss, but never the warmest or best tasting food.

Absolutely atrocious length of time spent waiting in line to check out. They need to have more people on staff to keep checkout times lower. Also, like a lot of stores, shelves remain empty and unfaced.

Amazed by their instock. Able to buy K-cups for my Keurig Coffee maker that my Walmart in Shallotte, NC cant seem to keep instock.

Absolutely despise walmart. Two out of 20 lanes open. Takes longer to check out than to shop. If you need help, good luck finding an employee. You have better luck finding big foot or at least someone who looks like it.

Awful. Ive actively avoided this place for years but went to get a patio umbrella that we found online. Couldnt find it so we asked an employee who just walked away and said sorry. Asked customer service and they said Its showing in stock, but thats the display model and we dont sell those. Seems like a glaring error in their inventory system.

Been to Grape Road Walmart store one time every 3 weeks. Dont seem they restock their shelves always bare there. New items are coming out every week, but never really see them at the Grape Rd Walmart 316 address store. I like coming to this store because close to home. Now willing to travel to another to find the things Im looking for. Disappointed that they dont have the toys my son loves at the Walmart at the Mishawaka store.

Called in about three times to the electrical department to see what prices they had on phones, all three times, no response. Went in to buy a new IPhone today all ready to make my purchase, only to stand at the phone display for about an hour because I was told I needed to wait for someone specific to help me get the phone I wanted. The man I was waiting to help me spent the majority of the time I was waiting helping the same person for nearly 45 minutes, and had to call in two different people just to CHECK OUT THE PRODUCT. He then proceeded to begin fixing up the phone for the individual he was helping and at that point I had already been standing there for over an hour and I had to leave because I have things to do and the other sales reps were of no help, constantly telling me every 5 minutes that he would be done shortly. I’m not sure what his name is, but the young man who I waiting on is one of the most incompetent people I’ve ever seen and I will not be returning to purchase my phone and will instead have to go Meijer.

Try to exchange a ring which a diamond fell out. Mind you this was my 3rd attempt after driving over 30 miles. First I needed my receipt they said, even though I used a credit card. I filed a dispute against them for failing to exchange it. Next visit, I waited 45 min for help after asking twice. Third trip I demanded the manager. Managers remarks, I know Nothing about the jewelry dept. Finally after another 40 min. of loud expressed dissatisfaction they exchanged the ring. 3-35 min trips, 3 heated conversations, leaving before I exploded. Total 2 hours waiting time, I give Goshen Walmart a Negative 3!!!

Great deals all over the store. Many opportunities from trading broken phones for money before you even enter the store to programs like Walmart to Walmart and Western Union. You can also take up to $50 worth of merchandise if you happen to have lost a receipt with no receipt up to three times a year.
